This app is a total game-changer! It completely transformed my view on fasting, making it a easier to get started and stay committed. I'd tried fasting on and off in the past, but Lasta offers a wide range of fasting plans, along with short and inspiring stories and tasty meal recipes. With Lasta, I've found the motivation and support I needed to succeed on my fasting journey. I highly recommend giving it a try and experiencing the positive impact for yourself!

Please warn that this company is defrauding customers. There is no real description of how to use or what this app is about. If you buy it and don't like it, the company in essence says too bad! I don't give reviews as a general rule, but this company is just preying on customers!

I signed up for a 6-month chair yoga program offered at $0.16/day. Instead, they charged me $49.99 for a premium account AND $9.90 for a morning workout program that I never selected. I want my money back because they are a total fraud. They won't answer any of my emails to resolve this, though. Accordingly, I have reported their fraudulent practices, including the filing of federal and state criminal complaints.

Lasta has been magnificent for me. I was tired of complex and confusing apps that led me nowhere. The app's interface is intuitive and easy to navigate and prevents you from getting lost unlike others. I especially love the individual AI coach that you can reach anytime supports you throughout your journey. The diverse programs in the "Explore" section really helped me grasp what i wanted to achieve. I highly recommend it!
