I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%

I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.

Last minute have unethical business practice. Phone number and customer service impossible to get through. They need to change policy on refund or provide an exchange. I will never use lastminute and would not recommend anyone book with lastminute. I wanted to make changes and informed them within 24hrs. It was a genuine excuse during the Paris riots. We wanted to be safe. They wanted me to cancel and rebook the holiday. But they won't refund the original booking. I have nothing nice to say about last minute.

On the 29/03/2021 i received an email from Lastminute.com informing me that my package holiday had unfortunately been cancelled i would as per our contract get a full refund this process should only take 3 weeks roughly
Its now 13/05/2021 and according to the web site its still being processed?
There is no answer to the phones none to emails and i can find NO other way to contact them ive looked at ATOL and quite frankly they are useless and yet i see Lastminute are still taking bookings on line
Can some Government agency please step up and just do something!

Booked flight 2 days before travel date, when I didn't receive confirmation, called customer service line, no help at all, could not tell me whether my was booked or not! Approx 7 hours after booking, I recieved an email saying my booking was cancelled with NO explanation at all, and my would be refunded within 7 days!

Avoid like the plague.
Booked flight from Spain to UK online, great paid, got all my information etc, only to be emailed saying booking cancelled, but they get to keep your money for up to 7 days.
So I rang them up to ask what was going on, they said there is a lag online, and sometimes, there system is not up to date, and that the seats had gone, but the guy who I was talking to assured me that over the phone the system is accurate, so I paid out for a second set of seats, get this SAME flight, he assured me that there will be no problems now.
Guess what, 2 hours later, email saying booking cancelled.
There are two stages to there booking system, the booking itself, then the confirmation, basically an auction.
You pay, then they wait until some pays more for same seats, then they cancel yours.
Distcusting ripoff system.
AVOID.

Horrible Customer service. Do not use them. They do not help at all and are about the worst online booking travel agents. They are only bothered with their suppliers and would not pay any attention or help customers.

It was my first time using lastminute.com. At the beginning was sceptical. But I wanted to give it a chance and I booked all my trip with lastminute.com. Everything went well. And Great prices. I'll use it again

The worst third party u could ever book anything from, they don't care about customer satisfaction, they are not responsive, they are not even doing it right and they are not available to correct their mistakes. Horrible company

Everything was great, the flights and hotel and transfer. Only thing that wasn't so good was I paid for seats on the flight and when I got to the check in I was told that last minute hasn't passed on the seating arrangements so there is nothing we can do and that this isn't the first time this has happened. So my family of 4 was all separated all over the plane and the same happened on the way back. If you pay for seats please make sure that the airline has received them. I have lost over £65.

I made a huge mistake of booking with this agency. They clearly tell you "Do dont call us" you deal with the airline useful who are not able to help you with cancellation or with anything because you booked thru a 3rd party agency like this one. Not loose your money like I did... I book a ticket that I couldn't travel with due to the travel restrictions and getting no help nor refund

I would have given them 0* if it had been possible. We made a mistake in booking with them. Long story but we find that they will not cancel the flights even though we requested the cancellation hours after making the mistake. I am told that I cannot cancel the flights AND I cannot sell them to somebody else. I intend going to the airline and explaining all the problems.

My advice to you is do not use them.

In fact I did not go on to their website. I went onto Booking.com and was redirected there when we went to book flight + hotel. I thought that this was part of Booking.com which I have used in the past and I had been happy with the experiences.
So beware of Booking.com as well.
They are in on the sharp practice of fleecing people.

This people are lying about the cancellation insurance they have, they send you a voucher but after that, you can't use it on the site, its a scam

I keep emailing with *******@lastminute.com and they even sent me the wrong website to 'fix' the problem. its all a lie

I booked a 7 day holiday though lastminute.com and a couple of days after we booked we decided to extend our booking to 10 days. It has been over two months and the booking is still pending, despite calling customer service weekly to see how it's progressing. We are dues to leave in a matter of days.
Customer service are not interested in helping you, and will do or say almost anything to get you off the phone to the point of being rude. Please be careful when booking though lastmintue.com because if you change you mind or if anything goes wrong with your booking - It will NOT get resolved and could end up costing you even more money.
After my experience, I wouldn't recommend using them.

I booked a flight in February receiving confirmation of the booking only to find out 36 hrs before I was due to fly when looking to reserve a seat that there was a problem and to contact agent. On contacting lastminute.com was advised airline had cancelled the flight although my partner was booked on the flight via different agent.
Lastminute.com never issued a cancellation notice and advised they have been trying to return money however there is a dispute with my bank. Bank has advised they need cancellation notice however over 1 month later and numerous emails lastminute.com cannot help and still hold my money.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had booked flight tickets through lastminute after which I read the reviews and they were generally bad to say the least. I was anxious if I would get a refund if I had to cancel. Eventually I did have to cancel the tickets and I was really stressed and thought I'd lose my money but to my surprise the customer care was incredibly helpful. I had to try a few numbers to get to talk to someone. In under 5 mins my cancellation request was approved and received confirmation and refund options 3 days later in which they mentioned it might take up to 2 months to get the refund in my account. It took them only 5 days to refund :). The entire experience was swift and hassle free, completely opposite to the reviews I came across.

Horrible company. After making a mistake with the booking I was told I would be charged more than double the price for the ticket in order to change it (literally minutes after booking it). Will boycott this company for life.

Never had any issue booking through this site. Always have been able to get a hold of customer service. And when there was a issue it was quickly resolved. At the end of the day you get what you pay for and for what you're paying you just can't beat it.

I cannot believe lastminute.com!
They have actually objected to a full refund I claimed back to back to my Credit Card, which is due to Flybe (a code share partner on local flights for Virgin Atlantic) going into receivership!
Virgin Atlantic and lastminute.com by law should have made a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation, especially as this happened before the Coronavirus pandemic blocked all flights to Orlando!
lastminute.com now expect my Credit Card company to pay them again for flights that I have not had.
I will NEVER use lastminute.com or Virgin Atlantic again!

Having been advised that our flight booked via lastminute.com had been moved from Nov 27 to the 28th I took up my option to cancel and, have rebooked alternative flights. In spite of lastminute.com taking our money, I have been told that we will not be refunded until the airline has refunded them which could take up to 2 months! Surely it is their responsibility to refund their customers and, deal with the airline to obtain money they are due. Will book directly in future

I have lost my money due to their terrible customer service. I will never use them again. I had to cancel my holiday and I have contacted them in advance to re-arrange my booking but they were not cooperating with me. Scam!

They messed me around saying I could get my return boarding passes after asking over and over again for my details to finally get them and sorting them out myself, without there help even though I paid extra for them to sort them for me thats what it was for, biggest waste of money and my own time to sort this out, customer service is dreadful don't bother ringing them had to prove one of them wrong before he stopped trying to say I was wrong waste of time and money.don't go with them I won't be telling me there no available even though they where anyone struggles let me know I'll sort it out not them and I won't charge wasters...

My flight to Serbia has been cancelled and not refunded, and my hotel reservation has not been cancelled insiptie of flight cancellation and they have not even inform me about this cancellation but not accepted to cancel the hotel reservation,they do not help or provide a solution...

Well what to say, I'm trying to empathize with all this unusual situation due to Covid-19. But still can't understand how you can get the payment in 5 seconds, never got the ticket but instead i got a cancellation email where they apologized that couldn't confirm the ticket with Wizz, and this after calls and follow up from my side, I had a short notice trip( in three days from the date i booked the ticket), they were not sending any confirmed booking, messed up my trip and schedule and on top of that, one month after i received their email will cancellation of the booking until now I haven't received my refund! Keep in mind people are jobless this days, have lost their loved one( I'm one if them, thats way i was traveling) and cant afford to block in one day 1000£ in one way ticket, I'm supposed to book a return ticket! Very disappointed! I need someone to look after my case

They do not clearly mention flight details and and do not have contact number they direct you to chat and waste your time money with out any solution please do not buy from these people pay little extra but buy from well known agency they at least have contact number. Scam agency loot you.

The whole idea of using these kind of platforms to avoid paying in different currency's, however booking with these kind of people always try to hide and cheat people.

When the booking is made the amount shown is not anyone pays, but gets charged in a currency of the country you making the booking,
