It was a quick and easy process to order from Laser Co. Although I paid for express shipping, the item did not arrive in the specified time, just before Christmas. If it had stated it was Australia Post delivering the goods I would not have paid the extra money.
It was what the person I was purchasing it for wanted.

The device is a great idea and works well at it's core functions. However there are some glaring issues. Primarily the time setting on the main interface is lost when the unit powers down. Paired phone settings is retained but not the time. 2nd big problem is the autolink function doesn't work so it's not possible to screen cast from android. 3rd, I put in a support ticket and have received no response from Laser about it. Also instructions say to not place it in direct sunlight but includes a suction cup for windscreen placement which means you can't avoid placing it where it will be in direct sunlight. The unit should be able to withstand being in the sun all day, like any other navigator device.

My initial order was 2 connect smart wifi plugs + 4 security sensors. My order was modified and the cost of 2 connect smart wifi plugs was refunded (with no email or intimation). The 4 sensors were delivered with one of it being a proximity sensor instead of a security sensor (one that I've never ordered). I'm yet to check how the stuff delivered will work. So far, not impressed.

The site was eay to search on and use, and the customer service over the phone - a pdf of an instruction manual for a car dvd player was sent as requested by email. Very satisfied with Laser!

Clock radio arrived in a timely manner. Easy to operate. It would be preferable to be able to delete radio stations that are not required.
Early days but this is the best clock radio I have bought. Time will tell.

It works well with the basic functions but there are several buttons where it is not clear what their function is. A user guide would be helpful.

Delivery was timely but making the unit operational is still a bit of a challenge for me. I have three units installed and working already but the printing of the instructions pamphlet is a bit small and made the installation/ operation unnecessarily tiresome.

Good camera floodlights. Not as bright as eufy but still bright. Motion sensor very sensitive so lights turn on very frequently, trying to understand how to make it less sensitive. Error when trying to upgrade firmware, trying to fix

The item was easy to purchase and was received in a timely fashion. However, the item itself is sub-standard. The app keeps coming up with a request to update the firmware but when you try, it consistently fails. I have contacted support twice but have received not response. In addition, the floodlights don't seem to come on at all, let alone if/when it detects motion.
This device does not work as advertised and is rubbish!

Not sure if it's because of the power the wireless receiver needs - but my stereo can't seem to power it up (but works with a lead to my phone). The wireless receiver powers on when just plugged into the 12v - so must be a compatibility issue with the power needed to power it up?
