I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
After my payment was processed, suddenly I got other things that I paid for. I contacted them and they cannot even tell who they booked the tickets that I paid for. And of course, since then they refuse to give any information. Airlines say that LastMinute has ownership of the tickets. So basically, they steal your money and they they stop responding. Do not even go to "secret" fees that are applied after etc...

Never book on this site if you do not want to get scammed. I travel a lot but never gotten scammed like this. I would never recommend this site to get flights to anyone.
I booked my flight from Amsterdam to Heathrow through this scammer site. While I was booking it was 51 euros on the site (after all tax everything) until I finalise the transaction from my bank account, however, they deducted 94 euros and when I checked with them the first time they said they will refund the extra amount they deducted. What I received were just 14 euros. They deducted from my account for the service that I did not even choose and does not show the real price on the site while we book.
Their business model is to get money from people without their concerns and scam the customers. :). Show the real price and then scam at least!

Don't buy from these people, we have not been refunded for over a year, we paid £30 pound extra to make sure we get our refund in 3 days if something went wrong, they paid the refund for my daughter who booked same package some days later to join us for a trip to Morocco, however as we were a bigger group, we have had no refund and we spent most of our holidays in Frankfurt airport and then came back home due to no flight going to Maroco until a week.

I booked 1 time through Lastminute.com and had to cancel the holiday due to the death of my grandmother. They didn't think along with me and they hang up the phone serveral times. Customer service will not help you with your questions! Not even in this situation.
During my next booking via Booking.com it turned out that I was 'stuck' again on Lastminute.com (they are linked partner).
I then wanted to cancel the stay, because the actual situation of the rooms was worse, than in the photos (no balcony etc.).
The stay indicated that they would not ask for any extra costs, but Lastminute.com charged more than 200 euros (for nothing). Then they do not provide insight into the invoice!
They did steal more than 200 euro's from me.

Better to completely avoid this company, they have absolutely terrible customer service. I was disconnected from the online chat twice for no reason. When I eventually got through on the phone, I was told to contact the airline directly about my tickets but the airline said they couldn't help and I had to contact Lastminute because I booked through them. Total wastes of space.
Had the worst experience with them, they are always saying they will ring you back or email you, they never do. I spent in total neatly 4 hours waiting for them to sort out a query about a hotel in America. I ended up ringing America twice as they couldn't be bothered... Never again
If you need to change anything they will charge you not only £35 what they say. They quoted me £1065 for changing a flight to one day later. This included the 99.15 change of hotel I never I asked for because I would just miss a day with no show. The chat help just lied to me saying it is the airline that charges so much. I talked to the airline they want only 50. When you contact lastminute about it they will just say it is the provider and they just pass the info on. That's a lie.

Avoid it, go to the flight operator directly and to the hotel directly, then you can change with them directly, otherwise you will be dependent on lastminute.com and they will scam you with huge cost of changes that they blame on the provider.

Whilst booking from lastminute.com was very easy with plenty of options, we picked a 4* hotel room in Bucharest and it was not the best experience. Staff not quite professional and the walls in the room were literally peeling off.
I had a flight booked from 10/12/22 - 19/12/22, paid for the premium service package which states I could request to change flight details. When I found a better flight and requested a change, it said it could take up to 4 days to process and there were only 2 seats left on my new flight. So I booked the new flight myself and tried to cancel the old one, which was a long draining process trying to communicate with the customer service team. I was promised a refund in the form of a voucher (see emails attached) then when I asked when I would receive it, I was told I'm not eligible for it. £370 is not a small amount of money to not get back and I'm not happy with this service.

SCAM! I booked a £1,305 flight, which they canceled and never refunded me! It's been MONTHS. I''d already booked the accommodation and don't know what to do! I've called them around 40 times! I spoke with some Indians who don't speak English! They promise to fix everything and did nothing! They hang on me several times! I've lost £1,305 on flights, £50 on calls and £1800 on hotels
Had a quote for a flight ticket from lastminute.com for £785, Accpeted the quote and made payment. However, I got charged £800 for the ticket on my bank statement. Impossible to speak to customer services as it is inexistant. I found that incredible that a company like that is allowed to operate when so many people are complaining about it. AVOID. If you want to get rip off, this is the company for you. I got evidence about the quote BTW.

My son booked a same day one way ticket from Paris to London with last minute.com. AFTER they had taken payment, they then emailed to say customer services would be in touch in 3 hours. Not the confirmation email he was expecting. They did not get in touch in 3 hours but later on emailed him to say that they were unable to book the ticket but would only refund the money in up to three day. Gues what no money refunded in 3 days. This was all my son, a student, had in his account and This left him stranded in Paris. As of today 5 days later they still have not refunded his money. A disgusting company run on a crooked basis.
Saying they are issuing my refund and have got the go ahead from the airline for my cancelled flight. Then they tell me that my refund is being processed and in the final stages (that was 3 months ago). Well, I've just had confirmation from the airline that last minute.com haven't requested the refund!@@?
I've bought a flight with lastminute back in January, to fly out on 23/03/20, but because of the Coronavirus pandemic, my flight was canceled. Since then, I am trying to get in contact with them but only got a robot response, phones don't work and there is no email address. I feel hopeless and like I've been robbed. Do not buy from this company, they are only good at taking your money. Truly crooks.
Booked for flight tickets for two pax with lastminute.com from Dublin to Hyderabad with booking ID *******454. Requested to cancel one ticket for my return journey. Without my permission they canceled both the tickets. Absolute blunder from Lastminute. Its been 12 hours now and i was on numerous phone calls with their customer service team Abbas, Amit, Apporva, Edwin giving false promises on call backs.
No update until now and this booking was cancelled 24 hours before my travel. Absolute night mare. If you wish to have a pleasant experience, avoid Lastminute.com at any cost for any of your future travels

Nothing good to say. Yes it's been a horrendous time for the company, however communication is shocking. Website guides you to web chats and emails to contact... don't exsist! Phone lines discontected. Tell you to deal directly with airline which I did, then they hold on to your money when refunded 10 weeks ago!
Most disgusting company ever. Airline cancelled and immediately refunded my flight on the day of booking which I reached out to and confirmed. I followed the funds and even confirmed that Bravofly had already received it from their processor, Travelfusion. They want to charge a $35/person cancellation fee for a credit card refund when they themselves didn't do any work to chase or hunt down my refund. Been emailing their customer care, escalation line, and executives for a week with 0 response. 0 customer service and chat agent / phone agents are untrained and just repeat the same bs like a broken record - I feel so bad for them. This company needs to be shut down for the scammy hidden fees! Look at articles regarding how they failed to refund U.K. Customers on time during Covid and their top executives got arrested and jailed for abusing covid funds - no wonder it's the worst travel agency in the world! The description of the room on last minute.com told of an apartment with a fridge, cooking facilities and other things. In reality, it was just a hotel room with no fridge. It made do for our stay but wasn't what we were led to believe. Supposedly the hotel did own apartments but they are for rent.
Absolutely appauling service from lastminute.com when I've booked a package holiday from them. We've booked to go to Brussels for a long weekend and they have got us coming home from an airport in Holland! A different bloody country all together. They have tried to tell me this isnt their fault and that I can contact RyanAir and change my flights. Which would now cost me £128 extra and I'd loose my priority boarding and luggage allowance. If you go online the flight was only £30 extra. Why would you even advertise a package holiday like this? Never ever ever will I or my family buy from this company again. I highly recommend everyone read all terms before buying a "package" deal from them. Martin Lewis should *******% do an article on this sort of issue to prevent customers from dealing with situations like this.
Booked 3 seats with last minute.com Monday 19/8/19 for jet2 flight LS 1412 paid £744 Alicante/stanstead received correct email details and booking ref.
On jet2 website checking in etc and spotted different flight times/LS 1528.
I immediately rang last minute.com and spoke to a call centre in India. They promised to sort out error in 48 hours. Needless to say no one has contacted me. In the meantime I rang jet2 direct who were extremely helpful and gave me a full refund after confirming that last minute.com's email had in fact requested the different flight after realising not 3 seats available without telling me.
Jet2 also advised me that you only have 24 hours to get a full cancellation refund after which time you loose all of it. So good job I didn't wait 48hours what a con trick be careful and book direct and don't use this outfit can't be trusted.
I booked a flight to the Philippines in May 2021 and took out their Premium Package Service which allows me to change my flight. By September 2021, I realised that the Covid situation was still very bad, so I called lastminute and was told that it would be easier to change my flight directly with Singapore Airlines which I did. SA changed my flight as requested. However, it is now obvious that Covid is still a risk so I called lastminute to change. Was told that because I changed the booking directly, they can't help as they do not have the new booking on their system. I was surprised. Since then, I'm being passed from pillar to post by both lastminute and Singapore Airlines, each saying the other is responsible. I paid £1600. Called lastminute to say that I changed my booking directly per their advice but, nevertheless, they said they can't help me. I am very worried now.

The poorest customer experience imaginable. I put in a ticket change request after noticing the wrong date came through for my ticket on the booking form. I immediately tried to contact customer services but was told I had to put in a change request. They said they would email in 4 days whilst I was on holiday with the correct date of my ticket. They did not contact me. I was due to fly back in a couple of days and still heard nothing. My medication had run out so I had to buy another ticket for £1299 one-way back to the UK. Both tickets cost me over £2000 in the end and I am absolutely fuming. They have not heard the last of me!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The phone number is near impossible to track down and when one does find it, you are told you will be contacted again with a solution. Obviously I was never phoned back. This happened on a loop 4 times. Exasperated, I gave up. I strongly urge people not to use this caniving company. They are so wude.
They had to change my return flight, and I rejected their first offer. After two weeks and countless calls to them (with none of the promised responses happening), I got them to escalate the problem, and FINALLY got a non-acceptable flight. I did their job for them (identifying many possible and available flights), but they did as little as possible. Will avoid using them again if at all possible.

We booked a city break in copenhagen, 2 months later my wife was found to have brain tumours sencondary to lung cancer, we tried to cancel the booking and was asked to present medical evidence which was done by a mcmillan nurse, after 2 months of trying they eventually said no and along side the £350 deposit already taken they took the balance which was equivalent too 10 weeks of my wifes sick pay, even though they are within their rights it shows how this company value profits over customer welfare.
