I ordered a replacement screen to fix a friend's computer. The price was good and the screen arrived in a timely manner. Their site's instructional videos gave me the background I needed to complete this repair - I am used to doing my own repairs of this type, but even so, their video covered it well enough for most novices, I think. The new screen installed easily and looks great! I would definitely use them again.

I only wish they could have shipped with a place other than FedEx. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get package from FedEx.
