OK - I think it's a little "tricky" to state there is a subscription required at the end of the process... it says free on the initial part of the process. It would be good to have a little more information about what each section should say - I think I have repeated myself

I paid £35 for an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which stated five year access, I had assumed that the documentation that went with that AST ie the Notice would be included in that £35. I think it is misleading. I have just paid a further £19

As you mentioned, you only purchased an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for a 5 Year Access. A Lease Notice is a different document from that. We suggest you review your receipt.
