Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
I was very frustrated with my bank not letting me purchase internationally but Carolina took ownership of the problem and made everything right. Great forms, excellent customer service. Thanks

Given the numerous complaints about unwanted charges, here's how I would go about signing up for a supposedly "free" trial...
CitiBank issues credit cards with an optional feature they call VIRTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBERS. Their website allows cardholders to sign up for account "notifications" to be sent via e-mail or as text messages.
After you login to your CitiBank online account you can create a brand new and unique 16-digit credit card account number with a specified maximum dollar limit (for example $50) and expiration date (for example 2- or 8-months from now).
When an online merchant asks for your credit card information, you simply provide the newly-created Virtual number, its expiration date, and (if requested) the 3-digit CVV/CVC number. When the merchant charges your Virtual Account, CitiBank's online data (and any notifications via e-mail or text message) will show that activity within about 10-seconds. (Fast!)
In my experience, the best parts of all this are:
-- I know immediately when my account is charged, and for how much.
-- If a hacker steals my Virtual Number, my primary credit card information is not at risk.
-- By setting a maximum dollar limit, I avoid the "surprise" of recurring charges.
-- I can "close" my Virtual Account at any time. (Meanwhile, my primary account remains open.)
This has been working for me for a couple of years.
Being very "computer challenged" I was having trouble completing a Warrenty Deed. I called the help number and Evette was so very helpful. WAlked me through every step.
Just a no nonsense approach which I appreciate very much, very customer friendly worker... I can't say the same for this questionier it made me add more words which were very very very unnecessary.
So far, it has been user friendly to access some simple forms on topics that were striaght foward. I looked up the topic and it was easy to fill out.

I signed up for the free trial to see if this would be a good site for a legal document i was looking to create. Turns out it was not. They advertise this company as "free" but after an hour of filling out forms they hit you with your credit card information. Right after i finished reading their terms and conditions I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Don't think twice of it until 5 months later i realized I have been charged $200 over the past 5 months. Charging me when i cancelled my account that's real professional! In addition to this, they are slimey and don't email you to let you know that charges have been made. This company feeds off of peoples busy lives and letting charges fly under the radar. Customer service is also USELESS and will do nothing to help you besides shove their policy of which you "agreed to" in your face. I read the policy and CANCELLED my account right after. Log on to the account today to see it's not canceled! This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Pure deciet. Stay away from this con company. Oh! And i will be seeking legal action in order to get my money back! Want my money now! REFUND.

You can cancel at any time and there is no obligation. You simply need to cancel the subscription by requesting the cancellation under Your Account, or accessing live chat or phone and we'll cancel it for you within the seven day window. You also receive an email recapping the offer details and the date and time to cancel by appear in the email.
There are no charges to the card if the trial offer is cancelled within the seven day trial period.
As you mentioned, you were the one who cancelled the subscription. The site acknowledges your cancellation right away and you would know it has been cancelled.
The cancellation is real time and it will also send you a confirmation email once cancelled.
If you were still billed for all those months, then that would mean you have not cancelled your subscription correctly resulting to charges on your account.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be processed for a Trial Subscription turned to a monthly service.
The Terms and conditions were outlined clearly when you signed up for the service.

The site offers very basic services; however, the services aren't sufficient to fully handle an estate. Customer Service was un-helpful very dismissive.

Monique was very helpful in every aspect and I feel she even went above and beyond in offering to save my work that I lost on my own computer and now I can retrieve it from my email
Instead of refunding my money for the transaction. They charged me a second time. Guy on the phone had said that i had contacted them within the time frame for the refund and that he would refund it. Then another lady "Tina" from customer support said that I did not contact them within the time frame and that it was my fault basically. I have the transaction stamps going through my credit card showing both transactions at (-$40.95) x 2. So instead of even receiving any subscription or refund, I was charged twice for nothing. For a law-based website, this is a joke. The people running the website, only care for your money. They programed a nice app. But if you contact me, I will write a partnership agreement for free.

Paid for service and didn't receive it. Tried a charge back with VISA but they said "there isn't enough evidence to prove the services weren't completed". I'm out $500. Be Warned!
Add more tutorials for information for particular state laws and regulations in creating the documents. Information is somewhat vague
