I was initially upset because I requested to cancel auto renewal after the trial period and I was still charged but customer service was very quick to respond and refund my money. I hope I have the extra money in the future to use Lasta the app is really great!

I signed up for the 6.99 7-day trial. Tried phone calling to cancel. NO ONE EVER WILL ANSWER. Charged me $99.00 on 4/26 (on the 7th DAY from 4/19).

Lasta says that they make it easy to cancel but that is not true… After subscribing, I have tried to call their customer service phone number on several different occasions to ensure that I canceled before the renewal date. The company will send you dozens and dozens of emails in the short term and there is virtually no customer support whatsoever. I signed up for an inexpensive trial period & worked to cancel before renewal, and was informed today that because I agreed to the terms and conditions, and didn't cancel in advance of today, the renewal date, it was billed for a further six-month period. NOT happy. This is absolutely a scam and their non-existing customer service shows it. Additionally, they have blocked comments from being possible on social media platforms because so many people were complaining. Happy to share those screenshots of the commentary before they stopped allowing comments on social media. I wonder why!?! SCAM! Advice: READ THE FINE PRINT AND HOLD NO HOPE OF CANCELLING!

I subscribed on the app and paid $38 for it on September 22nd and I was not able to open the app on my phone it never gave me the option to do it. I went back and forth daily with the reps Arthur and Alice via email following all their instructions and sending then screenshots to prove then that the app was not working and I was not able to use it not even once. Their final email on October 7 said they cannot refund my money because is not refundable that they only could refund 25% of the amount that I paid. I think this is an SCAM and very shady business. How come if you have a product that does not work and I paid in full for it you are going to tell me that you can only refund me 25% of the price I paid after having waisted my time and energy for 16 days emailing you and doing everything you told me to do to make it work? I have records and can prove this. Please be aware
