Quick and easy. Am very happy with the result. It has helped our situation with our disability child who just turned 18 years old to give us power of attorney as before we could access everything for him now we have to go down this road.
Just trying to complete wills for myself and my husband this weekend. Friend told us about you versus other online products. I wasn't prompted to set up an account, then it wanted me to open my account with the password I set it up with (which had not been completed yet). I tried to change my password 2-3 times. Each time I was told an email would be sent to accomplish this. No such email was received for any of the requests to change it. I did get 3 other unrelated emails. Frustrating. LOL
Trying to edit and somehow missed it and cant find how to go back

A great step by step template but it is NOT FREE. I liked how it was laid out and organized. But very disappointed that it was not free.
Tip for consumers:
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO FILL OUT IF YOU THINK IT IS FREE.....YOU HAVE TO PAY 24.95 MIN AT THE END OF THE DOCUMENT.

To clarify, our trial offer is free for a one week period. During that time, you can create, download and print as many documents as you need. You can cancel at any time and there is no obligation. You simply need to cancel the subscription by requesting the cancellation under Your Account, or accessing live chat or phone and we'll cancel it for you within the seven day window. You also receive an email recapping the offer details and the date and time to cancel by appear in the email.
We do have you enter your credit card information for uninterrupted access to your documents. There are no charges to the card if the trial offer is cancelled within the seven day trial period.

I couldn't figure how to print out my document. I was able to print it out as you advised in PDF format, which was fine. Thanks for the help.
Great initially, had to use chat Janet was excellent couldn't save as pdf from editor which was a problem Janet was able to sort

Using an older PC while visiting my mom - Linda emailed me the docs I needed and was able to print then save on my iPad!
I am pleased with the use of documents that I needed. It is user friendly and very easy to follow.
It was easy to prepare the Promissory Note. And I like that I was able to edit it before printing.
