I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
No options of contacting them, other that a bot, which cant be used.
I will now tell the FBI, and hope they will take down this scam site.

Barely even a real company. This is a scam operation running off the name of a.com era agent. They sell flights which don't exist, and then refuse to refund. Everything about their set-up is intended to shirk responsibility, from their lack of customer-service, to the fact they use a Swizz registered office to make sales.

I booked flexible flights on 13 February through the Bravofly website. I then had to cancel and got back only about 25% of what I paid. The refund was not even in cash, it was in the form of a voucher to be used with future Lastminute.com bookings. The whole feeling is that this company is a complete robbery and a scam. I will not use Lastminute.com / Bravofly again and would advise anyone Do Not Book with these companies.

Hi, I have just arrived in Seville from Manchester.
Despite around 8/9 calls to Last minute.com since Monday I have still received no email or correspondence to say my hotel has been changed. I was promised yesterday they would call or email many times.
The only reason I know about it, is because I happened to email the hotel directly myself on Saturday and the replied on Monday to say they were shut. Despite all my calls no one got back to me and I had to personally contact the sister hotel in Seville myself to confirm my reservation there.
If I had not sent an email in the first place on Saturday asking if the room had an iron, I would have turned up at Melia Seville just to find it shut. Then what would I have done?
Absolutely disgusting, horrendous service from last minute. Never again will I use you or recommend you. I expect my calls to be paid for over the last few days that I have had to make and also my extra taxi journey to the hotel. Appalling service.
I've paid the booking and after 2 days they said the request for that booking is not possible... now, I have to wait for the refund... who knows how long it will take... why they didn't send this email before making the payment
Lastminute is dishonest company which tries to make money off their customers. I was told by them, that the airline cancelled the flight. Then they informed me that they could not find an alternative flight and so I was pressured to ask for a refund. When I checked the airline's site, I saw that the flight was simply rescheduled. I got back to last-minute and ask them why they did not offer that flight, their answer was "the changing time between connecting flights was too short (5 hours - is it short?) and that's why they were going to refund. When they finally emailed with refund options me they offered a choice of a travel voucher or refund from the airline, MINUS £35 as a "handling fee". Seriously? They cancelled my flight for no reason and even charged me for their awful services!

I used their services to book a flight to Cancun. Before traveling I found out that my family name and first name were interchanged. I contacted them to ask them to correct the mistake and I only get generic emails which are basically useless. Finally I managed to get a personal email and they asked for a copy of my passport which I sent. I again got a generic email saying they will look into the matter. Nothing was done! I ended up traveling with the incorrect info both ways. Service is non existent!
As everyone has said, useless customer service super slow and the staff simply can't speak or read properly. They actually have no idea what they are doing, it's horrific. Outsourced cheap crap call centres.
Booked 3 return flights to Sweden with these jokers. Despite numerous enquiries where I was assured everything was fine after 5 days an no action they cheerfully announced on their web site my flights booking had been cancelled. No email or call to notify me of this important development. They should not be allowed to sell flights they don't have access to. Luckily I managed to book same flights at same price directly with the airline. If you want your valuable time wasted and worry about your flights coupled with genuinely appealing customer service then these bunch of clowns are ideal. I would strongly recommend not using last minute.com

I purchase flights to the USA February 2020 and still waiting for a refund. There phones will not accept incoming calls and emails are ignored.
I sent a recorded signed for letter to the London office and received a £20 voucher wishing me happy birthday.
How is this dreadful unprofessional bunch of crooks still in business surely there is no place for a company with low morale standards. There customer so called service department might just as well resign and judging by their no response I suspect they have been let go. They are very happy to take customers money's but point blank refuse to refund.
I suspect this loathsome and contemptible company is on the verge of filing for bankruptcy/ chapter 11 protection and take our hard earned money with them.

Awful, horrendous customer service, policies and games. From getting our flight dates wrong (luckily catching that) to security checks, to delayed confirmations, 2 hour waits on hold for terrible customer service - we decided to just pay the cancellation fee to get out of the entire shady transaction. Called Delta directly and paid $30.00 more. What a headache last minute was.
Used LM to book a 4 star hotel in London, upon arrival it was 1 star at best. Mould, stench, ignorant staff and bad food, and they were the good points.
LM assigned me a foreign speaking woman with a basic grasp of English.
The usual "I'm very sorry", "There's nothing I can do" (Now we've had your money)
They offered me a free night stay in the dump theyd sold me. But driving over 100 miles to stop there again was an insult.
LM customer service is shockingly bad, and once they have your cash, they don't care if you spend the night in a cardboard box.
Stay away from them and spend your hard earned cash with someone who actually cares about you. And doesn't treat you like a cash cow.

Why are they allowed to continue to do this. I thought reputable company so didn't read reviews before booking. I called to book flights and hotel, paid dep over £700 on the phone, then nothing. 5 days later called to see what's happening and told to pay balance which was due of £1080 which I did then told after paying still not confirmed with a different silly reason about awaiting transfer confirmation. Then 4 hours later, get an email from them saying that cannot book and I will refunded. Now I need to book elsewhere with lastminute.com sitting on my money so what do I do. They need to boycotted, shutdown and directors taken to court. Blatant theft, taking advantage, ruining families' holidays. Utter disgrace! Why should I now wait for a refund - they took the money quick enough! They are just a horrible, greedy scam!
Cannot find one single positive thing to say about this company. Awful customer service. Simply failed to get the most basic parts right (one of my boarding passes just didn't turn up, I had to contact the airline directly on the day I flew). Request for hold luggage ignored until AFTER my trip, and then it was refused!

Don't book through Lastminute.com! They are selling hotels that are not even open! Ie Holiday Inn Oxford Circus, run through a franchise so wa put in the owners other hotel which was a cheaper room rate but no refund given! No bar, restaurant or breakfast! Told breakfast would be taken from a greasy builders cafe from over the road to the hotel to be charged at £13.50 person. The greasy spoon was changing £4.50! What a joke! Offered originally £10 refund for breakfast for 2 people for 2 nights! Argued and got £20! What a scam. Feel totally ripped off and no possible contact with Lastminute but owner of both hotels have clearly taken our money! Stay clear if booking on this web site, Holiday Inn who's best solution was to give me a reference number! Or don't book The Leonard Hotel in London. Be warned!

You only have to look at the reviews to understand why you'd be extremely foolish to book with this cowboy outfit. We had a holiday booked in Palermo / Italy last year via last minute. Flights went well got to hotel and discovered to our horror that we'd moved to a hotel completely in the middle of nowhere ended up walking out and booking a separate hotel. Do not use this company is my advice, customer service is appalling no matter how cheap it seems trust me you would well advised to avoid this outfit with a 10ft barge pole and forget about any refunds!

This is the most ridiculous travel agency out there. Please don't buy tickets from them. It's not worth the hassle. Their customer service intentionally doesn't answer the calls during the pandemic and when finally we got a hold of them after trying 10 different numbers from the internet, they literally said they can't help us. The number that finally worked is +44 (20) 8396 1209 in case anyone needs it. This would be my last time doing any business with this useless company.

I booked tickets for myself and my family a month ago. I received confirmed e ticket numbers and then just as am about to be care free I receive an email from lastminute saying oh one of your flight has been cancelled. Not only that but instead of sorting out the cancelled flight they asked me to liaise with the airline directly. Fed up with the mess I asked them to cancel and refund but they wont budge saying oh we cant give you a full refund. So now I can t even book an alternative flight. Never booking via these company!
Not to say the least their customer service are crap as well. Rude and they would just hung up without saying anything.
