My first order was shipped in the 3-5 day promise, but it took another week for it to arrive. The foundation was much too dark. I ordered medium which is the color i have used in multiple other foundations. This one was very orange. So i submitted for an exchange, which again was promised to be shipped in the 3-5 day window. It's now day 7 and I still have no email confirmation it has shipped. I was hoping I would have the new color prior to leaving on a very long vacation next week. That is not going to happen based on my previous item taking a week to get to me after it was shipped. I will not order from them again.

3-5 business days is what the agreement from the company is... not fulfilled. Do not care how good the product is I will not be ordering from them again! Repeatedly told that I would receive tracking information because it's now the 5th day...3-5 is the agreement and have had no shipping info at all. I could have orders another product and had it days ago. Maybe you should extend your delivery time so that people aren't let down. As a beauty company you should be more interested in elevating women instead of playing them around and letting them down. Smh laura geller!

Only received half my order. After several emails someone finally answered that the product was on backorder. I should have been notified that product was out of stock before ordering so I could have gone another way. Still waiting a month later to receive the product. Never again will I order from this company. First time ordering and the last.

I ordered eyeshadow and foundation. Only received eyeshadow even though tracking says both were delivered at the same time. I emailed customer service 2x and received no response. There is no phone number to contact them. From reading reviews, it seems this might be their normal practice. This company is a scam and it is stealing money from consumers by not fulfilling orders but lying about doing so and then keeping the money customers have paid. I will continue to write these reviews anywhere I can until something is done about their deceitful practices.
I made two separate purchases (just one day apart) on Laura Geller's website and paid the extra $3.99 for 3-day shipping. After 5 days, I still don't have either order. I have written to LG customer service several times asking for a refund on the expedited shipping since that clearly never happened and not only have I have not seen any refunds, I can't even get someone to respond to me. They keep sending me customer service survey to let them know how they did. LOL. Since, I've never even heard from anyone, no idea why they want feedback on their service. Moral to the story, do not waste your money on quicker shipping and good luck if you ever need help with anything at all.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have no way to contact them if something is wrong with your order except by email. I have sent no less than 4 emails because there was a missing item when I received my order. In my email I said I either wanted the primer sent to me or a refund. The first and second email I received were canned emails where they told me how to return an item for a refund. Cannot return item you never received. No response to 3rd email.
To top it off I was allergic to foundation. Eyes swelled and matted over. Actually had to go to doctor.

I placed an online order with Laura Geller beauty products and decided within minutes to cancel my order. I tried chat but that didn't work so I used their process for "contact us" and received and immediate bot response with a pre-filled templated indicating they do NOT do order cancellations. This experience tells me that this is not a legitimate company. I think it is fair to note that the company that actually owns Laura Geller products is owned by AS Beauty. Which in my opinion is a shell company because their customer service is so bad!
I should have read the reviews before I ordered. First time ordering and been waiting a month for my foundation. They shipped one item on my order, then marked it fulfilled. I did talk to someone in customer service and they told me it was on backorder and should receive it the following week.
Since then, i can't get through to their phone number it has been disconnected. I have chatted with customer service only to get nowhere.
Funny thing, I ordered it through Amazon, they had said it was backordered, but then I got it two days later. Still waiting for Laura Gellar.
I think they offer such a good sale price to hook more people in so they can scam them of their money.
Don't waste your time with this product, you will never get it. Find something else. There is another product out there similar and I go it at Walgreens and it's good. Don't have the Laura Gellar to compare it too though.

I originally ordered medium foundation. It was super dark. So, I exchanged it for light. It too was extremely dark and orange brown. Don't they understand not everyone wants to look like a clown?! Some complexions have a blue hue, not yellow.
I cannot unsubscribe from Laura Geller's emails. I hit 'unsubscribe," and it takes me to a sales page. I am interrupted daily from this lousy email that I can't get rid of. Studies show it takes 20 minutes to refocus after being interrupted. This site is wasting my precious human attention. I even tried sending a message and it only took me to a Zen desk bot which I still couldn't unsubscribe from. To top it all off I never subscribed in the first place. SPAM, SPAM,SPAM
Not worth the price even with sales. I have found ELF products to be a lot more effective and with better results. Just hype. And I really wanted to believe these are great products, but just another let down.

I ordered the foundation and eyeshadow. I got the eyeshadow but not the foundation. The site showed that the foundation was delivered. I have left msgs at their customer service site but never get anything back. I am very dissatisfied and won't order from them again (even though I like their primer).
I used the product twice, my skin got blotchy and irritated. It had decent coverage, but whatever the ingredients are it caused a terrible skin reaction. I'm throwing it away. Won't buy again.i recommend reading the ingredients before buying.

I order the 2 pcs SET of foundation and brush. I received only foundation which is not the correct color as ordered either. I tried to find and contact customer service and no response no phone number. I tried using the form with the email I recieved with the order confirmation to open an inquiry the only response I received was a response asking me to rate my customer service experience...ahh what customer service?!@ Won't be ordering again that's for sure!

Customer service keeps giving me gift cards for my trouble! I was charged 1 1/2 months ago! Still no makeup has been shipped! Their site says "unfulfilled" under my order. Yet they promise orders to ship 3-5 days after your order is placed.
I get constant texts daily to use 30-60% off coupons, yet so many out of stocks! I'm so upset at this point, I will never order from them again! This is the worst experience with an online order I've ever had!
They've given me so many gift cards for my "patience"
But why would I use them when I can't even get my first order?! Ugh!

I bought quite a few items: foundation does nothing for my skin; blush barely shows; mascara is clumpy, eyeliner is too thick so the corners of your eyes are a mess; palate of eyeshadow, just like the blush and foundation, is weak; liquid eyeshadow- weak color; lipstick- weak color; the application brushes that were complimentary with the palate, one came with no container; the other, good luck getting the cover to fit on the brush without squishy the brush. If this is how they roll, you have to question these ingredients thats going into your body. Based in the complaints about customer service, I won't waste more time asking for refund. Also, there website don't post reviews that show them in a negative light...thats telling...shame on them.

I placed my order with Laura Geller and was excited to try the things I was supposed to get. Today is exactly a week after my credit card was charged. Most companies I order from do not charge for products until they ship. No mention was made on the website about delay and I paid for 3 day shipping, too!

I ordered these on impulse, tried to cancel within an hour. They declined saying it was already processing and I could return it when I received it.
