They claim they delivered a package at 8:30pm last night. Woke up at 7am this morning to there message, no package!
My problem is why not knock on the door so that the people inside know that you are leaving a package!
They are so horrible. Don't know why companies continue to use them!

Lasership needs better drivers that look at our actual addresses instead of making up there own my address is n32nd street these people have made up north south 32nd just to make it look like we are wrong when our packages are brought to the wrong house when in reality they just PLAN LAZY... I bought a very expensive gift to my friend and it was sent to the wrong how and because of that I had to wait longer and buy the gift again then my daughters pj's was delivered to the same wrong house sitting outside waiting for some one to take and I wasn't notified that is was delivered untill 6pm when it was delivered at 10am lasership needs to do better YOUR SERVICE SUCKS
