I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
If there was a zero star, I would have given it to Lastminute.com. Ernest request to everybody. Please avoid and save the hassle and your money. In my case, British Airways canceled my flight, my mistake was that I did not check the reviews left by others, and in this case, after 3 months Lastminute.com is processing my refund but debiting a fee of Eur 70. If an airline cancels the flight, why penalize the traveler? NEVER EVER will I be booking via lastminute.com Customer service agent is using a manual for their responses to queries, and other than wasting your time and money, can offer no information or assistance.

Against all the negative reviews: Lastminute kept their word, even though it needed some time. They gave us a voucher worth more than the original flight price and offer the option to get cash back in 6 months. For all those who can`t wait and think they`re the only people in the world, businesses need to operate just as we need to. Crises like Covid are not only difficult for consumers but also for them. They offer a service that gives us super cheap prices and all we can do is be patient and hope they`ll recover. I had a good experience with their customer service, and the waiting time of 5 months is in times like these more than justified. Just be nice to eachother. (:
I booked a holiday with LastMinute.com for an early summer holiday and on arrival at Glasgow Airport for the flight as instructed we were told by the airline staff that the flight was next day.
I phoned lastminute.com customer service who had to be forced after a lengthy call to make re-arrangements for flights, transfers and the holiday hotel.
After the holiday I phoned LastMinute.com to complain and as soon as they realised it was a complaint they hung up, Ive still not received any replies from the emails Ive sent them.
Booked a flight with them. The flight got canceled. KLM is to blame...but nevertheless. I paid $2300 and was entitled of a refund of $2154 according to LASTMINUTE.
Finally I received $2054 in my bank account.))))

I still haven't received refunds for flights cancelled back in March. Lastminute has received the full money from Japan Airlines but just keeps giving me the runaround, wait another 15 days, and then another... 5 months now. Call after call after call. Absolutely disgusting company. I'm issuing them with a chargeback.
Unfortunately for once I decided to book domestic plane tickets using lastminute.com. My flights were cancelled when Flybe collapsed. So far in spite of lodging a claim I have heard nothing and received no refund. Frankly this is disappointing as it means that if I hear nothing further I will have to go down the complex route of trying to recover this via the payment channels.

We went to Barcelona and stayed in a lovely hotel right in the centre... All the pics and details were accurate and flights were affordable.
We had an email warning is about a possible strike at the airport so we could check what was happening which was great otherwise we would never have known

Absolutely despicable behaviour. Booked what was meant to be a three star hotel on lastminute.com, when we got there it was like a dungeon. A small room in a basement that was filthy, unhygienic and frankly unsafe. There was no bathroom door, the ceiling was leaking a brown coloured fluid and the room stunk of damp. They don't even check the hotels before they post them on their website. They are refusing to give compensation. Avoid this company like the plague. They have disgusting customer service and are extremely unhelpful. They just want to scam you out of your money. Best booking elsewhere!
It was a very smooth trip. Booking the trip was so easy. When I had questions about my trip the team was there to support me. Hotel transfers were very smooth. I booked private transfer which meant it was just myself and my family in that car The drivers were very professional. I would book again with lastminute.com.com
Paid nearly £1000 for a week away to Portugal. Only to come down with covid two days before my flight. Told last minute.com straight away I couldn't make the flight and holiday and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. Avoid at all costs!
Sometimes, when you think that they sell cheaper tickets, it's just a foolish... don't bother buying anything from lastminute.com, they simply doesn't solve your problems and get some new ones!
Due to the pandemic of coronavirus, i am not allowed to travel to norway, since frontiers are closed to foreign people... So, i tried to rebook a flight, which was supposed to be made by airfrance airline company! The hotel changed my stay, to some months after, however, when i tried to do the same in lastminute.com, they asked me for 800€ (?) really? Where did this value came from? If i'd book new tickets in airfrance directly on the airline company, it would cost me half of that money... So, beside they are not being polite, they are a fraudulent company! After contacted the customer support, they keep telling me that airfrance charges them that value, which is not true, if lastminute let it, they would change the flight and even provide me a 26€ voucher!... Shame!
Yes, guys this company is a total fraud. Suddenly they send an e-mail which says my flight ticket is cancelled. On their web site it is written that I need to communicate with the airline. When I talk with the airline, they said that agency should handle it. I am not able to find a responsible person to talk. Their online service does not work. Don't buy ticket from these guys!
I believe that the staff should be able to give a breakdown on how they calculate there charges for each of there hotels once you have booked with them. This has to be done due to section 75 of the law.

Scam and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and sued into oblivion. Booked a hotel through lastminute.com, received confirmation number for booking, only to show up at the hotel and they don't have my reservation because LMT never sent them one. Called LMT's "emergency line", only for the first person to hang up on me. Called 5 more times and was left on hold for hours and noone ever picked up. Stole $180 from me. Stay far away. This company is an absolute scam.
Terrible customer service. No phone line you can call. I had to speak to an online chat who had no idea how to handle my request and didn't answer any of my questions. I wanted to change a flexible flight I paid over £100 extra for and was quoted more to change it than it would be to book a new flight. Requested quotes for other days and was told this could take up to 4 days by which time i'll be on a plane and won't have access to the internet. Will not be booking with latminute.com again, very disappointed.

I had bought a ticket from Berlin to London two ways ticket with flight change insurance, but as I tried to change my flight, there was no help. I tried everything to change my flight but it was always denied.
Please don't trust this agent, they are there to trouble us not to assist.

Flight cancelled - no refund. Our flight was cancelled within 72 hours of booking and making full payment. Still more than a month on and we still have no refund. The airline has told us they actioned the refund 10 days ago and lastminute.com are saying they have not received the money! The call centre operator was extremely rude, robotic and unable put your call through to someone who could apply some common curtesy. I will for one never be booking with them again.

I have searched with booking.com they forwarded me to lastminute.com and it was a real bad experience. I have spent lots of time to correct changes but it was a nightmare. They are not clear and not fair. Take another company - at the end it is more expensive and it is really frustrating.

Extremely unsatisfactory level of customer service. Very difficult to contact support team. They totally messed up my booking before I left. Sent numerous emails and phoned to confirm my bookings. Unsatisfactory responses in very untimely manner. Even when hotel told me my room was cancelled was still getting emails from Lastminute.com saying my booking was fine! Will never use this company again. Absolutely ruined my holiday with cancelled hotel booking, not getting seats on flights I had booked. Had to rebook the hotel at my own expense and rebook seats and pay again for airline seats. Should be offering compensation for this unbelievably shockingly bad service. Caused so much stress and I lost 24 hours of my 5 day holiday trying to sort out their mess. When I succeeded in getting through to customer service unable to help or resolve my issues. This travelling agency site is a SCAM! They won't return people's money back! All the other booking travelling sites, hotels and even the airlines are offering to return people's money but for some special reason lastminute.com won't! They want to give me some bull $#*! voucher because that's another way of them of keeping people's money. I will proceed with my bank and solicitor about this. I hope everyone that's working for lastminute.com leave their job so these people that owe this company lose their money as they are clearly a greedy scamming company. Like imagine they won't give people's money back when their is an epidemic going on
I was emailed to say my confirmation had not been confirmed and therefore I would not be able to fly home. This was on the way to the airport. I then booked a flight through an airline directly. At a considerably increase in cost.
I tried to speak to customer services, who were zero help, said my booking hadn't been cancelled even though lastminute emailed me saying it had been. He said I would not be refunded either...
They have quite literally robbed me on top of making me pay an extortionate amount for a flight with an airline at the airport. On top of the interest rates incurred due to these costs and the stress I missed my pre booked travel home from the airport.
I would be more likely to recommend Hitler for prime minister than recommend it to a friend, let alone someone who I despised.
You also cannot be contacted via telephone, emails are all no reply inboxes and your service agents clearly have no training or understanding of what their job is or how to help customers.

Our flight was changed by lastminute.com from a Sunday to a Monday without telling us. We tried to change it back but no one helped. 5 people on the phone, all said they will send back an email with a conformation, nothing happend. We tried reaching out to the airline directly and found out there are still enough spots on the weekend but they can't book it for us if it's originally booked over another agency. NEVER ever buying over lastminute.com!
