This site offers a free Will template and after you take the time to fill it all out, you find you must pay to save/print it (because the free trial is for 1 week and then they auto bill you monthly). Totally misleading click-bait bull$#*!. S. C. A.M.

I did cancel my trial after realizing none of their documents are useful. My bank kept rejecting their documents. After 4 months I realized I was getting a monthly charge of $35. Called their customer service and they refused to reimburse, even when I never used any of their documents for months. Now I have to pay $140 for nothing.

I can't thank you enough for helping me get through this. This Legal Contract was exactly what I needed and SO easy to fill out. The problem ran to my printer, which I finally found out that the ink showed one-half-full, when it was really empty The help I received meant the world! So-thanks so very much and have a lovely Christmas.

After entering Bill of Sale information, the on-line system was unable to locate my latest document. The system presented me a prior Bill of Sale that I had completed two (estimated) years ago for another vehicle.

I called LawDepot for assistance and was connected with Ms. Janice Metz. Janice was unable to resolve the software problem, but she emailed me the proper document, which solved my problem. She was courteous, and very helpful. I give her a five star rating.

Nothing is truly free on this site except a line of bull. They want your credit card number for most transactions. Seems predatory to me and blatantly dishonest. It is a matter of semantics and while technically they can claim that certain services are "free", its still a hustle. Not the kind of folks I would be comfortable working with. Check out their BBB rating, abysmal.

You have a "keeper" in Janet Metz... right off the bat I could "hear" the smile on her face... Customer Service has the potential to be a grueling experience for customer AND the company rep alike... however, this young lady has the skill set to bring the issues of concern into immediate perspective, in an incredibly polite and "hopeful" manner. I know it sounds like a small thing, but from my perspective it is huge when professionalism is felt personally... I mattered... and I will be back... and I think even more importantly, I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending your service to others. Additionally, the option Janet explained for such a low volume user as I will be explored on the next visit.

The person helping was very professional and respectful when I couldn't get a free copy of a health directive to print properly. She offered to e-mail me two different alternatives to try. The pdf worked. Your customer service will be remembered as we do more legal affairs in the future and will pay for them!

They use FREE advertising come-on to suck you in. When I noticed my credit card had been billed for two months straight (June) I called. They promised cancellation and a refund but never did either. They are dihonest in their advertising and hid their mandatory subscription in the "Terms and Conditions". I don't mind paying for a product or service but not for one
I don't receive. They do not notify you that you will be billed monthly and do not e-mail before taking more money from unsuspecting customers who place trust in this artfully constructed con. Once they have your credit card they will continue to debit you monthly until you cancel the card. I'm filing with my state Attorney General and the FTC. They also have a California address so I can sue them as well.

We needed to create a purchase agreement to acquire a portfolio of managed properties and our usual solicitor quoted "at least £4000" so thought we'd try LawDepot to see if there was a viable alternative. The template completion process couldn't have been easier and the quality of the final document was excellent. The vendors were complimentary and signed the agreement without modification. The payment options for this service were very fair but as this was a one-off with very little chance of further need to access, we chose the free trail/cancel after 1 week option. This worked perfectly and we now feel churlish that we got such great value and service for nothing. When we offered to pay them something, they just said "give us a review and bear us in mind if you need us again". What great people to deal with and what a superb service

As a person with no legal background or real estate experience, I would highly recommend Law Depot for Rental/Lease forms. Prior to this I cut and pasted what I thought was a legal contract. It looked very unprofessional. I rarely, if at all right a review, unless I'm upset. But Law Depot contracts have made the paperwork issue a major stress reliever.

I could not open my file no matter what I tried. The state where I live was not correct (I don't know how that happened) only one of my children was listed as executor (I originally listed all 5). And I am leaving for vacation at 5:30 tomorrow morning. Without the document I paid for! I will be returning 3-18-2015. I will contact you then

I download one document from them thinking it'll cost $33 and didn't realize I signed up for a subscription plan. 7 months later I messaged them for a refund and they said no refunds you used our service the whole time. Have a good day and ended the chat on me. Great service.

The person I spoke to tried to be helpful but did not help to solve my problem of trying to download the power of attorney forms which have thick diagonal black lines blocking out sections that require input. Is it possible to obtain the forms without these black lines please?

I took a seminar about a living trust. They wanted over $2000 to have a lawyer make one out. That wasn't in the budget. I came home and found one through Law Depot. It was definitely what we were looking for!

You would think as "legal help" they could at least be truthful, but alas they are true scam artists. It is the old scam of "free" documents but you cant cancel today but you have to cancel at specific time in the future or you will be billed into perpetuity. Deceptive practices at best. Do not use ever!

Excellent. I had to get dead beat renters out. They helped me with no charge. I was able to print out the form and hand them their eviction letter. Like I said. Free of charge. Thank you Law Depot. They would probably still be there destroying my house if it weren't for you guys.

Used law depot as a trial however after I cancelled I continued to get billed for 6 months. When I called in get a refund they said there was nothing they could do and there is no one to speak with. Terrible customer service.

As a retired banker I can honestly say that preparing a loan agreement has never been so easy. Directions are clear and direct to customize payment dates and amounts, loan maturity and itemized collateral as well as any extra clauses you want to include.

Just a sincere thank-you to Jean, a staff member at Law Depot.com. She quickly rectified an issue I was having. So rare to find the can do attitudes that the law depot staff typically have. I was once again impressed with Jean's ability to go above and beyond the call of duty. Law Depot Rocks!

Clearly spend lots of money on advertising to push yourselves to the top of google searches.

Have spent time in the past on your "free" forms that turned out not to be free but only once I'd wasted all my time filling them in.

Should've learned my lesson just tried to do it again and what do you know "pay for a License"

If it's free state it is, if there will be a cost at the end SAY SO that way people won't waste hours of their lives.

Tried incorporating my business using law depot services. They gave me misleading information over the phone. Then eventually when I mentioned that information over the email they said it is not true, and they denied the fact that they spoke with me via phone.

I accepted their bad customer support and I was trying to continue business with them. The incorporator ended up sending a full refund and closing down my ticket without me asking to. Basically they're telling me "Here's your money back, we don't want to help you"
