Was having problems with downloading of my files. Chose to "chat" with an agent for assiistance.
The agent's name was "Becky"! She is a keeper! Very professional and ask the right questions and gave me perfect instructions on what to do... Many places will not offer copy of the "chat" sessions. Being 80 years old, needed all the help I could get. Becky sent me an email providing the instructions provided in the chat... SHE WAS AWESOME... Thanks to LawDepot AND Becky!

Monique sent me a password link, talked me through the procedure so that I was able to edit my document before requesting a peace of mind review. She also extended my deadline because your office was closed and I was unable to revisit the document within
Original time period.

I've used Law Depot a couple of times over the last couple of years. Their online forms are easy to fill out, and contain the laws of your state. The forms are 100% Professional and Legal. My local Attorney was very impressed with these forms. I highly recommend Law Depot for your Legal Document needs. 5 Star Service all the Way!

It was easy to create a simple will. Not easy to save to my own computer - had to copy and paste everything into Word. I took out a free subscription and cancelled it immediately I had saved my Word document.

Lawdepot clearly make their money from free trial inertia. Most people will take at least two months to notice they are paying £29 a month, in which time Lawdepot will have earned the equivalent of a year's subscription at £4.99 a month. So don't forget to cancel within the free week.

I signed up for free trial, didn't get one email from lawdepot.ca until the billed me, and then got 7 emails in one day. Had they emailed Me a day before my free trial ended I would of cancelled. They wait to send emails cause until you've been billed to ensure they get one month of fees. Lawyers are the worst. I would not recommend this website due to unethical business practices.

I would have been interested in easy-links to Last Will and Testament as part of the prenup package I purchased. There was the option for an upgrade for $100 and something dollars for access to "hundreds of documents" but no details or link as to what was included with such. You may wish to reconsider the current user interface on that final purchase page - you may be able to drum additional biz/revenue at that tipping point time of purchase.

My experience with Janet Metz was nothing short of amazing, as she patiently guided me though some edits and I had quite a bit of anxiety due to the time spent creating the document and was greatly concerned about loosing information in the process of saving and downloading the document. I ended up needing to recontact her about helping me save some last minute edits to the document and she helped patiently with that as well. There is no way to state how much I appreciated her level of professionalism. Thank you, please share my regards with Janet.

I signed up for their "free trial" to do one sample form. When I checked my credit card statement I had been charged $44.07! After I contacted them they said I had agreed to pay when the "free trial" ended. I said I had never received any notice of any charges but they insisted they had sent out emails. Probably in my junk mail. They refused to refund the charge I did not agree to. I am a struggling pensioner so this is food money but they don't care.

I had no problem using the Law Review's website for my Will and a Health Directive. Very easy to fill out and print. I did not cancel in time and was billed, but cancelled in time to have a very nice woman on the phone to wipe out my bill because I no longer had an open account. Nice people on the telephone and an easy to use site.

I had difficulty with my with finding my new lease, when I called they found it for me right away then sent it to me by email. I have been using this site for all my lease agreements and will continue to do so, as well as recommend it to anyone who is in need of legal documents.

Janet Metz did an excellent job of providing fast and accurate service. It is a nice feature that you provide a first and last name as it indicates that there is a real person out there that exists and cares. So many other companies do not do this and it tends to make business very impersonal and distant. Thank you

I cannot effectively rate the assistance you gave by sending a notice of refund because my bank has no record of the refund. The original refund notice we received was dated 12/10/2014 and now it looks like refund was not processed until 12/14/2014. However, It is now 12/24/2014 and we have not had our account refunded. I did add one star because you responded.

I specifically searched for a free service. After selecting LawDepot.com and answering many questions I was asked to approve a VERY HIGH MONTHLY CHARGE. One must call and cancel the service else be charged. It is a scam. Dealing with lawyers. Good luck. Do not waste your time.

On 21st October 2014, I used law depot for a quick promissory note and then cancelled my subscription the next day. It all worked beautifully and the cancellation was easy.

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Give it a go!

Iam in no way a legal person. I am a truck driving miner. This site was very VERY easy to use.

I took the free trial to look at a few documents like wills. When I cancelled the free subscription trial it was one click and done. No fooling around, no complex cancellation. This is a very honest website and business, and I will use them in the future if I need legal docs.

The document I was looking for was easy to find and just as easy to fill out. Thank you for taking what I thought would be an impossible task to an unexpected pleasant experience

This product is very misleading stay away. The company bring you through a funnel with the pretense of using a free service and than ask you for all of your credit card information at the end. Shame on you.

The young lady, Ms, Metz, was very good at what she does and an asset for your company. I use to work with a man named Mike Metz and he was just as good at his job as she is... Give her a substantial raise...

Please don't try canceling with the "having trouble signing in? Cancel without signing into account." Lawdepot will say there's no such thing & will still charge you. Customer service was very rude.
The documents was useless, two lawyers & a notary wouldn't use them.
Lawyers & Notary use their own forms. This company is a get over!

Super easy and professional-looking, but I would like an option to pay for this one document instead of either paying a large, one-time fee or opting to a plan I probably won't remember to cancel. I just wanted this one form.

They want all your information. You won't ever get rid of the ads. They say free free free! Then you finish filling out online forms and it changes to give us your payment information for a free 1 week trial. Because you went through all pages to fill in your online document before they wanted payment information, they now have all your information even when you cancel out. Guess time will tell whom they sell it to.
