Ordered 2 products. One incorrect, customer service is at best a lousy Bot and at its worse non-existent. Called (no good published number) text no answer, chat no-one there other than bot, emailed and received a request to rate their customer service. What a joke! Have yet to be contacted by customer service to get correct product. Filed BBBcomplaint. But still no action from LG. Don't buy from them!
This brand is one of my all-time favorite brands for so many reasons! I'd have to write a whole paragraph to say everything, but the bottom line is that the quality is there and it speaks for itself in every single product. The brand has been around long enough to know how to do beauty right, and the customer service represents brand perfectly!
Tried to cancel order minutes after placing it. My error, wrong color selected. I was informed once an order is placed system does not allow for any changes! I was informed to return merchandise upon received. Not a good way to run a business. I won't be shopping at Laura Geller again. I am on the hook for shipping charges.

I was looking for a new line of makeup to suit my skin's changing needs. I've had my eye on LG for a while a started with an eyeliner that was given to me. Due to the sales I jumped in and purchased several products. I swear I look 10 years younger. Spakle is my new best friend. I can't speak for customer service because I didn't have any issues.
It took 3 weeks and 5 separate interactions with customer service to get a refund from an order that they never got around to shipping. Story from customer service changed every time. I can't imagine that whatever makeup they sell is worth the hassle.
I have used LG baked foundation and blushes for a few years. One compact can easily last 2 years and beyond with daily use. The issue is that the compact always breaks at the hinge after about a year. Break out the duct tape, etc. At the moment I have 2 broken cases and I had one last year. The problem is that they won't acknowledge any responsibiltiy after 30 days from purchase. Who would expect to have an issue that soon. My makeup stays in my makeup drawer so no rough use. The last 3 products all broke one day when opening at about a year old and with over 1/2 the product left. LG needs to realize that if they want to be thought of as a quality company with quality product, the case needs to stay together. It's all about quality of service these days and the hard "sorry we can't do anything" is poor service at best.
I have been using her products for awhile and have liked them. As of today I will not use them. I received an email with the price of an eye pallet. Price was on this email, picture attached, was $16. When I went to checkout, it was $32. Contacted customer service, sent them pics of the email which showed the price. They offered me 30% off. When I refused that, they said to pay the full price and they'd send me a refund of the difference. When I asked why I can't just order it now for the $16 rather than go thru the hassle of a refund, they never responded to that. Needless to say, they obviously don't honor the price, mistakenly or not, which as far as I'm concerned, is unethical and shows the lack of customer service or integrity of the company.
Their customer service is non-existent and doesn't respond, and when you try to make a return you only get part of your money back. What a waste.
I bought a Best if the Face palette which looked like it would be a good travel size. No! Every single one of the products is shiny. I know there was a highlighter, but if you use all of this product, you have a shiny plastic looking face. The photos are misleading. I definitely wouldn't spend another dollar on Laura Geller product.
Ordered over a month ago, never received it. Checked tracking number several times and it kept saying "in transit". E-mailed customer service and they replied that my order "was lost", and that they would send a replacement order right away. Soon after I received another email saying that they cannot replace the items because they are "unavailable" and that I should receive a full refund...as you can imagine, I am still waiting!

Took 4 days shy of a month to receive an incomplete order, Fran Dreschers Special Blush with pink brush (Brush was missing) and the Anniversary Makeup Bag. Not available now so I'm out of luck but I paid for it. Next to impossible to reach someone, no phone number and the chat is a joke. I didn't receive it do to the over whelming response. Why did they take my money? Fraudulent way to do business. Still waiting to hear but I'll try the chat and ask for a free return label it's going back, I can't in good conscience order from a company that operates this way. I've ordered from Sephora, Ultra, Bobbie Brown etc. and has never had a problem.

Haven’t used them, items are missing and I wanted to clear this up but impossible to connect to someone, items are no longer available even though I paid for them.
I placed an order thirteen days ago and promptly received an email that the order was received, and that I would receive a notification in a few days with tracking information. I have yet to receive anything, and emails are not answered. I completed the contact-us form several times and get no response. The Chat feature on their web site does not work when using a secure VPN, and their phone number only results in a message to send them an email.
Update: Part of the order was received a few days before Christmas. However, the makeup bag was not included, instead a brush was a substitute. I wanted the bag. Customer service is "customer no service" to quote a radio personality.

I placed my order. Received the email stating 3-5 days to process. It's going on business day 7. I chatted with reps and they say it will be escalated, which means NADA. Then I get rest assured. I turned over to my bank to dispute. This is fraud. If you acceot payment for product/services, you have receive it, not receive the run around

I wish I had checked out this site before ordering. I ordered a palette which when received was damaged. Contacted them by the recommended method, slow to respond. Had to go to paypal to request assistance, then they contacted me. I have been promised a refund and here I am 10 days later with damaged product and no refund.
Yes, they are spammy. Once you visit their company you can count on getting e mails incessantly.

I'm 74 and don't like foundation. I saw an ad and decided to buy the baked makeup set. My skin looks awesome with this makeup on. I like powders more and this has exceeded my expectations. It goes on smooth, doesn't cake. It looks natural. I love it and I'll be trying more of the products.

Very disappointed with this makeup. I bought the kit and was looking forward to using it. The foundation is very dry looking and has poor coverage. The eye shadow accentuates fine lines and wrinkles.
Every day four of five of the Geller "models" appear on my I-pad feed. I cannot get rid of them! Over and over again with these narcissistic idiots putting on their stupid make-up. I'm at a point where I would pay someone to get these creeps off my feed!
I ordered the baked foundation, buying the hype and misleading ads. I used it alternating with other make up depending on the day. I've had some issues with my eyes hurting and drippy nose, which is not the norm for me. I realized it happened only when I used my Laura Gellar products. I did some research and found out they are not recommended due to several toxic ingredients. Oh boy. I recommend avoiding these products. Now.

Purchased this product recently and am very disappointed. After wearing it all day my face felt like it was on fire! Woke up the next morning and it was red and chapped. I felt like I had a sunburn. I wish I read reviews before purchasing this makeup. Their baked products contain toxic ingredients
I have never dealt with such a shoddy company for returns. What they say is NOT TRUE. I have tried for a week to get the i formation about returning there product and only get form letters on email. Don't buy this product.

So disappointed with Laura Geller. I did purchase the baked foundation and brushes; found I need to use other brushes to blend. Plus they offer great deals but too many products out of stock. I feel it is a type of bait and switch promo. Order 1 item and they "bait" you to buy other products even if you do not need. Laura Geller is a fraud.

I purchased a lipstick deal on July 21. They were supposed to send me a tracking number, never did. By the first week of August, after many emails to them, I filed a complaint with Paypal for non-receipt, since they took my money. Paypal contacted them, They told me it was delivered on July 25 and gave me a bogus tracking number. This company should be ashamed for doing customers out of money for products they do not intend to deliver. Do not do business with them even if you have a credit card or place you can request a refund when you don't receive the product. I am just disgusted with them. For $12.74, they decided to rip off another customer.

I ordered products on May 3rd. I can't get anyone to tell me where my products are. Email response is generic and nobody available on chat feature. The only response I have received is when I told them to cancel my order since it hasn't shipped and got an immediate response of NO. They sure can tell you no quickly but won't respond to tracking. Bad customer service!

I received my makeup but it was busted. I tried to return it on numerous occasions but the site has it set up so that you can never return it, despite paying for it. No customer service number and the chat DOES NOT WORK. Buyer beware!

Be prepared to get the run-around from their customer service. The focus seems to be keeping the customer on the hook rather than refunding your money when your ordered products never make it out of the warehouse. I waited six weeks before I contacted them. Their tracking system never moved past " your order has been received " status even though I received a "your order has been shipped" message. This business is definitely not worth the headache.
