Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
Easy and straightforward to use. The costs are very reasonable for what they provide.

We have chosen to place the pricing at the end of completing the template or questionnaire because we want our customers to determine for themselves if the document they have created is suitable for their needs. As a DIY website, we are unable to provide advice on which forms to use or offer legal guidance based on individual situations. It is up to the customer to decide whether to continue to sign up for a service or explore other options. We hope this provides a better understanding of why we do not present service selection upfront.

Check out options are super confusing, especially if you want a bundle. People are also SO sick of paying subscription fees- the monthly subscription options are dumb and should be removed as they complicate everything. It's intimidating enough as is without adding that.

Your system did not accept my VISA Debit Card, which I use for every other purchase I make. That causes me great inconvenience in having to transfer funds using non-local banking institutions. Please FIX this!

We are sorry to hear that. An error message processing a credit card or debit card can occur for the following reasons:
- We do not accept Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.
- A LawDepot account has not been created.
- Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to remove the hold temporarily.

Really bad experience here, they have poor customer service and moreover clear "got you" money policies. All in all, will never return to them.
It was easy to read, and I was impressed that one can "skip" and come back to that question later. That gives time to think more clearly about these matters. The price is very affordable and attractive as well. Thank you.
