Decided to try the app. Made a purchase for $27.91 and received one transaction number. The app charged me five, yes I said it, five times for a total of $139.55. I know better and did not do my research. If an app does not have a direct customer service support line or avenue, do not use it. They will only offer additional services or a free month. I want a FULL refund. I refuse to do business with a company that operates like this. You have been warned. 12/26/24 - Update: Customer Service tried to state the five additional charges were due to the transaction being declined. GARBAGE! The threshold for most apps is two and I would have received a fraud alert from my bank. I left a review in the Google Play Store where they responded and stated they would provide a full refund. They have no intention of doing that nor have they provided one to date. Please read the reviews on non-Lasta sites (i.e. Google Play Store and Trust Pilot) you will see a LOT of issues around double billing and cancellation issues. Again, you have been warned.

App itself worked fine, but discovered they raised the cost really fast ($9.49 to $9.99 to $29.99 within a month!). They also double charged me, and I also found a $56 charge one month. So this company really drains your account if you don't watch them.

I paid for one month and did not sign up for a recurring charge but they charged my card without my permission for the the second month. They offered me an extension and other options but I just wanted my money back and now they are not answering the email!

I enrolled in Lasta's workout program and also signed up for their nutrition plan, even though I'm already quite knowledgeable about nutrition. Realizing this, I requested a refund for the nutrition plan. However, as per Lasta's terms of service, refunds were no longer available at the time of my request, so they declined it. That said, they exceeded my expectations by extending my membership with an additional 3 months of their workout program instead! As someone who works in customer service, I truly appreciated this gesture—it's a great example of outstanding customer service!

They offer a great introductory offer for a year, then continue to charge monthly without authorization. They have a contact number they do not answer ever, offer no hours of operation to call back and don't respond to emails. Trying to even find their phone or email is nearly impossible, it just routes you back to try to sell me things. I had to have the bank block any other payments. I'm so tired of companies doing business this way.

I purchased the premium plan and tried it out. I really liked that it includes all the knowledge and information about maintaining a healthy weight and losing weight effectively. Plus, the ability to track your daily calorie intake on the app is absolutely next level!

I signed up for this app in October 2024 with an introductory price of $20. I have already been charged twice in the amount of $90 for the month of November. I have contacted customer service through e-mail numerous times with no response. When you call the phone number, it says it is not accepting phone calls. I have canceled my subscription and have requested a refund for the 2 charges. As I've read other reviews, this seems to be a trend of over billing people with no resolution through customer service. I just want to be refunded and my subscription canceled. I would not sign up for this app unless you want unwanted charges with no resolution.
Update: Almost a week later, and still no reply or word from the company. I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded. Don't be fooled by the company's response on this website. They seem to have no intention on making this right. Just give me my money back.

This is a great app,I like the UI & especially the tutorials about health & wellness,and it's very good at tracking my fasting,also the workout plans,but the only thing is that it's subscription is a bit expensive for some people but it pays out well better than over apps I tried
