A really engaging app that covers off all of your health needs in one place. I loved the food tracker and that it remembers your most frequent foods in a drop down option making it faster and easier to track your foods for the day. The kegal exercise is something I have never seen in an app before and I think is a fantastic addition. Really enjoying using the app and checking the stories each day, it isn't just your average (and normally boring) health app. This really does do everything!

I've been able to make progress towards my weight loss goals without sacrificing too much time or energy. The app is simple to use and has helped me stay on track and consistent with my fasting periods.

This app is truly remarkable! It's highly user-friendly. I simply can't fathom why some people would give negative reviews. The interface is so intuitive. I believe that some individuals may not be utilizing it properly or could be lacking the motivation to monitor their diet and food intake.

I started the process of signing up for this app in December and then did not complete the process once it asked me to add additional guides to my order. I have never signed in to the App, assuming that I did not complete the sign up. After looking at my checking account they processed 2 different payments the day I started to sign up and then continued charging my card every month after. Their website says they will get back to you in 2-3 days, but it took them almost 2 weeks and an additional charge on my card before they responded to my request for a refund. They are stating they have canceled my subscription, and that I will NOT get a refund after charging me $241.25 after the last couple of months. They are offering me a free 3 month extension or complimentary access to exclusive guides. Ridiculous

The lasta app is everything you need in a fitness and calorie tracking app. The app is has a really ingenious all-in-one calorie tracker and articles about what foods you would need to eat to stay with you calorie requirements. It also a great user interface and runs really smoothly. I was especially impressed with the fasting tracker with allows you intermittent fast and track your water goals. Like I said before Lasta truly wraps up all the features you would need to loose weight, stay fit, or count your calories.

As I said, it is almost a scam once you have the app on your cell phone. Even if it is a trial, they make it impossible to unsubscribe. I have written to them about it but have never gotten an email back. I have tried to unsubscribe several times with no luck. I had to cancel my credit card, and they again kept writing about the overcharge, and lastly, I deleted the app from my cell phone, although from by theirs perspective, I still have a month to go. I will keep asking for my money back. I advise you not to buy or get this application on a trial basis.
