Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
On point, She thought of an efficient solution that immediately rectified the Problem. I was very happy with the result. Thank-you for having such well trained people on your staff.
My needs are simple, the living will document is simple, information is easy to fill in.
Their site says free but after filling the form out they want you to pay. When something says free a payment should not be required. Scam, gets you in then wants money. False advertising?

This is a completely misleading website. I don't see ANYWHERE on the page that they say you'll need to enter a credit card until page TWELVE, AFTER I've entered my VIN, name and address of the seller and buyer, etc. So now they have all of that information on me, THEN they want your credit card. You're automatically enrolled at that point in a $33 per month subscription unless you remember to cancel.

150 lighter due to card charges dating back months from this company due to a subscription I opted out of the same day I used it- absolute daylight robbery and I used one document. This scam company rely on your card details when you sign up so they can continue to take £29 a month for a service you used once in a day! I have only just noticed 6 months on - I feel sick
I did cancel the same day I used the service and your terms and conditions state the following:
*We will refund subscriptions up to the value of £100.00
*Each document costs a maximum of £39.00
The footprint on this site shows I visited one time in August, yet you took the following payments
£29.00 August September October November December = £145 for a document worth £39.00
How can it be £5.00 per month subscription yet £29.00 a month if you don't cancel the same week you start it?
I suggest your "cancel" button failed me and you rely on this to build your equity to make your business profitable.
I also want to know why you can retain a persons card details and not provide them with a receipt to their registered email so I would have seen this sooner!
So I have paid over £100 for a document worth £39.00
I will be seeking legal advice on this as well as reporting you to your local trading standards office, just because it's legal does not make it any less of a scam - it's scandalous and disgusting!

Our records show that you initially signed up for a 7 day Free Trial Subscription.
As stated on the website twice, renews to a monthly fee of 29.00 GBP after trial ends.
We also sent you an email of the date and time to cancel by.
All of these information were given to you so you would have an informed decision of your purchase. Since there has been no cancellation on file within the trial period, therefore the charge on your card.
Your subscription has been cancelled on Dec 14,2020.
A 29.00 GBP courtesy refund will be processed within 5 business days.

I was totally ready to cancel my subscription this morning because of the incredibly slow response to your system.
I would recommend any updates in Software be done outside of customer hours in the future to avoid such a poor first impression to a new customer.

All of the license options are displayed to you on one screen with descriptions. You would have to select one of the three options to print and download a copy of your document. The payment screen would inform you what you have selected including the amount of payment that will be charged to your card before you click Submit Order. A receipt will be shown on the next screen and an acknowledgement email will also be sent after submitting payment. All of this information has been given to you so you would have an informed decision about your purchase.

I had to call to get what I filled out on 4-4-2018 6:58 AM.
The lady I talked to about how I get document, knowledgable, precise and handled the form I needed, she explained that I could go to my account first and by putting in number given on document and it would be there, but after finding out verification on me said she would e mail within minutes I received the document.
I think you should ask me once I have completed my document.

I initially went to this web site to access legal forms the 21st of March, 2022. You have to sign up to look at their products. I determined that I didn't want the service and cancelled during the free period. The next month I saw that they had charged me anyway. I went online and cancelled AGAIN. They have continued to charge me every month. They will NOT answer the listed phone number. I have a dispute through my credit card company. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!

This information was posted twice before you clicked “submit order.” Your receipt shows the data, including the exact renewal date and time of your subscription and the process to cancel if you do not want to go on with the service. All these details were provided to you so you would have an informed decision about your purchase. Charges were also showing on your bank statement monthly. The only cancellation we see on your file was on October 17,2022, at 12:52 PM ET, seven months after your Free Trial for one week was renewed to a monthly subscription. Customer Service is open Monday to Friday from 8 am-7 pm ET. If you want to speak to a live representative, dial the toll-free number 1-855-231-8424.

I was a little apprehensive about using these types of services that want a credit card and then say you can cancel when you are done. You will not get billed I was promised as long as I cancel within the seven days. I just needed one document, I had called to make sure that that was okay with this company, greeted by a lady named Carolina who was so sweet and kind not to mention knowledgeable, she assured me just to get my one document and if I ever needed your services again to go back to depot which I will next summer. Right now I just needed it for one document. After going in and getting my document I had troubles again, only this time with my computer, call back in Carolina directed me and showed me exactly what to do. The third time, I needed to call in and cancel the account, and find my documents since my computer was having issues, This time I spoke with another friendly rep named Kathleen, or Kathy not sure of her name now, however she was just as amazing as Carolina, she found my documents, email them to me told me exactly what my problem was, maybe I should update my browser LOL. My point was these ladies were very professional, went out of their way to help me! You just don't get service like this anymore! This is one of those websites that scams you with their "free trial" and then gets you on their monthly subscription plan WITH NO SIGN OF IT. Only a sign-up confirmation email. They will send you some template over and over telling you it was stated in the agreement and that it's your fault because you should have checked your statement, but there's something funny about this company. I've never experienced that before. They have a 118 day return policy to save them from returning all your money when you realize that $33 is being taken from your account every month. I lost $429 to this company and they did absolutely nothing for me. I printed a free document with my trial on the first day, never logged in since and they still hit me with that sorry response. They were only willing to give me 4 out of 13 months worth of my money back. I hate companies that thrive on this sort of business model. Shady written all over it. They offer no solutions other than their templated response. Awful "customer service."
They phished my daughters mobile number out of a free form and tried to get more infos, especially credit card and passport numbers pretending they were from a German Fraud department. VERY SUSPICIOUS! Don't give them any data!
