I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
I have never seen like that company i bought a ticket which was saying flexible and then when i make the payment i have been told my ticket is not flexible and i have to pay airline changing fee and my insurance covers for out bond only so never pay ticket from this company
I purchased a ticket from Honolulu to SoCal. For starts they took way more out of my account than stated when asked for a break down of what was taken they said they could not provide it. I needed to change my departure date and they told me it would be another 351 on top of what I already paid (WHY? I bought insurance) when asked for a refund which they stayed I would get 90% back they sent me an email saying Id get a refund for 271.36 today I get an email saying I will only be refunded 4 so my $411 ticket I paid for I only get $5 Im beyond furious, I will never use this company again and I recommend no one else does either. The customer service is terrible.
Bought a flight had to cancel got a voucher. Booked another flight forgot to add voucher they refused to add it saying I can use it on another booking even though I already lost a previous voucher with them as I don't fly that's much. So far almost £1000 lost and I can show proof of this! Use at your own risk!

Transfer was prebooked and paid prior to trip as part of package deal with Last Minute.
Transfer did not show up, waited over an hour at the airport and multiple phone calls later had to take a taxi from the airport and pay out of spending money.
Having lost confidence and trust with the transfer company and having a return flight to catch i told the transfer company i could not risk using them for the return transfer to the airport and made my own way back again using my spending money.
Last minute are refusing to provide a full refund for a service which was not satisfactory. I have been passed from person to person over a 2 month period.

The hotel was very good and very clean, with coffee facilities.It was central for all our visits to the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar, and we found everything to our liking.The htel food was varied and you could always something for your palate.The hotel staff were very polite and helpful.
I booked a room in the roundhouse Hotel in Bournemouth through last minute.com the room was utterly disgusting completely unacceptable I have emailed several times and no one has ever gotten back to me it was a shock to my system the state the place was in completely unacceptable
I bought an airline ticket to Sri Lanka yesterday for travelling on June 18 th. I purchased the ticket for £725 that included a package to be able to cancel change date. I just found out that tourists are not allowed to enter Sri Lanka until Saugus the 1 st. So I cancel the ticket and they have said they will refund only £176. I am so shocked. After paying for a special package, they are just refunding £176. Really despicable service. I will never ever use that company again.

I booked 8 tickets for my family with them. They charged me all the amount and after i got a mail saying thanks for booking but not yet confirmed. After hours got a cancellation claiming my money will be infrozen several days after! And i havenr got enough more to book another flight to return back home! Authorities must proceed
I would not recommend this company, I had a flight changed by 24 hours, I request a refund they refunded the amount less £50 and claimed it was a handling fee. When I tried to complain about this I had to ring a premium rate number, I asked for a manger they kept me n hold for 10 minutes then said one wasn't available. I was told one would ring me back this didn't happen. I tried to email them with my complaint and request to get my £50 back however you will find they don't have an email for complaints. I would not use them again and I'd in no way recommend them.
, Hello, i was booked 5 flights tickets online, the price was checked than nothing change, than i was booked tickets, money was taken from my bank account, and next day i was get call and told than after my booking ticket price increase to 101£. I was asked for refund, its takes 3-4 working days, than now i can't get other tickets.
They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Once you booked you are done. No chance for flight change or cancelation. You will receive one email stating they're working on your return and that's it. Money is gone. I'm trying to go through the line the ticket has been bought from but it is pain of $#*! now and not that easy. Keep away from them!
I booked a flight with lastminute and it came back with the wrong date and i phoned them and they wanted 29 euro to fix it and when i went to another site i got a new flight for 19 euro.

Got a package to Greece (accommodation and flight) one day before the trip got an email cancelling the accommodation. I contacted them as I wasn't happy with the hotel replaced. So I gave the hotel alternative and they kept me waiting all day for the confirmation. They never confirmed and I didn't go as I didn't have any accomodation confirmed. Still waiting for refund of over £600. Again when I contact them all I hear is we are dealing with your complaint. It has been 2 weeks and so far no contact whatsoever.
I have recently put a deposit down for a New York holiday in Feb 2019. After paying the deposit online, we recieved a confirmation E-mail, which seemed to have limited information. Also, I find it very suspicious that we are unable to pay the remaining balance in bits online. After phoning the company, we were told that it can only be paid in full over the phone before January, and we will then recieve a full confirmation E-mail. I'm unsure of what to do as my gut is telling me not to trust this. Customer service is very poor.
I will give them 0 or less. I booked my flights through lastminute and the country I was supposed to travel to has closed its borders due to Covid-19. Whilst my friend who booked through expedia got voucher for the full amount, I was only given voucher for 90% by lastminute.com to rebook my travel on another date and l lost over £80. This is unprofessional. They are crooks and not reliable. Avoid them at any cost. They are there only to make money.
I will never book any lastminute because they never booked the hotels even though they advertised the hotels that have no business connection with. I arrived the hotel and they told me it were never booked. I am prepared to take action again the lastminute

Unacceptable service, flight changed without notice to a connection that it was not possible to catch due to connection times. New onward flights had to be purchased at great personal expense. When someone finally got back to me over a month later they incorrectly informed me that I had been notified prior to the flight change this was done by email with no attempt to talk to me in person. This is simply untrue and insults my intelligence I didn't receive an email and even if I had it wouldn't have changed my ability to teleport from one plane to another in less than 5 mins. They refuse to re-fund me the price of my flights. Not worth the hassle book your holiday your self and at least the only person you have to deal with is you!
I even talk with one agent, they said don t worry you will get your tickets and i paid them to do my check in as well. When i go on website 1 day before my fly says ticket cancelled. Very nice AVOID THIS JOKERS

I had to go directly to the airline's website to check-in and pay for my checked bag a second time as I couldnt log into lastminute.com. My password wasn't accepted and I couldn't reset it as my email address was rejected despite them sending me an email confirmation. There is no way I could find of contacting these people.
Booked flights to croatia with Jet2 through booking.com for September. We then found out through the Jet2 website that our flights had been cancelled and we should recieve our refund from lastminute.com. I have had no email from lastminute.com regarding the cancellation of my flight or my refund. I have tried to call them, but it says I am unable to contact someone on the phone due to their offices being closed. I have tried to email every single email address I could find online and I constantly keep getting bounce back emails as it says those email addresses dont deal with refunds. I have tried to contact them on twitter, but had no reply. Doesn't look like i'll be getting my money back for this flight. The company is a massive scam and should be shut down! Will not be booking anything through them again!
Easy to book straight forward and stayed in ramada hotel very good hotel in belfast city centre close to alot if pubs shops and lots more and easy to get to and to get away again on leaving for home . I did the secret hotel thing
Worst experience ever! And I am not exaggerating! They cancelled my flight after paying $450 because I was in a car accident and was going to only use one portion of my round trip flight. So I was not in any way notified of a cancellation. In fact I could pull up my itinerary and it'd show my flight status, luckily the night before I called because I could t check in, that's when I was informed it was cancelled and had to purchase a $700 one way ticket and my $450 wouldn't be refunded. I had to change flight times and airports considering it was so last minute, with that I spent 18 hours between delays, layovers, and what not. It was an absolute nightmare and they do not care at all what you're dealing with or going through. I am not one to leave a review unless it's a good review because I understand life happens, people have bad days, whatever the case may be but this was just ridiculous!
Through LastMinute we found a very nice hotel in Athens, which had just opened 2 months ago: Coco-Mat. We did some research on which area at Athens we wanted to be, and this was very close to Acropolis, and close to place to eat and shop.
The only thing I did not understand (and I AM a computer geek), is that I was unable to pay in euro's. If anyone knows how to set this, please let me know!
Absolutely horrific experience and loss of money. Flight got grounded because of the coronavirus and I was unable to make my hotel booking. They blocked the phones lines so I couldn't get through after weeks they told me that it was being treated as a no show. Had a future booking with another booking website and they gave me a refund immediately I also had the option of moving the booking. Lost more than £700. Never again!
