Your staff were nice and helpful, but it was a disappointment to receive a faulty item, to then find there was no replacements available. A refund was given which is appreciated, but ultimately my daughter was let down to hear there was no way to get her a cute purple CD player.
The staff member took some coaxing when we specifically requested a purple CD player, as our 6 year. old daughter did not want a black one (We already own the black one). Help was given after a few emails and ultimately we are happy with the experience.

Product exceeded my expectation as my previous Tablet didnt even come up to the product suppled. All apps were installed and operatng memory was excellent.
Exccept for one thing, the tablet cover included was for a 7" tablet - not a 10" taclet.
Otherwise all excellent.

Brought the wireless reverse camera for my partners car and loved it so much I bought a second for my car. Affordable price, good product. Does exactly what it's advertised to do. Even though product is wireless there is zero latency between the video feed. Don't know why you'd chose any other product that's double the price when this one is perfect.

The equipment works well out of the box and at very good price.
The response I received to the question 'Do I need to order a power supply and remote separately?' when ordering was unsatisfactory. It simply referred me back to the same web page which had caused the confusion in the first place. Adding a 'what comes in the box' section to the product page would have been immensely helpful and shortened the ordering process from days to minutes.

Great customer service, sent a replacement bulb as one was faulty on arrival. The bulbs are very reliable and reconnect quickly after being switched off and will remember last setting too. But the app could be further developed. When scheduling, the brightness, color temp and timer are in arbitrary or too small a unit.

Courier left outside of locked office (in carpark), despite notifications that a signature was required. Why deliver to a business address outside of working hours?

This is my second buy. It is a best, compared to Toyota Player and my KMart Boom Box. I travel the remote areas and enjoy my Country Music most waking hours. Radio often not in a area to work. The cost is 'crazy' low, for something so good. Thankyou Laser.

Everything worked out fine. The courier service you use were very good with notification and asking where to put the goods if nobody available. One minor comment... it would have been nice to get a message from your company about the expected delivery time once the order was placed. The way it happened was that I was notified once the goods were sent, so there were a few days when I did not know when the delivery would happen. It is NOT a major issue.
You had the product I was looking for, or at least close to it. I would have liked a slightly smaller mouse, but your other one was out of stock.
