Great service. Good Price. Camera and Monitor were exactly as described, easy to fit, although really made for the wider number plates, not the slim ones. Just had to tweak things a little and hey presto. Rear view image is great and working fine. Thank you all.
I gave 2 stars as somewhat dissatisfied as I paid $31.95 including freight for a product and they sent it without real care.The remote was not bubble wrapped and left to bang around during transit in a box that would have fit easy 6 remotes. It works for now but we'll see.
Laser Co are a joke!
Ordered 3 tablets, a 3 pack of cases and a 3 pack of screen protectors and only received 1 tablet, the cases and the screen protectors.
Rang up on Monday and they sent me the other 2 tablets via express post which arrived today (Wednesday).
Just went to set them up, only to discover that 1 has a smashed screen! Now 1 of my kids won't get their tablet by Christmas!

Be very cautious and check delivered parcels for missing or damaged items!

The company that delivers left a card for no one home. Then took to to a parcel warehouse which is on the opposite side of the city and I had to drive and hour out of the way to pick it up.

Easy transaction thank you. Regarding the courier, I thought I'd stated leave the parcel at the property, but they did not do so at first, so the delivery took several days to succeed. Couriers Please were difficult to reach - I never managed to in the end.

I purchased Laser DVD-HDO12 from Harvey Norman about two weeks ago. The remote would not work. I cleaned the lens and replaced the batteries to no avail. I then purchased a replacement remote from you however it would not operate the player. The player works ok manually so obviously the player is faulty. I would be grateful if you could replace the obviously faulty player.

Was easy to purchase, arrived fairly quickly whilst I was away.
On return I tried using the reverse camera function but my camera had a 2.5mm male connector. I contacted your Sales Team asking if the had an adapter, if not I would return the unit. They responded asking for the size adapter required but never got back to me. I did organize for a friend (300kms away)nto get me an adapter which I got when I next saw him. However it appears that the reversing camera required is a Laser propriety camera not a universal one.
Also I could not hear any sound when using the phone, the other person could hear me though.
And finally I could not have my UHF radio at the same time due to radio interference.

An estimated time of delivery before purchasing would be good.
When the delivery time was changed from the date set at the time of purchase, then the communication was too slow and the instructions to change the delivery date was ignored. The delivery was made when we were away. It was very lucky that the package was still in front of our door 24 hours later, when we returned home!

Their Power Pack has no instructions on how to charge the Power Pack. Tjere is a operating manual on their website but the product has no mention of their web address on it!

While it didn't really affect my purchasing decision. I was given the opportunity to "win" a discount which made no mention of a minimum order. I fully accept there must has to be a minimum order but it should probably should be mentioned when the "LASER10" code is displayed as trying to enter the code below the minimum order resulted in me having to close the page and reopen as it wouldn't let me proceed even though I had removed the code.
Also, it would be worth making it clearer that you can purchase replacement parts for the players direct. I only checked your website as I was trying to see if you went under any other name in order to get codes for a universal remote! Google searches for the remote on its own aren't very helpful and I didn't realise that you were an Aussie company so didn't bother to check your website.
I came looking for remote codes for a universal remote but realised I could actually just buy the remote on its own! I needed 2x replacement controllers because the kids have somehow lost both of the originals!

Shipping was alright, the quality of product isn't too bad but in terms of smart light, it isnt the top quality. When yiu turn the lights off through voice control it doesnt turn off completely. It almost looks like the light is dimmed and flickering. In the end, some lights go completely off after that but some lights just come back on.

My original Laser Clock radio developed a dead display segment out of warranty but not what I would expect after only 3 or so years of use. But the throw out price and fee delivery on the same model item was good.
