Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
Good format. Covers most end of life concerns. Easy to use.
Great Detailed lease
Caroline expressed to me to make sure if I didn't want to be charged to cancel in a timely manner.
I used your service last week (Thursday)
Thank you for your service

I used the chat line and had a very nice person talking to me who answered my question and then sent me an email for adding my password. I was unable, however, to answer her on the chat page. I don't recall her name.
Monique Hall at LawDepot.com is excellent! She's patient, and

I was having a problem with my last will and testament. Divine really was a big help and fixed my problem within minutes. I am not very computer literate but she made it simple for me to understand and finish my task.
Divine is awesome and I hope she will be able to help me again if need be
Nobody should sign up with this company because they are crooks. I signed up for the free trial because I wanted to test a service contract for my business. They said I could cancel anytime. Then when I did cancel the services they charge my credit card $33.00. When I called them to explain the situation the customer service was from some Indian lady that barely speaks English. She said I was out. And there is nothing they can do for me. They lied and said I could cancel anytime but they charge you $33.00 to do so. There are many company's out there so STAY AWAY FROM LAWDEPOT. They will rip you off!
I had a very good experience with LawDepot. I found their chat to be very helpful and quick when I wanted to ask questions. I needed a few residential leases and I was able to get them right away. No problems at all.
I called the staff at law depot to expedite my incorporation and was willing to pay a fee. The staff was initially helpful and said they will have it done in 48 hrs. After 48 hours I called again and they said it will be done that day. End of the day still nothing... I feel they are just giving me lip service
Thanks for the feedback. When you called, our agent indicated we would process your incorporation as quickly as possible. It has been completed as of today and we apologize if there was any miscommunication about a time frame. We have reviewed your comments with our Incorporation team and one of them has already contacted you to provide the information you wanted. When we submit your documentation to the government website, we must wait until we receive confirmation before we can provide information back to you.
I forgot to cancel my trial account where my credit card was on file. Once my trial expired, I was charged for the annual subscription. I emailed 2 days after the end of my trial period requesting a refund and they immediately fulfilled my request.
What a Scam - Beware! I cancelled two days late and they kept my $$! I called lawdepot.com and said I cancelled and wanted a refund and the Very Professional CSR told me that my account was active until 1/1216 but I would not be billed again. I again mentioned a refund and she said that was not possible and asked if she could help me with anything else. I informed her she had not helped me at all! I posted my complaint on SiteJabber and had a refund in less than 15 Minutes!
Pam, our three new agents continue to develop their skills to understand the refund policy and guidelines.
I think it should have a better way to add the extra clauses like som excemples to make it as formal as the contract is. It could be done by keyword search and the person could copy and paste to the addicional clause with some editing on the info.
Janet Metz was professional and helpful beyond words and very patient with this Luddite. I could not have asked for and received a better angel. Thanks to your company and Janet I am a very happy man.
Charged 35.00 for subscription. Cancelled and they would not refund my money. The person you talk too will not allow you to talk to anyone else. She states she is the escalation department. Don't waste your money!
Hello Tracy,
Thank you for the feedback. Looking at your records, you initially signed up for a seven-day Free Trial Subscription on April 2,2023, at 01:05 AM ET. The website states it renews for a monthly fee of $35.00 after the Free Trial ends, and you can cancel anytime within seven days to avoid renewal and charges. Your one-week free trial expired on April 9,2023, 01:05 AM ET. Since your subscription was only canceled on April 14,2023, 10:56 AM ET, which is five days after the free Trial subscription expired, therefore the charge on your card. Unfortunately, no refunds for a Free Trial turned into a monthly subscription will be processed. You still have access until May 9,2023, 01:05 AM ET, and you will not be charged again for this subscription.
We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding this matter. We hope that you now have a better understanding of why your request got denied.
Regards,
Divine

I bought a rental agreement that was to last 2 weeks. I needed to alter some of the agreement on the last day of the two weeks and the website wanted to charge me again. I called customer service who was instantly rude with me. I explained that I was within my two weeks per my e-mail and the woman accused me of lying. She stated that they never sent out e-mails. I then proceeded to read the e-mail to her. She did not apologize for her rudeness. She explained that my purchase had ended at 5:57 eastern time zone and so in my Western time zone of 3:49 I had missed my window of 2 weeks by a matter of 52 minutes.
She said that I needed to sign up again. That was my option.
For $20 for one rental agreement and rude customer service I would never use this company again.
I used their site for a school project, I hit end trial and it did not go through I guess. I didn't realize that I was still getting charged $33 a month for something I never used after that (plus an international charge fee, cause why would they tell you that up front) When I reached out, the live chat woman told me no to a refund for the first month, so I called for a manager. She wrote me off completely and told me she couldn't tell what I did or didn't do with the website, which you can see how people access your site, I know the back end of a website ma'am. Then when I said I hit end free trial, she was like we can't see that, you must've done something wrong. Just very accusative, with little help. I am thankful for the one month refund, but I obviously didn't use the site and missed that I had gotten charged. Very annoyed with this site.

To date my experience with LawDepot.com has been great, largely because of the program's user friendly format. Because I'm retired, I often find that "IT" has far surpassed my expertise. When I called for help, Monique answered my questions immediately with obvious skill and knowledge of services you offer and how to help me from "being stuck",,, to very friendly. Guidance so that I was able to move to the next level in editing the lease I was working on. Yea! Monique and thank you, Today I'm ready to print it, and am feeling confident that help is close as a phone call should I need it. When I've finished this project. I plan to return for other services you offer to catch up on several othe legal documenrs that are in need of updating,
They clearly state that the form you want is FREE. Well, sort of-only AFTER you have filled everything out you MUST give credit card information or you cannot get the form--it's a trial subscription that is technically free, but they hope (my opinion) you will forget to cancel and then get a bill for a month before you realize it. They write on first page, "Create, Edit and Print Your Document in Minutes " and "Once your legal document has been created and customized to fit your needs, it's yours! Save it, print it and share it with anyone you choose."
What they do not say is that you cannot "have it" and it is "not yours" without giving up CC info and opening a trial subscription. I hate bait and switch--I hate this kind of "got ya" promotion and I would not give lawdepot.com a dime becasue of these shenanigans.
Tip for consumers:
Find something else that isn't a bait and switch.

Esie helped me a great deal, not only over the phone, but giving me an e. Mail to help me change incorrect addresses on my original Power of Attorney form. I was able to make it a "Durable" PoA which answered my question regarding the mental capacity of the "Principal" to allow me to continue being the PoA.
I thank Esie for her help. It was very useful!
I needed to down load a Power of Attorney form. At first my printer, or my husband's printer would work. Then I came back to my printer, and it printed it all out. She was so helpful and encouraging And informative.
When I signed up I was quoted a free 30 day trial. I canceled after 8 days, received an email that I canceled and would not be charged... then was charged $33. I disputed it with my credit card company and they removed the charge. DO NOT give them your credit card number! Go somewhere else! I have not yet received the refund i was promised.
You actually selected a 7 day free trial offer as we do not have a 30 day free trial. The offer, receipt and follow-up email all state the 7 day free trial details and the receipt and email also include the date and time to cancel by. You cancelled it one day late which resulted in the billing and when you contacted us, we issued a refund for you in the amount of $33.00. If you had cancelled on time, there would have been no charges.
First, Ms. Was extremely pleasant an helpful. She recognized my needs, and was very accommodating. A real pleasure to work with. Second, she was very knowledgeable of what my problem was, and she was able to solve it. Highly recommend both her and your firm.
Linda was extremely unhelpful when I called to get a link to reset my password. My account was never completed and I did not have a password. When I went on the Law Depot website to reset my password I never received the email to reset, after 6 attempts. Therefore I called to resolve the issue. She could not help me and suggested several times I just cancel my account - so I did. All I wanted was a new password!
I was very concerned that my credit card may be charged double. Customer service representative Linda was very nice, helpful and caring. She was friendly. She demonstrated knowledge and domain on service provided and guided me all the way. She was very patient. I was very pleased with her service
I went on to do a power of attorney, using the free trial subscription. I just cancelled the subscription within the trial period, and assuming there are no mysterious charges on May 26th, it appears to be easier than it was previously. My only complaint is that they don't offer a "general" power of attorney.
I spoke with Monique who was very helpful and very professional. Earlier I contacted a site by mistake called lawdepot.NC.com and they were downright rude so I was afraid I had the wrong sight again but Monique was very sweet and assured me I had the right site this time.
