Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
I need to speak with Cynthia sawka. She helped me when my husband purchased the bill of sale form because we were having compatibility problems. We can't print it, won't use it cuz we can't print it and Cynthia told me our payment would be credited back to my husbands credit card. Please credit the card as I was told - we are not going to use your service, not good. Thanks
When it came to a medical directive, how it is that you offer to review it, to be free and clear of grammatical errors and yet under kidney dialysis, you have spelled it *kydney*? That really scares me. Are you legit? I am a writer and miss nothing when it comes to the grammatical.
My printer wouldn't print out document. I called customer support and the lovely lady promptly e-mailed my selected document to me and included a message

I purchased a form which I am pleased with. However purchasing a form also enrolls you is a "subscription" which means they automatically bill your card monthly. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

I am sorry for your misunderstanding on the offers on the site. The site explains the kind of services we offer before you decide which service you want to sign up for. A detailed information of your selection was posted before submitting order and your receipt shows your purchase information. After that, a follow up email confirmation was also sent to the email address that was registered. All of these information was provided to you so you would have a detailed explanation of what you signed up for. I am sorry if you failed to read and understand all that. They are operating a 'con' once you buy something from them they start taking your money each month, they never let you know when it start and when they take monthly subscriptions and when you try to get your manoey back they won't refund your money - buyer beware,
The use their purchasing process to trap you into a subscription - there must be thousands of people and companies who atre paying their subscriptions without knowing that they signed up for a subscription.

Had a big problem with the software as it did not allow to use Ipad.

Thought I was spending my dollars for a contract I couldn't print. I finally called the help line, and received an immediate remedy to my problem. The agent was extremely efficient and had a very professional.
I purchased this product, am not using the free version.
I called to ask a question, the best i could. And basically the person at the end of the phone said i needed more info (it was about a legal term, the format of the revokable trust, is it common law or statutory trust. They are two different kinds of trust so i figured the question was valid. Anyhow, she basically said since i could not explain further that i needed to talk to a lawyer. Well, if they are providing the trusts, they should be able to know if they are common law or statutory trusts as they have different rules. I felt the person on the phone was unknowledgeable. Now i question the trust completely. Disappointing.

I had trouble logging in but Cynthia Sawka was helpful and emailed document to me. There were apostrophes in it that were wrong. Eg Stephens's. I have just emailed Cynthia to ask for document to be corrected but have not heard back
This place has been STEALING money from me for weeks. Do not give them any of your info - even your PayPal email address because they will charge you for not using any of their services. Called to try and get a refund spoke with two different people they were extremely rude and did not refund any of my money… now I have to dispute with my bank.

We do have you enter your credit card information for uninterrupted access to your documents. There are no charges to the card if the trial offer is cancelled within the seven-day trial period. If you have been billed by the site, then that would mean you have not cancelled your subscription within the Free Trial week. I followed their cancelation process and they continued to bill my account. They claimed that if I did cancel I would have received a confirmation email. They also claimed they sent me additional emails I never received.

Use rocket lawyer instead. They have great customer service.

I selected 7.99/mo and was charged for the whole year. I called and spoke with Yvette she said this would be canceled for me. I cannot afford this! I thought I was going to be charged $7.99! I need this canceled immediately and my money refunded!

I am sorry for any confusion, we did give you three options to choose how to print out your document. Our records indicate that you selected the 1 Year Pro License which did state that it was $7.99/month prepaid for 1 year. I also see that when you called in on Feb 26/19 we did refund this charge for you as well. Refunds do take up to 10 days to go back into your account.

I wanted to download a "free" will kit that this site offered. When I finished they wanted me to pay to be a member or pay $27 for the free will kit. Stupidly I paid $27 on what appeared to be a secure site. I then had over 20 attempts to withdraw money from my mastercard varying from $1.70 to $520. Fortunately I have a block on overseas transfers but had to cancel my bankcard and get a replacement. Someting very suspicious about this website!

I like many others who commented on this site was SCAMMED big-time. I do not even remember using this site but alas, I have been paying 33 dollars since aug. 07,2012. Stay off this site. It is a vicious scamming site.
If you selected the 7 day free trial and cancelled within the trial period, there are no charges. The offer information is clearly displayed on the license selection page, along with the Basic license which offers 2 week access to a document for a one time cost or you can select the yearly option. The cancellation information appears on the offer, and again on the secure card entry page. Your receipt also contains the cancellation information including the date and time to cancel by. We also send an email within moments of selecting your license option which again recaps the offer details and the date and time to cancel by appear on that email. The information is presented multiple times so you can make an informed decision regarding which license option suits your personal needs. If you have not already called our customer support team, please call us at 1-855-231-8424 to discuss your matter. We are open 8am to 7pm ET. If you selected the option and cancelled as per the terms of the offer you selected, there are no charges at all.

Website boldly states that it is free, but in order to be free you must first subscibe to their services entering card details, and then you must cancal before the 1 week free trial ends. ONLY then wil it be free. Yes its still free - so technically correct. But not what is advertised 'Completely Free'!
Two lawyers reviewed my Ontario landlord tenant lease that I downloaded from Law Depot and told me that many the terms were not legal or enforceable. I did not realize this when I downloaded them from Law Depot in good faith. Long story short, this caused me legal proceedings that cost me $6300 in legal fees. BEWARE!
