I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%

I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.

1st hotel cancelled dut to a legionella outbreak. Not lastminute.com fault but the real problems started here. They offered us a sub par alternative. We refused and provided and alternative we thought was acceptable based on star rating. They accepted. Then 7 days before travel they cancelled and would only offer a refund. We then had to book on a different site at much expense to still go on holiday. They have poor customer service, no phone line, only chat where the staff don't understand what's going on. They tried saying the hotel didn't have any availability bit we checked, they did. It was because they didn't want to cover the additional cost. They left it so long to resolve. So stressful. Just avoid and go with Tui or Travel Republic. Lastminute.com are shockingly bad at all aspects of their ecommerce.

Their premium services and insurance is a money grab. Their fine print literally negates whatever service you paid for. For example, they'll sell you a flight insurance for cancellation and changes without fees. But then you discover that they mean their own fees (wait... what?!.) oh yeah. They are going to waive their hypothetical fees that they'll otherwise charge you for assisting in changing the ticket. They will not refund a flight you insured and canceled. If you ask to change a flight, they'll claim you have to pay them almost the price of a new ticket because that's what the airline charges but they are not going to charge you their own fees LOL A SCAM
Also beware, their phone lines are premium charge lines, meaning attempting to contact them by phone will cost you lots of money and they profit out of it. I think it's like $4 a minute.

Ryanair and Lastminute are in dispute and if you book with Lastminute you need to go through very fiddly verification process that is very time consuming and takes two people to complete. We ended up after getting an email from Lastminute instructing us to go to the airport spending £55 each to checkin. Lastminute said it wasnt there issue and very rude customer service man responded who was very arrogant. They have refused the claim - I think someoine needs to start a lawsuit against Lastninute.com as they continue to sell the flights without warning customers first. Book direct with Ryanair - not through these cowboys!

Horrible customer review.

Run away from Lastminute!

Following the cancellation of my return flight, after 1 month, we ask for a new return flight. After some emails and calls, the customer service never answer to our request.The day of our return, a flight we were offered only few hours before the flight.

We were blocked in the country.

Run away from them!

Please please never use this company. Protect yourself and book direct from the airline/hotel. My flight was cancelled in March due to covid and I've been waiting 6 months for a refund. 3 months ago they promised me a refund in '2 weeks' and still nothing.

If you go on the lastminute.com website you will find no email/webchat. The only phone number cuts you off if you don't have an unexpired booking reference. So if your booking is cancelled its almost impossible to contact them. Really rubbish customer service.

Booked flights through lastminute.
Had confirmation of the flight out but not the return flight.

Took numerous phone calls to them, which included where they could not find the booking, despite the reference number being provided. They also made promises to return calls which never happened.

Eventually, 4 days after making the booking, I received the confirmation. It seems that lastminute had given the airline the wrong lastminute email address which is why the confirmation was not received.

Thus would not have been identified if I had not kept ringing lastminute.

Their customer service is awful.

Do not use lastminute.com for anything! The company is a total rip off. For a return ticket I called many times regardless many problems which they did not resolve. Nothing of the additional services I paid was done. I waited for a single request for days. My info on my first flight was not correct and called 10 times just to fix it and at the end I did it myself. They told me they cannot make my online booking although I paid them for that and will refund me within days -3 weeks later I still wait for this refund. I tried to cancel my second flight so I buy ticket myself but I was told that only my taxes will be returned, then I told them to change my flight and the charges they asked me for were more then if I buy a new ticket so I again ask them to cancel my flight. And guess what this time they told me even the taxes are not refundable. They should be banned and charged as crooks. Such companies should be controlled in some way. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!

Awful service. Booked a holiday a week ago, waited for confirmation and nothing came. Then phoned up and they told me it had been cancelled and to re book. Re booked it and same thing happened again! Apparently they take the money and then book it once they get round to it and my that point the flights had gone up by £400! Awful experience. Never use them.

If there is a problem, they won't help. They will route your call round and round, with nobody helping. They like to explain the history of the case, but you know that already, because you're on your seventh call to them. They say they can't help. There are all sorts of unwritten conditions on bookings. They aren't interested if things go wrong, and being all the way in India, you're unlikely to get any help at all. Ever. Avoid.

I had booked a two way flight to and from gambia spanning 2 weeks on Lastminute.com. After i received a confirmation that the flight had been booked i rang a hotel in gambia to book for my 2 week stay. A week later i received an email from lastminute informing me that my flight confirmation had been cancelled and that i would receive my money back in 5-7 days. I wonder how my flight could be confirmed and then uncomfirmed a week later. Problem is i already booked at the hotel and cant get a full refund on that. I tried to call lastminute to find out what was going on but they make communication impossible and only put me through to an automated machine. Definitely not using this service again.

My daughter booked my partner and I a trip through lastminute.com with flights out and back with 2 different airlines and she thought paying for the " no hassle checkin" service would be a benefit: totally wrong! There are only 2 of us, travelling together on the one booking, but on each leg they sent us boarding passes for totally opposite ends of the plane! Having tried to amend these with lastminute.com we just got automated and useless phone "customer service" and using the airlines own booking refs we couldn't amend ourselves due to the booking being made thru lastminute.com. Will NEVER use them again. And to think we actually PAID for this extra hassle! Travelling separately ruined the start and end of what was meant to be a romantic weekend away

Shambolic. One word to sum up this company. Holiday cancelled and after weeks of trying to contact them eventually had an email ststing I would get a full refund. Then a week later stating that I had 14 days to make the final payment; then ignore my emails; tweets, and any form of communication. Trying to speak to someone is like trying to book a private interview with the Queen. Still none the wiser as to what is happening. They now blame the airline for the delay but I know that to be nothing short of a lie. Never ever again will I use this company for any future trips or holidays.

Found price ticket 409 euro when check out 490 euro charge in my card do not allow people to see what it cost b4 check out scam website n trap website regrets never book here any more thoughts I found the best price end up get trap in scammy website

The worst company ever, I had my flight canceled and overcharged, after 4 months calling them everyday I could have my refund, but obviously not worth the pain that company couse, please choose a different one to book your holidays

Last minute.com is a fraudulent company. I called the company to book a hotel room for a night in London. The agent gave me options and suggested a hotel Saffron House in the UK which I paid for but, the reservation I received via my email was a Saffron House in India. I could not believe what has just happened so, I called again only to be told that I have to wait for 48 hours for my issue to be resolved. The next day the manager called and said there was no trace of the conversation I had with the agent so, they trying to identify if an agent made the call or I booked the hotel on the website. I called my credit card company and cancelled the card. Nobody should use this company.

Cancelled my tickets over 2 months ago. Went on resolver and complained. They sent me 3 responses saying that my complaint is now TOP Priority and that a member of their team will be contacting me by the end of day... still waiting 2 weeks later! Very bad service. The stole my hard earned money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could say this has been my worst travel experience ever it would be down playing it 100 fold with lastminute.com automated call handling service hanging up calls combined with the useless app is shocking, the cheap airlines especially eurowings you may as well pay the extra and avoid all the run around furthermore don't waste time or money on your transfers from airport to destination and back book when you land to avoid the transfers turning up 10 to +20min late and that's if you can find the transfer driver at the airport. My advice book direct with airlines and hotels and them money you may save with lastminute.com your going to wish you spent on a better company and airline

Somebody has rang up and cancelled my booking without the email adddess used to make the booking or the credit card details used. Absolutely no confirmation of who they are talking to. They will just cancel a booking. Terrible company and shockingly bad customer service. Avoid them!

Avoid!
I spent so much time speaking to them over the phone, they were putting me on hold, I spent 5 hours in total! 5! I have to pay so much money for those calls! Seriously guys provide some sort of training to your employees! That's rediculous!

Started with booking a car. They informed me by email that they couldn't book it. So phoned them up and they said they would cancel it and refund me which would take two weeks to arrive in my bank.
Ok I'm free to book somewhere else then find out later that they book me a hire car.
Ok so ask for a refund. Reply they will get round to it but it won't be a full refund. And it go's on.
Now they have pulled their complaints procedure off the internet. Wonder why?

There are totally USELESS and COWBOYS. A simple spelling mistake at my partner name cause me to lose ALL my money and had to rebook tickets off course with another agency.
Despite Ive spot the mistake about 1 and half months before departure and immediately inform the "lastminute.com", still failed to be corrected with the airlines. It has been a nightmare especially the last 2 weeks with lots of phone call and wasting hours speaking to airlines and the useless full of lies "lastminute.com" call centres! At last day before departure the lastminute.com send me an Email that my case cannot be solved and I need to buy new tickets! I couldnt cancel the flights because the hotel money as part of the travel package will be also lost!
Finally, the blame is the " lastminute.com ". My advice is simple: AVOID IT and again AVOID IT, you have been warned, and in case something goes wrong then you are completely on your own...

I would give 0 star if I could! Please please please avoid to protect you and your money!

My flight is cancelled and I have contacted them multiply times to cancel and refund for 2 weeks and my flight is tomorrow it's still not cancelled!

There's also an unknown service charge that they only tell you after the payment via email as well!

Here are ways contact them. If you have the same problem as me.
I don't think they give out their real number easily I've put in hard work by sending tons of email to them in order for them to provide their real numbers

Booked a package deal to Rome- flights, hotel, airport transfers! Private transfer didn't turn up!
Upon calling customer service on our return they were very unhelpful in issuing me a refund and told me i couldn't have one unless i had a receipt from the other transfer we had to use and pay for! Taxis in Italy don't give you receipts! So not only have i lost the £70 that i originally paid for transfers i've also lost near on 100 euros for other transfers i had to use and pay for all because i couldn't provide a receipt! Asked if they could call the company they use for the private transfers to which i was told no!

Do not book anything with them. They are scammers! They have no real email address. My flight was canceled by the air line. I had a delay of 24 hours after receiving their email to decline or they would consider that the flight is accepted.

I replied and got an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" message. I called them and they told me that they would contact the airline. After several calls and no answer, I called the air line that told me that Lastminute.com never called them to tell them that the new date is not suitable for me!

Avoid at all cost, they are pure scammers with fake emails addresses and fake personal!

It is normal to tell the customer base cost of the booking and later tell extra charges. But those guys what they show you and what they charge you are different.
They designed their page in a way to hide actual cost. I can only say it is a deception
