I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
They scammed me, essentially I was supposed to have my return flight rebooked but instead they refunded me 2 GBP and asked me to call Air Canada instead. After calling Air Canada they said I must go through LastMinute.com but every time I call or email them they tell me an agent will call me back. It's been 3 months... Never ever use this scammy website.

Here's a site that has a bit of catching-up to do. It's over-complicated, and some of its approaches feel spammy.
There are good things that it offers, such as its Top Secret hotel deals (although aren't these really the deals that it was supposed to be offering all the time when it was set up?), but there's also a lot of quite expensive stuff on the site, and the search can be fiddly.
I do use this site; I just feel like it needs to move forward. As the brand-leader, I'd like to see it going back to making really good offers. The good old days, eh?
Do not use last minute they are fraudulatnt agency whih i am now having to take to court as they have refused to give a refund although im atol protected, they lied about what they had charged me for and tried to take over £100 compensation for a holiday i never got to go on, my bank and abta, have confirmed that what they are doing is fraud, do not trust these people
I bought two flights from lastminute. Due to cancellation, I haven't travel and almost 4 monthes later, I still waiting the refund without any information. So I propose to everybody never réserve with lastminute.
I booked 3 return tickets 3 months before a trip but one of the flights was cancelled. After some calls and emails to the *******@lastminute.com and finally I was directed to the escalated team (*******@lastminute.com). I was fully refunded within a week or more on my bank account.
Booked a holiday to go 30th July have to cancel due to the virus trying to get a answer about what to do next might as well ask for the winning lottery numbers this weekend totally and utterly useless sorry I booked with these clowns don't get caught out like I have
They advertised a holiday, to which my best friend booked, this was going to be their honeymoon. However after paying the full amount for said holiday, they were told they had overbooked the flight and cancelled the entire holiday for them, on top of this they were unable to give the money back for at least 10-20 days, to which then it would be too late. As they work with animals they are unable to book more time off or move their week off as animals are very important to them and they are unable to get that extra time off.
Imagine if they hadn't of cancelled? Would lastminute let them get to the airport and then find out? They basically made it look like it wasn't their mistake, it clearly was.
Also their customer service is horrible. Seriously the worst phone call I've ever heard.
Apalling fraudster company, I never been refunded for the trip which didnt take place due to Covid 19,4 months of waitinfg and still no reply apart from generic emails that Im not entitled to a refund! Illegal what they are doing, taking our money and then just vanishing with funds, avoid 100%

The reason to pay flexible ticket to incase change flight date or to add luggage as well, i called this co after i booked to change date after i received email from him they refused to change date and they refuse a swell to add luggage my advise for any one want book airline with last minute group please dont do

I wouldn't recommend them at all, I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could have a choice to do so. I have been trying to change the flight date for the last two days I can't get it done despite I purchased a fulflex ticket, they keep telling me wait a few hours. I called them five times in two days. When I called them to make the change flight was available at £100 pound, they delayed me until no time left and change went up to £400 pound. They have zero customer service as soon as you paid them they will ignore you.
They are scammers and liers do not book with them, booked a hotel in London, clearly fraud as It did no exist there was nobody to check us in we lost our rime money and had nowhere to stay, the telephone number on the webside to contact the hotsk was invalid no other contact info so we were literally left on the street, unaccessible service and they now say we can't refund you even though it was 100% their fault will never book again never, useless company

I booked a trip to Houston tx (hotel fly and car) soon I step out of the airplane my problem start, they lost my baggage, i went to pick up the car was already booked but they not give to me because they request to me an international driver licence but im usa citizen so I don't need! I have to rent another car with another company, I went to the hotel and can not give me the room because lastminute took the money from my account but they not pay the hotel I wait 3 h in the hotel hall my kids was sleeping in the cauch and after 40 days im still waiting for the refund. Today call me but they not promise me they gona give me the money back. Ill be fighting with them and put a bad review on all socials, I want my money back
Easy to book, no problems, a brilliant weekend in BERLIN. Great flights and hotel. The royal leanado in Otto Braun strasse is comfortable, clean and within easy reach of Alexandra Platz, the hub for travelling around the city.
My parents who are in the 70s purchased a flight ticket from the wrong city by accident (even though they entered the right city but in tiny letters it offered them a departure from another city). My dad needed to get surgery. When they tried to change it NOBODY was available. They tried calling customer service about 20 times, nobody would physically answer. They emailed customer service, they email Marcus Williamson who emailed back telling them to email the CEO (Fabio Cannavale)... they emailed Mr. Cannavale who NEVER took the time to reply or had anybody reply on his behalf. My parents ended up having to get a taxi to the city they purchased the ticket from and the same for the way back after my dad had his surgery and shouldn't be moving around. The customer service is much to be desired... you are better off purchasing your ticket straight from the company. Customer service in last minute is non existent. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I booked a room for 2 nights at lastminute.com and paid in full using my credit card. When I arrived at the Hotel in the late evening, the person at the reception said that they currently do not have any online booking tie-up at all. He refused to allow me to check-in based on my booking information from lastminute.com.
When I tried to browse through the web site to call a phone number for support... it showed me a UK international phone number to call from India. Why would everyone have international calling?
So I used their chat option. After lot of automated chat bot responses, it connected me to a chat agent. She asked me regarding the problem. When I typed about my problem, she just typed back saying... "I will contact the Host hotel and call you back and then ended the chat conversation".
Late night, now I am struggling to find a decent hotel reservation, but am not able to find anything close by that is not too expensive. I have not received any call from lastminute.com to resolve my situation!
Why is this website accepting payments and booking reservations at Hotels that are directly saying they do not have any online tie-up?

Booked a city break to Berlin for the beginning of October, 2 months before this date i was made redundant and financially i would be unable to make this trip now with no job.
Over the phone i was advised a date change was definetly possible, however this wasn't the case and i was advised by email they cant do anything about it - so i'm losing over £300.
Shambles of a company that does nothing to help people suffering due to the current Covid crisis. Would not reccomend at all.
Booked a holiday to Malta and i decided to cancel it due to Malta going on the cornoavirus quarantine list. I called them up asking for a cancellation. First time i called them they said i would be entitled to a full refund and i would receive an email in a couple of days. A week and half later i rang up again asking if my refund had been processed they then went and told me it would take 2-3 months for me to receive it and that i wouldn't be entitled to a full refund. As well as this before i cancelled it the company changed my return flight to 2 days later without informing me and it was only when i looked at my booking when i found out.
I have purchased 2 tickets via lastminutes.com, spoken to the airlines on the day flying out and explained that I wanted to cancel one ticket due to breavement, they said they would but I needed to speak to lastminute agent as I purchased through them. The agent I have spoken with was not interested, they had the money and that is that. Never again

Still waiting on a full refund for the flights cancelled in May 2020, due to COVID19!
The cost of the flights was £246.55 and the only option to get a refund by cash was to accept £174.30, as the full refund amount was being offered as a voucher and I just wanted the cash back.
I've only received £20 back in cash from my flight and Ryanair have said they have given the rest of the money to lastminute.com, but there saying they haven't and keep telling me to call Ryanair.
Getting passed pillar to post! Never known customer service like that. Their so unprofessional and I haven't a clue how they have got a job, they aren't even botherer and there's no customer care at all!
I booked a holiday package with them and was told i would recieve a confirmation email with all the details and after 3 days of not recieving it, i rang them up and they had no idea what was going on and said they would book it up and send me an email. I got an email 30 minutes later saying the package was no longer available and that i would get a refund!
We bought our flights and paid extra if we want to cancel or change our flight anytime, and then when we tried contact the company they didn't give any support for the customer. We tried to change our flights but we can not go to the website and change straight away from there, we have to wait the email of them saying if we can change or not (they gave to us a excuse saying the flight company didn't have any flights for our destination) we try to cancel and they said we can not! EVEN IF WE PAID EXTRA money for cancel anytime! We lost our money, our time... I dont recommend that company for nobody!
I am allergic to wasps and was stung by wasps that was flying in bedroom from large wasps. They was under the bed I have to carry epi pen when stung have to take as go into an/shock and die.
It very hard to walk down three flights of stairs on high does of adrenaline. They fid not help me they phoned 101 instead of 999 they did not offer me a drink ask if I was ok absolutely nothing. A compete disgrace. I then had to stay another night due to complete life threatning allergic reaction they are me move rooms and walk with parylseyled leg from injections off adrenaline and then charged me 50% of room price and again did nothing to see if I was ok. I was extremely upset and I would never stay or recommened anyone stays here on the grounds of there treatment
I missed a flight and got a new ticket for the next day with the little money I had left. The blocked the funds and cancelled the tickets, so I couldn't get new ones. It takes days to unblock funds.
They shouldn't sell what they don't have.
They don't have tickets saved for them, you buy it from them and then they will try to buy the tickets on the main site. Rubbish experience.
Buy on the airlines, never from these resellers. Not happy with the customer service.
