I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I am very disappointed with how long it takes to get things done. It feels like I've been taken hostage by Lastminute.com. The hotel I selected was shown as available online, yet the agent's email response says otherwise. I was also misled by a previous agent who assured me I would receive a call, but no one contacted me. This is extremely poor customer service. Your web chat agents are unhelpfully cold and robotic; it felt like I was speaking to a chatbot. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was denied. Changing this trip has become an incredibly stressful experience, and I'm regretting using your service.
They dont have a clue about customer service, about rules of business... My flight was cancelled and I had to call them to let them know about this issue so I decided to cancel my trip and asked them for refund. After 7 days didn't get anything, just a promise for an answer in 3 hours.
Guess what, after 3 hours obviously nothing!

Be aware and avoid this useless travel agency as their call center is run by Indians in India. You will find extremely frustrating dealing with them. I bought a return flight ticket to Morocco for July. I spotted an error in my name in the ticket and I called them to rectify the problem. Each I phone them a new assistant would assure me that it will be sort it soon before the departure. I waited until the day before I am due to fly. But nothing was done. I contacted the airline and told me that they cannot do anything until lastminute contact them. Apparently they have never made any contact to change the name on my ticket. I contacted them to request a cancellation and a refund but all vain as they did nothing... I ended up losing my £322.34. I will never ever used them again.

Their business model is to invest heavily digital marketing to draw in the cash. This business model works for them. This is a matter of BUYER BEWARE!
Site does not let customers add luggage items to their flight during booking. They falsely indicate it would be possible to do so upon purchasing the ticket, by contacting the main airline's customer service. Customer service then says that is impossible due to multiple carries executing the flight itinerary. I would have not bought my Zagreb-Kansas City ticket had it not been for this false piece of information provided by lastminute.com.
I am being forced to add the luggage item at the airport which is by far the costliest option.

Also, the practice of not including luggage automatically for overseas flights is bait to lure customers in with affordable prices. I have been traveling overseas for a long time now, and this is the first time I'm experiencing this. This is a new practice, and it's here to stay, unless we the customers rebel.
We booked flights several days ago to go from Bergen to London. They sent me a confirmation number but when I go to the sight every day for the last four days they indicate that I do not have any reservations booked through them. No email, no chat and you have to call England and be put on hold with a number who then disconnects you repeatedly. Total Con.
It was a very nice try to find reservation easy like that. But reward is very limited as it is not logic to have a offer for just two weeks. I am already subscribed in many different applications and they provide me offers valid for two months.
Worst ever experience of customer service and flight change with them. They charged for premium support but what I got was no responses for days, customer support agents dropping calls or forwarding your issue to some other department. No resolutions of flight change for days. My money is stuck and they don't even discuss refund. They wouldn't even accept your complaint. Avoid lastminute.com, go somewhere else.
I had a return flight booked from Cork to London Heathrow in December. Flight out went according to plan unfortunately, the return flight was a different matter. I couldn't check in on line. I tried checking in through lastminute.com and Aer Lingus. I tried logging into my account but kept getting message 'password incorrect'. Clicked forgot password, no email came with a link. I tried to get help through chat, they couldn't help me. I sent emails but to date no reply.

The worst experience I've ever had! Avoid it at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the price for your tickets. They canceled my booking two months after my reservation, claiming that the airline had no alternative flights, despite the airline confirming the opposite. All they tell you is that the system won't allow them to do anything. I ended up having to pay three times the price for my ticket. And now, after three months of sending numerous emails requesting a refund, they are offering me options to credit my account instead of providing a refund.
Has to start legal papers just to get my refund! It's now 4 long months since they cancelled my trip. The Airline nor the hotel was ever paid so they are just holding my money and using it as an interest free loan!
I tried to change my flights due to a documented medical diagnosis that I was unfit to fly. Contacted Lastminute.com nine times over a period of 48 hours. Each and every time I was told I would be contacted with the procedure to change the booking either within 24 hours or two hours depending on the operator / salesperson. I didn't receive a single call back or email on any of the nine occasions. Finally, on the evening before the flight I received a rapid and barely comprehensible one sentence phone message that it was too late to change the flight as it was now within 24 hours of the fight time. It is in short a total scam. Fortunately British Airways were able to put my flight on hold in a polite, courteous and professional manner. Despite Lastminute.com's best efforts I haven't lost any money but they have lost several customers as a result.
Stayed here for 1 night before our flight from Manchester Airport. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Everything you needed was in your room from kettle to hairdryer. All staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the shuttle bus service the night before our flight, we thought this service was a great idea. We would stay again and use the car parking service next time. Overall the hotel could do with updating but from what we saw, everything was good.
Was trying to stay at a hotel room the same night I booked. This "website" actually showed up through google and seemed legit. Entered my card info, received a confirmation email. This seemed sketchy, as I did not receive a confirmation email from the actual hotel I was staying at, but rather from this website. Did not really think much of it. Show up at the hotel, reservation never made. I was furious. Spent an hour on the phone on hold until I actually got connected to someone in a foreign country call center. Was put on hold and when she returned she said she had called the hotel and the hotel said there were no more rooms. I wanted to go back into the lobby and ask the man if he did indeed receive a call from them, but I didn't. She said I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days. Now I'm terrified to even call my bank to see how much money they actually took out and if they took any more out. Definitely getting a new card after this please stay away.
They phoned me after I made a failed booking attempt online. Very helpful and booked the flight for me. Took over $6,000 from my credit card instantly and then notified me the booking was not confirmed. My card is maxed out and I haven't enough to book another flight and they say it could take 4 weeks for the credit to come through.
Impossible to talk to anyone who makes sense. Absolute Sharks do not use.

Due to the pandemic still trying to resolve refunds for cancelled flights however with no operating email address and no answers to telephone calls it remains impossible to contact anyone pretending to work at this shambolic company
I would of given this a half star if possible as I have been appalled by the service. This has been on multiple occasions where I have spoken to someone who has either been very in helpful or very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going with last minute.com again. Others please be aware!

Easy to book but not so easy to check in on line called customer service but she had a thick Spanish accent and spoke so fast I could not understand her. Checked in at the airport in Amsterdam which was very easy and quick. Although the flight was delayed by 30 minutes we were kept well informed of the problem.
Under no circumstances deal with this company. They took our money and when we needed to make a cancellation five months in advance of the holiday, they said the flights were not refundable not even for the baggage to be stored in the hold of the aircraft! We were not told this at the time of booking. A letter of complaint to their office in Richmond, Surrey (as shown on line) was returned GONE AWAY. Says it all.
Rang them up to explain there was a mistake. The chap said, all he could do was give me a credit note. I explained the situation again, again sorry all we can do is give you a credit note. To use back on their web page. I then said ill speak to Pay pal as that who I paid through. He then cut me off. Great customer service. Not.
Now going through PayPal and bank to cancel this whole crazy ordeal never use never go near. Cancel their web page from you google.

I booked through Lastminute.com a return flight which was later cancelled by the airline due to a schedule change.
I contacted their customer service and they promised to refund the whole amount. But later they kept for them a 20 euro processing fee (for some unknown reason...). It is over the 15% of the amount I payed for the flight...!
I tried to contact them various times to ask for further details but I have only received a couple of emails with no meaningful replies and then they stopped to reply.

I booked an apartment in The Grand Mill, Bradford, for the nights of 4th and 5th May 2019. When I telephoned at about 4.45 pm, it was to find there had been a double booking and I was moved to a student accommodation block which had a minute, en suite bedroom and a shared kitchen, which lacked most everything by the way of cooking and eating, including forks and drinking glasses; big pans; vessels in which to microwave produce; dessert spoons and bowls. I was told that all the 'apartments' had a shared kitchen but this was not what was advertised on the website, or confirmed as being the case on my booking confirmation email. It quite spoiled my activity on the Sunday. Looking at the website now, it gives different prices and makes it clear which is an apartment and which is a bedroom with a shared kitchen. I wish to complain to lastminute.com but can find only a continental, telephone number and no email address. I intend taking this matter further as misrepresentation.
This company and its subsidiary booking.com are misleading in their promotions and take no responsibility for resolving issues. I have travelled extensively for 40 years and my experience with them has soured me for good. I would NOT use Lastminute.com OR booking.com again even if I was desperate. AVOID AT ALL COST
