SCAM.
I was excited to try lasta fit calisthenics.
Immediately after purchasing the calisthenics program, they automatically charged me for an additional weight lost program. I reached out via app and via email, on the same day, and they did not get back to me for a few days. 3 days later the say that will not refund my money for the additional weight loss program.
I was definitely taken advantage of.
Extremely rude and unhelpful.
After posting my experience, Lasta curiously sent an email stating they will refund the additional program I was charged for. Over 10 days later, NO REFUND.
In addition to the terrible customer service, LASTA Calisthenics is a poorly put together program. There is no variety in exercises, they just repeat the same exercises on different days.
Also, if you notice on the Instgram website, they have poor reviews, and they have changed their settings where they do not allow comments any longer. That seems calculated.
It is a SCAM.
I will continue to post on other review sites about this company as I still did not get my refund.
I would not trust this company.

It's got nutritional courses, fasting guidelines, recipes for your everyday needs, exercise routines from beginners to more experienced users, and even a whole mindfulness and meditation section.

As someone who is BIG on working out, I found Lasta to be VERY helpful. The sheer number of options it offers - from trackers, to workout plans, to diet advice - is very impressive, and the app itself is super easy to navigate. All in all, it has pretty much everything you could hope for in a health/workout app, and then some. I will 100% be continuing to utilize Lasta in my fitness plans going forward.

I love how there are so many different options to take care of your health effectively. Starting the app is extremely efficient. A tutorial is provided, which makes it easy to go through each tab and find exactly what I'm looking for. The workout videos are great! I like that it provides music, a timer, and a trainer. Most people don't have enough time on their hands and would really appreciate the less than 10-minute workouts. The meal plans are super good too! I highly recommend it to everyone who is on a better health journey. The one recommendation I have for the developer is to lessen the amount of emails that come through after signing up. Other than that, the app is magnificent.

Avoid at all costs. I urge you to avoid it! They market it as being ~$10 a month but my mother was charged over $80 this month. Twice in one day too! There is no phone number to contact on the website, their "contact us" doesn't have any designated place to complain or talk with customer service but it's only geared towards how to use the app better, and when you try to go into the app and cancel the plan, the phone keyboard conveniently covers all options other than "keep my plan". If there is anyone from this app that responds to this email, know that there needs to be some serious overhaul with this app, your UX team needs to be fired, and frankly it should be reported to the BBB.
