I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
They lie about the schedule time they announce on their website, flight time schedule are fake and they dont even accept their system error. You think that you're buying one flght and once you have done the puchase they let you know is completely another flght.
Their customer service doe snothing and they'e completley useless!

They spoiled my holiday with last-minute cancellations. They behave like the name is. I booked the hotel 1month prior and they sent mail just before the check-in the day when I was on holiday. It was so embarrassing with elders and kids on an ongoing holiday in summer. Their customer care is so so nasty, they just greet you we are sorry. So advise all not to book anything from last minute to get last minute surprise as their name is.
They don't even care about calling and informing. They are sending mail that we are happy to process your refund.

This was one of the WORSE accommodation experience I ever had.
First we needed to get a taxi to the 'reception' that was a 10min ride each way.
The apartment was very loud and NOT livable. The 'wardrobe' was full of cleaning equipment and blankets leaving no space to put your clothes. The bedroom door was unable to be closed. Every person entering the building turned on the lights that illuminated the shaft that the bedroom and living room were connected to meaning bright and loud at night.
Charging 30 euro per night with a warning would be ok (if you don't mind 0 sleep) but nearly 150 per night... A joke to say the least. Put me off using your service ever again though I know it was not your property.
But this place is NOT RENTABLE and needs to be removed from your side. This ruined my girlfriends and my short trip a lot.

DO NOT USE THEM - I have been chasing for almost 3 months to get a refund when I had to cancel my flights as one leg of the journey was cancelled by the airline. They just keep telling me they will call back and never do. They told me 2 months to get the refund, then another 2 weeks to sort but nothing ever happens
I have a voucher I couldn't use because the website wouldn't load. Now, the website charged me full price, loaded (of course, now that there is no discount) and I have that voucher that cannot spend anymore. Scammers.
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID! Trying to get a refund for months now and nobody in customer service has any inclination on how to process. I have tried calling when they open at 8am still nobody answers... after 1 hr and nobody answers the phone... it's is appalling! Especially since it's a charge call
Dishonest business. Simply recommend avoiding, and more reputable booking websites. Booked a flight with the ability for cancellation and get a voucher for booking a new flight. Once canceled I got the voucher as promised, but I couldn't use the new voucher code, so I booked a new flight without the voucher and lost the money. Their customer service wasn't willing to give me back the money for the voucher.
I would like to make an official complaint about your organisation concerning my booking to Larnaca with British Airways 28/08/2017 to 05/09/2017, my booking was made solely on the basis of an sudden bereavement therefore last minute travel arrangements were made by myself using an reputable organisation who I had great trust. The fact that I did not receive any confirmation, and the fact that when i tried to check in I was told no flight of my name was present on the system, promoted my self to ring last minute to clarify what was going on. So I had a voucher from a cancelled flight. I forgot about it until the reminder in my phone told me this was the last day I could use it.
However, went to use it today - ended up saying "invlaid code" -- rang them. Was passed around departments until someone in sales picked up at 11.59 (15 seconds after my voucher expired) to be told they couldn't complete my booking because my voucher was out of date.
Then when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me.
DO NOT USE - FOR ANYTHING -- EVER
They're an absolute scam and I would not go on a holiday through these even if it was free. No customer service. Once they have your money they no longer care about you.

Not trusted travel agent please avoid I booked ticket but haven't received any confirmation or e ticket money left my back they don't have any contact number or customer service
Booked for a Eurostar return trip to Paris and the Jardins du Marais hotel (the night before I went). Superb hotel and the whole package cost little more than the Eurostar tickets alone. Eurostar was a nightmare coming home but that wasn't LastMinute's fault!
Still waiting for my refund like everyone else.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE
I have never come across a company quite like lastminute.com. They have been impossible to get hold off and tell us what is going on with our package holiday. Some background - we booked a package holiday in June everything was confirmed and going to plan until we found out from the hotel directly that last minute cancelled our reservation. Last minute.com are refusing to tell us our options and have advised to 'wait for some time' we feel like we have been totally scammed out of our money and we still don't know what is going on. Trying to contact this awful company has been so difficult and stressful. They are a DIABOLICAL COMPANY. Never again! Go elsewhere to book your holiday.
Very disappointed with my treatment, booked a flight to Paris with my friend for my birthday unfortunately entered a misspelling on my booking I then tried multiple occasions to contact this organisation for the week and a half leading up to my outbound flight due to the misspelling on the booking and was told this would cost £35 despite checking that and find that this was free with my airline Vueling. I paid this then tried to get in contact via the chat box function and phone line every day to check if this had been accepted. Each time I eventually got through I was told to wait as this was being looking into. 24 hours before my flight I received a call from your Last minute.com calling to state the £35 charged was an incorrect figure despite me being not told this was subject to change and I would immediately be billed £147.50 this is not acceptable at all as the agent then stated she would not be able to call Vueling as it was a Saturday despite me trying to have this sorted as a matter of urgency previously.
When I then arrived at the airport my flight was delayed by 2 hours. Never use last minute.com wish i had read the reviews before using this company would suggest using Loveholidays or booking the holiday without a travel agent.
People do not understand that it is not just lastminute.com that do have difficulties with the refund. And after all they are just a MEDIOTER between the pax and the airline, which means that as soon as the Airline it is going to refund them we will receive the fund. What do you expect peopleee? There is no moreee 14 working days whats wrong with you. Great service as i spoke with their Customer service.
I booked a flight with LM. Something that should have been straight forward.
I then learnt that it takes them 24 hours to confirm the flight (you dont want to book a last minute flight with them!). When I tried to understand and speak to someone, it took me 4 hours to finally get through - FB 'help' was sending me onto a paid (15p/min) phone that refused to let me speak to someone because it couldnt recognise my bookig Id etc etc.
And to top it all, when I spoke to the complain team a few days later, they managed to try and make it that it was my fault (by somehow not knowing how those things work, for insisting to have a tel number that worked ec...).
I wouldnt want to hav to deal wtih them if I had an issue with a holiday whilst abroad!
I had a brilliant 2 week stay at Kleanthi apartments. These apartments are spotlessly clean, with use of free wifi throughout. My room had a generously sized balcony, where i could relax and watch the sun go down at the end of the day. The family that run these apartments are extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. It was no problem for them to print out all the documentation i needed to return to the UK. Nikos and his mother Kleanthi were at hand if i needed anything, and couldn't have made me feel more welcome. The apartments have a small pool out the back with a few sun loungers. The food from the pool bar is excellent, and done to a high standard. If i return to Gouves i will certainly return to Kleanthi apartments...

Atrocious policies and customer services, I've lost out financial which I can accept, however, how they handled my situation was abysmal. Be advised and take heed, do not use this company.
On social media we are seeing daily reports of how this company is robbing and cheating people. They change bookings at will blaming the airline companies for changes and never refund any money
