I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
LAST MINUTE AGENCY IS A SCAM!
Last minute agency is a scam! Do not use this website, disgusting customer service. They have no management and are rude. They will not refund us even though they're website claims free cancellation and full refund up until a certain time. Which we did. We have lost a £6000 holiday to Barbados. I'm utterly disgusted. Even though we contacted Virgen airline, who stated that they are giving out refunds and are able to change the date, last minute are refusing to give us our money back. They told us that we have to deal with it. Even the hotel they will not refund us, telling us to call the hotel and handle it. They should not be allowed to operate. I'm absolutely shocked and mortified by the injustice and mistreatment that they give to their so called customers.!
Got a text from last minute 5days before are so called departure date the deal is no longer available Had to go booking. Com who got us a flight from manchester 4days later. Never ever use last minute. Com again they take your money straight away it builds up their bank balance. Had it returned 4 days later. Never ever again
I booked a late deal on the 21st of august and 6 days later i am still waiting for it to be confirmed we go in 6 days and need to make sone arrangements. I have rung last minute. Com several times in the last 2days. And get the same reason everytime technical issues. Lost faith now will never use them again. And will be telling everone not to use them. They have taken the money from my bank and i have nothing to show for it so far. BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
I made a booking for a flight and paid extra for the full insurance that cover any cost for changes or cancellation.
One month and half before my flight I had to change the days of departure.
I called a total of 4 times, they always tell you you can proceed with the modify only after they sand you an email but that email never come. I waited for one week every single time I called and last time I yelled at the employee cause my flight it's in 7 days and I still couldn't change it! They answer me they have to give priority to imminent flight... Are you kidding me? In 7 days I have to go and I payed extra money to be able to change when I needed and that's the service I get?

We bought a fully refundable ticket for a premium and cancelled well within the time required. They REFUSE to refund our money, don't reply to requests, They are a fraud. If you get someone on the phone, you get a different answer each time.

And it does not say anywhere on the website that I will have to pay more money out of my pocket to cancel booking! They refusing to give my £300 back on top they asking me to pay £100 more to cancel my booking! WTH! I want my money back I'm not paying single penny extra this company is a scam!
I have used last minute.com twice now, a couple of years apart to arrange weekend trips in Europe. This time was a special occasion so I was looking at a smooth running trip with a great hotel, and I got exactly that. We flew from my local airport (Gatwick) to Budapest, had a car pick us up, and we stayed at The Clark Hotel. The room was fantastic with a massive balcony and views over the Danube. The perfect place to propose to my now fiancé! It was very quick and easy to arrange all the details and I couldn't be happier. I will happily use Lastminute.com again.
I found the best air fare on Skyscanner, and then chose LastMinute to go through, for the ticket. The email trail confirming the flight purchase was prompt and it provided a reference code for check in for the outward journey, but there were no other emails to prompt or support check in again, nearer to the flight date; and there were no emails regarding checking in for the home-bound journey; it was very time consuming trying to find the right code and apply it to the right website - This wasn't an easy process, compared with other direct airline ticket purchases.
My family and I booked a holiday to antalaya, turkey. My credit card was in order and I thought everything would have been secured. We booked via phone to a last minute.com worker and the worker said everything was fine and secure so after we were going to get a confirmation order. First it said the transaction was successful and then 50 minutes later it sent a cancellation confirmation and froze my credit card to 24-48 hours and my plan was to fly out the day after the booking. This site is unreliable and frankly a waste of time. There was nothing wrong with my credit card it had the all clear so what gives you the right to freeze my card. I am absolutely loathed with anger. I will NEVER be using this site or recommending it to anyone. The events that have took place on this website will be all over social media. Please I advise you NOT to use this website EVER!
Have booked holiday with lastminute.com. They cancel the holiday at the lastminute even though holiday paid!
Phoned them up and they told me website not updated regularly so best to phone so we guarantee a holiday booking. So I phone them up paying 13p/min and they say our holiday we find is guaranteed and nothing to worry about so we book a new holiday and pay for this. They tell us to enjoy our holiday and everything confirmed
4 hours later the cancel our holiday booking and have taken even more of our money

Disgraceful company. I have been trying for weeks to get a refund for a 4 day holiday to New York for myself and four friends that was cancelled due to coronavirus. I have repeatedly asked for the details of their solicitors and telephone numbers to take further action. They have said that the refund is at "stage three" but refuse to state what "stage three" is. I have opened a case with the Competion Markets Authority on the Government Website who are investigating any company that has acted unlawfully and unfairly during the Coronavirus outbreak. They are looking into LastMinute.com on my behalf. I strongly advise all other people reading this review to take the same action. The more complaints received the higher chance of achieving a refund and this disgraceful company being shut down.
I mistakenly booked a flight through last minute.com I was on a flight comparison site I clicked on the flight I wanted thinking I was booking direct with the airline and only realised after that it was being booked through last minute.com One leg of the flight was cancelled by the airline It was almost impossible to navigate the circularity of the web site to get through to anyone on the phone They don't do messages or chat
Hotel was simple, beautiful, just off the beaten track so even with a balcony it wasn't too noisy, so close to the S bahn! Easy to walk to big museums and landmarks. Perfect hotel for a long weekend, the staff were really helpful when checking in on flights too.
Booked with Lastminute (BIG MISTAKE), then received notification of cancelled flight, Lastminute said they will rebook. Have called them every day for 23 days and still no confirmation. Today i managed to extract the information that they have no French speakers to speak with Air France! How do these cowboys operate as a travel agent? I have spent 3 times longer than the flight from France to Canada trying to deal with this and still not confirmation with 13 days left until I need to fly for my brother's wedding. Intent to take to small claims court.
DO NOT USE! CROOKS! Booked a hotel in Palma De Mallorca over Christmas. Booked and paid for a triple room but when we arrived lastminute.com had paid for a double. Hotel wanted more money for extra bed! Made countless calls to lastminute but they refused to help and consistently lied. In the end they told us to stay at another hotel and they would issue a refund. 4 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY! Disgraceful. Have made numerous phone calls to no avail. Rude and unhelpful staff. Say they will call/email but never do. My bank is now involved trying to recoup over £1200! SHAMEFUL! Should be closed down! PLEASE DO NOT USE! They will take your money and you never get it back! Thieves and liars!
This has got to be the worst holiday company in the world. I flew out to Fuerteventura a week last Friday and after a couple of days the hotel went into lockdown I tried to contact them regarding my return flight home & boarding pass. This was impossible as every phone number for them was permanently engaged, I then found out our flight home was cancelled and still no contact from them. In the end I had to arrange flights home and pay an extortionate price, I have been home three days and have still not been able to contact them, I have tried the web site put my reference number and all I get is No refund on this booking. They should have given us the option to cancel a couple of days before we went not just let us go and not do anything. They completely let their customers down, we just had to fend for ourselves.
La Grange hotel is very good and flights were good. Location of hotel is great and near Metro Line 9 last station. Highly recommended.
Just a big queue in the Orly Bus stop which is not well organized and so many passengers and not many buses.
I booked return business class tickets to fly to St. Barts in April. The flights were cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic. When I tried to rebook flights or obtain a refund they refused to assist me. Although the flights were purchased and paid for many months ago Lastminute.com will not assist me to get new flights booked and will not return calls or emails.
These guys are either crooks or have terrible customer service, I am unable to determine at this time. In any event I would avoid doing business with Lastminute.com.
I emailed their chief executive and chairman but to no avail. Neither bothered to get in touch with me.

They Cancel flights, airline authorises refund, they refuse to refund as they say they havent had the authority which they have had. Chargeable phone line and then they keep you holding on and refuse to take any action to sort it out.

I tried to change one of my flights because the layover was too short, 1 hour 50 mins. I would need to go to a different terminal AND the first flight had a RECORD of lateness and I had proof.
Lastminute said a number of contradictory things:
- we cant change the flight
- we will try to change the flight(but never did)
- told me they tried but had nothing available. Garbage, I looked on the morning and flights WERE available
I went on to their chat facility and got no satisfaction
I phoned 12 times in a 4 hour period and they often disconnected me.
They didnt listen to my questions and they mostly didnt even understand English
I complained to the CEO of lastminute.com and heard nothing. Not even an "autoresponse".

I booked with lastminute (at 9pm) last night for flights to NYC for 950. I received an email congratulating me and telling me to pack my bags. I could have booked the same flights with expedia or the airlines direct for 1033 but was happy to save the cash as I trusted the lastminute brand. This morning at 10am they emailed to say the booking was cancelled as the fare was no longer available! Of course I then checked expedia and the airline immediately and these flights are now 1500 and 1800 pounds respectively! At no point in the booking process did lastminute so much as hint that the flights may not be confirmed. I am sure it is in the 'fine print' but this should at least be hinted at when you are booking. As I was booking late I knew prices would move fast so would not have taken the chance. lastminute.com has lost me a small fortune and I will never ever even look at their unreliable site again!

I had booked flight tickets from Bengaluru (India) to Edinburgh (UK) and return through lastminute.com and the airline was Indian Airlines. I travelled from Bengaluru to Edinburgh on 8th of November 2019 & my return ticket was booked for departure on 25 March 2020. Due to pandemic the airlines cancelled the flight of 25 March 2020. Then I had to book my own ticket to return to India. All along the lastminute.com said they will refund the unused ticket price. It's been more than 2 years now I did not get any refund. I called lastminute.com many times during this time and every time they promised they will refund it. But now when I checked my online account on lastminute.com they have changed the status to 'non-refundable'. Definitely I don't recommend them, unprofessional & most of the customer service agents had no clue what they are doing, just copy paste same text again & again.

I booked a flight for myself and my cousin on lastminute.com to Canada from Ireland in June 2020. The flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 so I requested a cash refund... I am still waiting for this refund as it is apparently 'In progress'. 18 months later and still no refund after numerous phone calls and emails and complaints via Resolver. Avoid, avoid, AVOID lastminute.com completely!
