I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
They changed the date of my flight to another date than I chose, charged 30 euros more than I paid, and didn't let me refund even though it was included in my full flex ticket. I've been robbed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems from the start, they are impossible to get hold of, and when you do finally get through, they are rude, confrontational and condescending. I rang somebody to see why my refund (cancelled holiday) didn't total the amount I paid (aware of the fees being deducted prior to my call - the amount still didn't add up!) and I has spoken with someone called Robert. He told me the funds deducted were part of the terms and conditions - but couldn't tell me what part of the terms and conditions - he just told me to read them again as I had clearly forgotten what I'd agreed to when booking. He then said it was the baggage we had paid extra for, which cannot be refunded - but the amounts again didn't add up, and he told me to keep calling back until I got through to one of his colleagues as there is nothing else he had to say to me. I rang back twice, and he was breathing down the phone and didn't speak. Absolutely disgusting company, please do not use them, you will never be helped; or get your correct money back if anything goes wrong.

I booked flights in Asia through Lastminute.(LM)-Flight schedules changed by dates and /or time - I got no notification from LM at all.
Im catching a flight today- Ive been told by the airline the flights time has changed yet LM show the flight as confirmed as booked with different departure time!
Their 'manage booking' portal in not kept unto date. I applied for a change of dates to my fights when my booked flight was cancelled-the booking page showed application in progress and continued to do so for 15 days- and still does!
They do not make it easy to contact them to try and sort out the mess which is very stressful when you are travelling and have schedules to meet and you have to end up cancelling them too late in the day and it costs you money for lost hotel bookings etc. I have applied for a refund for my cancelled flights due to the change of date- LM say they will apply to the airline-LM have taken my money and my contract is with them-they should refund my payment- lets see what happens!
In short they take your money and provide an atrocious service.

I bought my tickets to Geneva. I even paid extra just incase i had to change the dates of my tickets incase something happened. Something did happen and i contacted them countless of times through emails, calls and everything. They respond ridiculously late and on top of all of that they lie. It's not like i mad e the changed last minute (ironically they're called last minute.com) i made the change in plans a week prior. Every time they responded they would say that my date did not have any flights available which obviously was a lie because when i checked the website there were flights very much available on every date that i requested. An agent finally responds after the previous one literally hung up out of nowhere even when i was being very respectful. He told me i would get my ticket as soon as possible on my email. The ticket never came through and i was forced to spend the last money in my bank account to book a new flight. This was booked with Bravofly that work with last minute.com (If you call bravofly it tells you that you can change your ticket on last minute.com but when you log into last minute.com you can ONLY cancel your ticket and not change the date)

Avoid like the plaque,impossible to speak to a human being after initial booking,you are directed to a chat bot which is incapable of dealing with your query I wanted to change holiday dates,bot didn't understand,I was directed to forward information,to which I was then met with a frozen screen and a computer code indicating something had gone wrong,decided just to stick with original journey morning of departure our flight cancelled,again impossible to contact,even though the responsibility was on the holiday company,(this lot) KLM did assist us, tried to contact them in Vienna,all my trip info had disappeared,our flight was delayed coming back and missed connection,again last minute totally inreachable I paid for insurance which is worthless if you can't contact a human being,save yourself some heartache and avoid avoid avoids,no wonder they are voted the worst travel company in the uk

When I booked the return tickets to Paris they took way more then Total amont writen in our deal. Then they did not notify us that our flight home was cancelled, and we had sososo much trouble because of that. Then they did not want to admit it was their mistake and I negotiated for a month literally to give us back our money. I somehow succeded but part od it was a voucher (which I accidentaly clicked) and it was supposed to be 80 euros. They told us we will get 50. And we got a voucher on 10 euros.
I HATE THIS COMPANY.

I had a very poor experience with lastminute.com as a whole. I had a voucher I had to use and it was extremely problematic dealing with the customer service and their website. I found their prices when looking to book train and hotel deals were hugely inflated instead of going direct with Eurostar especially if you are booking for a disabled passenger as Eurostar offers discounts and concessions for carers which lastminute.com don't seem to do. I booked my entire Eurostar trip for £260 for 3 people return London to Amsterdam but with last minute it was showing a £300 increase per night for trying to use Eurostar.
I also found their prices for London hotels inflated rather than going direct. The hotel option I chose was approx. £40 cheaper direct on the hotels website.
My voucher issue was eventually resolved after numerous, very stressful emails to their customer service centre who just would not understand the issue I was trying to explain to them. It was resolved once I copied in their CEO and then things got moving. I'd never received a call back from a manager which was hugely disappointing. I feel they are rather anonymous in the office hence the poor customer experience I suffered.
My experience was such that I would avoid lastminute.com at all costs from now on.

The worst travel agent i have dealt with. Due to covid-19, my flight was cancelled and they did not want to refund us. They mislead us on the refund request.
It has been 2 months so far on trying to get our cash refund back and to luck.
I did made a compliant on the Airline, a dispute at my bank and a complaint on Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

I haven't booked with Lastminute.com for a few years, but we needed to get to Gibraltar for a Family wedding and decided to go at the last minute. However, when we put Gibraltar' in the search engine, a lovely long list of hotels/resorts came up. The one that looked like it suited us, turned out to be Fabulous, BUT: It Wasn't In Gibraltar! Fortunately it was just 10 minutes away from the border, but taxi cabs can't travel from one side to the other, so we had to take a cab from Spain to the Spanish Border, walk through Immigration & Custom, to the Gibraltarian Immigration & Custom Border! Every Day and EVERY EVENING!
That made our holiday more expensive, less convenient and VERY TIRING!
The lastminute.com search engine is not very good in that respect! We didn't let it spoil our holiday, but we won't be using lastminute.com again!
DO NOT BOOK WITH LASTMINUTE.COM. Theprice on the page throughout the whole booking price changed when I went to pay. Overcharged me for the Full Flex service that I did not select, and for using a credit card. They remove the "discount" on the final page. I complained, asked for a refund, and they only refunded me the ticket price, not for the amount they overcharged me. I am disputing the charge with my credit card. Will never use again.
My flight was cancelled at the start of April. I was immediately offered a refund, which I applied for and was told I would receive it in a few days.
It's now over three months later, and I have received nothing. You can't even speak to anybody on the customer service phone line anymore, and they were refusing to refund my hotel even when they were available.
I feel like I have been conned by a bunch of criminals - AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
They changed my flight without telling me the changes and added a stopover and they they said I could not cancel it! Stay away from last minute. Plenty of other mediators
I've had a terrible time with this company I have attempted to make a booking for the past 3 days and no one seems to answer the telephone number that I have been provided when I speak to someone online they just close the chat instead of helping me I've been transferred to four different people that haven't been able to help me me I'm trying to make a booking to go to my best friend's funeral with no help I used to think they were great but clearly they stop spending money on investing in training for good customer service.
After they send my bill total I paid and see they charge extra and there is no way that get in touch with them
I can't even sign in to my account they just cancelled my return tickets never and ever buy tickets of them

Easy to book your hotel and / or flights and any attractions and great value for money. Booked several times via lastminute and have always been happy with the service and had a stress free time.
Lastminute.com take your money but are not willing to refund it when the airline cancelled the flights.

Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute. They have the worst customer service and feedback system. You will waste several hours/ days in your life arguing and explain your problems with no possible resolution.
The problem:
I booked a flight ticket worth approx 1300 euros. The airlines cancelled the inbound flight, hence, I cancelled my entire trip. The airlines refunded the full cost of the inbound flight. However, I also cancelled the outbound flight as it was a return booking.
- I only got a refund of 720 euros, despite the airlines saying the cost of voluntary cancellation is 210 euros. I lost more than 500 euros!
- The refund took more than 2 months, nearly 3 months after the cancellation date.
- Lastminute refuses to provide me with the cancellation charges of the airlines after requesting it several times. Several other travel agencies provide the breakdown of costs.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with lastminute. Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute!

They refused to give my money back after cancelation. Despite me having a paid for package. Which said 'cancel anytime for any reason '. They wouldn't give my money back. So I did a CHARGEBACK with my bank lol
When booking the option to add luggage was not available and it was mentioned that this could be added later. After booking I tried to add luggage and it said it was processing this for twelve hours after which they said I would have to add it at the airport. After going to the individual airline I found that I can add luggage for less than half of what lastminute.com said it would cost but I'd have to do it with every individual airline and I would have to check in the luggage again at every airport. Upon checking other websites later I found out that you can add luggage for the whole trip if you just book through them and the trip is several hundred euros cheaper.
Update: More disaster!
While checking in for my flight (multiple airlines) I get the first two boarding passes without any problems. For some reason the third flight automatically gets checked in without me asking to do so. While the site of the first airline tells me to check in on the site of the other airline the other airline's website tells me I am already checked in but that they can't send me the boarding passes due to the booker having blocked this. I am now supposed to get off the plan. Grab my luggage. Buy luggage for the next flight. Request boarding passes at the airport. Go through customs again and make it to my gate in an hour. Avoid this booker at all costs!
I had a voucher from before corona. It expired recently and the website does not want to prolong the voucher. They keep the money they owe me.
