Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
Linda Bennet was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile, even while I was cancelling a trial.
The young lady that I spoke to was very patient with me very, understanding and polite. All in all a very good experience.

I did not understand why where was not a place for the third line, I found it about the time you sent me a email, Thank you for your service.
I need a affidavit for affidavit for heirs what you sent me was far from what I needed in fact I don't think it would not help anyone for anything

I really like your products and your customer service. Janet was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable.
I can't seem to print the living trust. Also I ordered the full package and can't print those either. In fact, I cannot find them.
Was unable to print the contract from the internet. Janet was very helpful and e-mailed it to me.

Thanks for your comments Howard. Here are some helpful tips for customers who may be printing documents in the future: 1) ensure you have Adobe Reader so you can print PDF formatted documents. Once you click on the document to open it, if it is in a PDF viewer, just click Control P to print or right click on your mouse to get the Print option from the drop down menu. 2) If you are using a Chrome browser and having any issues, switch to Firefox or IE. 3) Are you using a mobile device including an iPad or tablet? Download the document first, then print from your download file.
The tech walked me through the changes I needed to make on the form I downloaded. This made the experience more helpful.

Saved strong password not accepted. Requested pw change, no reply after several attempts. Can't print my document. I've already paid for.

The document edit which is needed will NOT save the edit. REALLY FRUSTRATING. Also when you save to documents or save to folder then you can't locate the saved documents.

I have tried over 7 times to get to my document, and I can't get to it. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Hover on your email address at the top right-hand side of the page and click on My Documents from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the document name to open the file.
4. Click the Print icon to print or the Change Answers icon to edit answers.
