I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
This company is awful! My flight was cancelled many times last November. They never gave me any answer of my refund. I called them trying to get an answer about this matter, and they just told me that the airline is responsible to give the funds back. They do not anything about customer service... Worst company ever!
I have purchased a vacation which supposed to be fully insured, hotel were showing refundable up to the vacation point, flights shows free cancellation, and car rental as well. After Government move the destination to amber list which makes it not legal to go for vacation, I have cancelled the vacation as requested on the panel for a refund and then no one get back to us and when I have contacted them by phone after so many tries the agent just said that it is ok and under processing but it takes longer due to COVID19. I had to go to my bank to have a charge back and bank informed me that they have rejected the charge back without addressing the points we have made for cancellation.
They are scam, just collect the money and for sure they will ran away and file bankruptcy when take more money from hard earning people like us.

Never use this website as it is a complete scam. They will show something on their website and collect your money and when it comes to cancellation or refunding they won't answer, they won't send you any email so you won't have any proof and in their invoice none of the promises on the site when you are purchasing will be listed.

Very bad service, I requested a change on flight date so my Mom could flight with my grandmother (as she cannot flight alone) and took one month to send me an answer.
The price of changing the flight was more than 824 Euros (just the way back). I checked in the airline and the price was 408 Euros! More than double the price, awful service! If I would have booked the flight myself when I started the change request, I am sure would have paid less than 400 euros in the airline directly. Never ever will buy a ticket with a third company! Better do it directly with the airline, even if they are a few Euros expensive at the beginning, the service is worth it and at least you know the airline will support you with changes and money back if something happens.

Online fraud they are running. I had flight booked and insured with cancellation. I tried to cancel it then came to know that only 90% refund i will get and that too voucher, and their 90% is more than 40% amount. I bought ticket in 1500 euro and got only 1064. Same less people.
I was looking into flights for January on Sky Scanner. Lastminute.com had the lowest prices out of all the options. However when I tried to book the tickets on the site the price almost doubled. It seems like they are unscrupulous thieves and scoundrels. All of the positive reviews are clearly fake as well.
Return flight SA to UK had to be changed on short notice we selected the option to change flights and paid the fees. We receive a response 4 days after trying to change our return flight. Their customer service is pathetic They do not respond to e-mails, do not try and call you are wasting your time, and speaking to an agent is a scam. Avoid stay away
It is rare for these sort of providers to receive good reviews so I thought it important to give credit where credit due. Our flight was cancelled by Wizz air which was booked through lastminute.com (as well as our hotel). The airline was horrific and we really believed we were going to have a long stressful journey trying to get a full refund and compensation. However, last minute were brilliant from the moment we first contacted them and within less than 24 hours we were given a full refund of the entire package flights and hotel. Extremely impressed and will feel safe booking through them again. Thank you for being human and dealing with the situation quickly and efficiently without any added stress.
Absolutely awful. Never use them - just go directly to the air carrier's website and book there for way less money! I confirmed I didn't want insurance and after I saw the amount I was paying and entered my card details, they gave another pop up just to catch you off guard - ended up paying way more than if I had booked directly on the air carrier's website. Awful customer service too. Never booking through them again.
Avoid at all costs … they have no way of talking to them … no phone... no email... no chat... app doesn't allow anything either... staying silent is there way of keeping your money.
Had authorised refunds in April and have received nothing form them and now we are in Aug! Awful service.
Booked hotel rooms for our party at the last minute. Was presented with a variety of options, so we were able to compare and select the best fit for us. Descriptions of the different hotels were a useful aid for making our selection. Booking process was easy, confirmation arrived in my inbox promptly, and there were no issues with our booking on arrival despite us making the booking earlier that same day.
Last minute is selling turkish airlines ticket to dubai even tho the company is not allowed to land. I called them as I find out now and my flight is on the 4th of october.the guy was so rude talking to me like Im dumb. They refused to modify my ticket. I dont know what to do! Last minute never again
Booked some flights yesterday, for about 20% less than on the official Ryanair website. What a mug, never again!
Today they wrote that the booking could not be confirmed and they will refund me. Of course the Ryanair flights have now gone up and it cost me £50 per ticket more than yesterday to book them on the official website.

Basically lied to me about holiday arrangements which basically because I used compelling legal phrases meant they had no option but to issue a full refund. However, there approach was to blame me and refuse refund which unfortunately for them they could not sustain and ultimately did. Less persistent people would lose the lot. Q: Why is check-in only available 24 hours in advance and why is it available earlier for a charge. A: Cos its a scam and very inconvenient! My holiday in March was cancelled due to covid. I'm still waiting on a refund now SIX months later. I haven't been able to contact anyone from last minute via phone or email which is absolutely appalling, there's just no way of speaking to customer service or anyone. I can see from other reviews they've not bothered refunding anyone or even sending out courtesy emails explaining. So unprofessional and unorganised and they have the cheek to post several new holidays on their site every day but don't bother speaking to customers about old holidays or refunds. Terrible, terrible company and I'd strongly urge people to never use them.
We bought holiday arrangement to Greece, Naxos via Mykonos ( just offered us flight & hotel) but impossible to synchronize return flight with ferry ( flight from Mykonos is at 10,55 hrs and first ferry fm Naxos is at 12.05 hrs). We paid for 2x people 1133, 99 euro and decided to cancel the arrangement. LastMinute offered us to voucher or money return deducted for administration cost ( - 70 euro) and following their math it is 258,55 euro per person! Zero biz attitude! Don't book with them!
Please guys do not book with this company. I booked a flight and after four days they still couldn't tell me if my flights are confirmed. However they took my money. Then I decided to cancel and last minute told me it can take three days. There call centre is in India somewhere.The people seem tired and can't be bothered attitude.
Worst company ever. Neatly booked and paid everything properly. Within a few days we received an email that our reservation is being canceled for no real reason. We never got the money, unfortunately I don't think we will either, but I will do my best to at least legally take all measures against them. Fraudsters who take money, avoid them if you do not want to be deceived.

- on 18-Jul-2020 I make a reservation with free cancellation
- on 20-Jul-2020 I delete it (please note: it's a "standard" free cancellation, nothing to do with Covid etc.)
- as today, 03-Sep-2020 I still have NOT my money back.
Customer service told me that they don't know the refund time (?!)
I've opened a dispute with my bank.
Never happened such a thing in years of reservations with Booking.com or Expedia.com
I booked 2 flights to the states for April 2020. Pandemic caused cancellation so was offered a voucher. When I try to use the voucher you can't input the code online you have to call. I called them and their price then became over £100 more expensive than advertised on their own site. Their customer service staff are rude and belligerent people who are well schooled it "we couldn't care less". When I asked them to explain why the price was dearer for me than anyone else booking with a credit card I was told and I quote "take it or leave it" They say there is no manager available and when I mentioned ABTA they just laughed. Avoid at all costs.

I chose a flight ticket from their website, offered at GBP205.99, went through the entire purchase process, made sure to reject all additional services and offers and paid with my credit card. When I went see the card statement they had charged my GBP320.99, without any explanation.
I wrote to their customer service attaching a screenshot of the original offer and the final charge, but they just said they were doing no refund because the price match policy didn't apply to flight tickets alone. They didn't even tried to understand the problem and then simply stopped answering my emails.
Terrible service. Save yourselves trouble and go directly to the airline or a trusted booking agent.
Five of us, including two children had flights to Thailand booked for July. Qatar cancelled because of Covid.
The last three months has shown Lastminute.com in a truly appalling light: obfuscation, changing email addresses, failing to send even a generic reply to letters.
We are owed about £3000. This is a form of theft and we are not a wealthy family. I'm phoning them today and if there is no result, we will contact the Guardian and also begin a legal process against Last minute. Com.
Trying to get money back from a holiday which never took place due to coronavirus, exceptional circumstances, guess what? Cancellation fee is 100% of the price! Never, ever, again. Hope they go out of business, making money on people's harm, paying for nothing!
