After my friend damaged her laptop screen, I decided to replace it with the help of another friend instead of asking to a third party. I searched on the web different websites and I chose to buy it from LaptopScreen.com because the warranty on their new screens is 3 years, longer than any other website I visited. Beside their large selection of laptop model numbers, my laptop model was somehow not listed in their database. So I contacted LaptopScreen and they were very prompt to answer me (within 30 minutes). After several messages, they suggested me the screen model number and I placed my order. The laptop was shipped out the same day and I received my screen after 3-4 business days with ground shipping. The screen was protected by a bubble envelope inside a package with the mention 'Fragile' on it as expected. The screen was easy to replace and the laptop works perfectly new. So far it was a smooth transaction.

The matt finish screen I ordered is so much better than the glossy finish one it replaced, which was like looking in a mirror! No pixel defects visible either.

I don't know what the deal is with the bad reviews on this site, but my experience with the was good. Shipping was fast; good product; great price. No quarrels whatsoever. Should I break another screen I would happily buy from them again. Highly recommended.

I received the replacement screen for HP Pavilion g7 2291 nr laptop (only six months old). The replacement from laptopscreen.com arrived swiftly and properly padded, and the price was right. I was pretty nervous about taking such a gamble but the HP site would have cost me about $350 all in all--half the original cost of the laptop. I want to say that I have finally switched it out and it works! For 1/5 the cost! I could not be more pleased and if i find such a need again, laptopscreen.com is where i will go. The screen I ordered was for an older laptop. I found it almost immediately on the site and the order process was completed swiftly. It arrived one day earlier than anticipated and was packaged nicely with multiple layers of bubble wrap inside a double-thick layer of corrugated cardboard.

Good: ships same day( which means you get your product in three business days) automatically give you a tracking number. Inexpensive.

Even after thinking for a while, trying to nit-pick some problems with the purchase I could not find any. The order was smooth and painless, the delivery was fast, packaging secure and price was competitive. One thing I could point out is that the prices do not include the VAT, so that the final price will be slightly more than expected.
