When I started the Le-vel product, I was also experiencing a bladder infection and was taking antibiotics for it, so I approached the product with the idea that it might take awhile for both to kick in... the first day I had so much energy I couldn't settle down. But as days went by, that initial energy began to dissipate... I did have other noticable side effects however. A red, itchy rash appeared on my neck. Also, a rash under the patch. As a few weeks went by I began to feel a little nausaus. I think my appetite diminished a little, but no weight loss occurred after six weeks of using the product correctly. I can't take all three products at the same time, capsules, shake and patch... I have to eliminate one and I do alright. I never experienced the clarity of mind that others claim to have. In fact, it seemed to slow my thinking process down and made me feel lethargic. I am normally an upbeat, energetic person anyway. I took the product to see if it would aid me in losing weight. I am not one to get on the band wagon and promote anything without trying it myself. I realize some people might really respond to the product and do well, so I am not reviewing this because I hate the company or the product. For the money, I just dont see the results. I am using the product until finished because I paid for it, but plan to purchase a similar product at my health food store for a fraction of the cost. I can only speak for myself. My experience was lack luster, but another person may really benefit from Le-Vel. Update: its been a month since using the last of this product. I was concerned that I would have side-effects from stopping, but I have had none. I have, however lost a few pounds due to adding more exercise to my life-style...
Customer support agents should be able to assist you with your questions and thoroughly want to help you. While talking to Thrive Le-vel I've been met with nothing but robotic, policy holding, lack of empathy agents. I opened a wanting to return my products because it lead to a now on-going medical condition. I was referred to Compliance which is done via email. Compliance honored my refund but I had to go back to my ticket in my Thrive-le-vel account to get it. Then, I waited for nearly 3 weeks to get a response from someone from Support. I opened severely tickets asking for an update and was met with no response for days. When I finally got a response. There was no apology for the 3 weeks delay, just a "We didn't get anything from Compliance so please email them for a refund." It was frustrating enough to wait that long but to be met with lack of empathy or even Customer support if I would call it that. Since then I've been attempting to close my account, and have met with again the same lack of support. Weeks before I get a response. And when I do I'm simply told Yes. Or No. No details, nothing. Just yes. Or No. When I respond back with Why? Weeks letter I'll get. As per stated above. NOTHING WAS STATED ABOVE! I've never ever had to deal with the lack of support. ESPECIALLY WITH HOW EXPENSIVE THE PRODUCTS IS! Come on. You would think after spending so much there would be some help.
And the products aren't tested. It's the same run of the mill products just with a new name plus $100 with that product. The support is awful which what needs to be fixed. If I'm spending a lot of money I want to be helped not open tickets on my own until I am helped. Eventually and that's because I had to make a complaint on Thrives FB page. Please restructure your Support because it's killing your business.

My goal in taking Thrive was to be more healthy - not about losing weight. I started Thrive on the morning of Tues, Jan 9,2018 with the capsules, the shake and the patch. About 6pm that evening, my stomach began to cramp and became so severe so quickly (I was driving) I made a detour to my boyfriend's house and laid in the fetal position on the couch for about 1.5 hours until the pain subsided. I did not at that time link it to the Thrive. On Thursday, Jan 11th, my 86 year old mother (who started all 3 forms of Thrive the same day as me) stopped by my house and said she didn't feel good - couldn't describe it just out of sorts. On Friday, Jan 12th in the afternoon - I began to feel really weird - (after mom and I talked - she said that was how she felt the day before) and my stomach pain returned. I got on the computer and googled issues with Thrive. AND there it was: abdominal pain, heart racing, jittery, feeling "weird" - these are issues lots of other people had with Thrive.
Oh and - my boyfriend started Thrive the same day as mom and I - his heart began to race and experienced pain under his ribs. SO - BEWARE - this product is unsafe in my opinion. I have found no scientific studies that have done on Thrive - only lots of testimonial. Because Thrive is considered to be a diet product - it is not regulated by the FAD, government nor any entity. PLUS - unless someone having issues with Thrive goes to the Dr. - Thrive is not required to report any issues - only required to report anyone who used their product and sought the help of a physician for adverse health reactions to it.
I am in the midst now of battling with Thrive to return this AWFUL product. Of course, they do not use the modern invention of phones - can only be done via email.

I think people are bing mis-lead due to poor promoters. I myself have lost 42#'s in 12weeks! I don't promote it ether. I don't want to mess with the IRS. You can earn free product, everything has a loophole. People put your thinking caps on. I'm sure someone in your family would make up a coustomer profile so you can buy product and get the average amount of dollars spent to drop down on the 2nd of every month! AUTO-SHIP can be CANCELLED at any time after placing your order. I order, log out, log back in and cancel! It's under the "manage your account" option. It visibly says "cancel auto-ship". WORK LIKE A MIRACLE DIET! There is no such thing. After having a hysterectomy at 38 and thyroid issues I couldn't shed the weight for nothing! I merely spend my money on the Thrive rather than Applebees and Mexican/Japanese Restaurants. We are all guilty! I hate to see so many poor reviews when I have had such a great outcome. Yes, as I'm tapering off, wanting to snack has become and issue again, but like I said, miracles aren't being sent down to loose weight and never gain another pound. We have to take responsibility sometime for the things in our life we can control. Like, opening the snack drawer in the fridge at 10oclock at night. Come on people like I said, THINK!
I'm on my third day of step 3 thrive experience. I gotta say it has been a rollercoaster of 3 days I was excited and also nervous to try. I'm in the UK so this is relatively new to us. Day one was just a normal day I find cravings did stop didn't need a cigarette or coffee and urinating all day non stop. Day two I woke up awake I mean eyes open from the moment I woke up baring in mind I went to sleep at 2 my body just woke it's self up at 6:35 wide eyed I'm now on day 3 I slept in today and I woke with a funny head up until I took my 3 steps my mood has been up and down mostly down very irritable with the kids which I don't like:(which I hoped it would give me more patience but so far hasn't I know it can take a while i feel as though PMS is about to start if I'm honest that's how I feel not good really but mood can go up! Weird My eating habits are gone nothing sweet/junk craving only healthy things and water, I would say this product works how well I'm not sure as I like how it's curbing my bad eating Habbits. Only problem for me is the reps don't really help all they ay is yes this is normal for thrive means it's working or I'm not eating enough or yes this is why thrive does! I do know there's good and bad reviews about this product a lot by who sell it this is a completely honest review Ive got the month and want to give it the chance to kick in but it's not a miracle pill you don't get this mad energy kick they rave about unless mine is yet to come as I know it is different for everyone and there isn't a lot of details any on the internet of anyone else's experience it's al relatively bad or saying it's a scam? Always good reviews come from a rep I really do hope my mood changes I know that it can take time I wouldn't say that this is a scam because it has worked better on other areas I needed help on but I haven't had that big energy and mood boost yet!
I thought I would give this a chance so stupidly i did which I cannot regret this decision enough I feel like an absolute idiot! I ordered the patches, tablets and assorted shakes which cost me a total of £149.27, I received my products and was happy with them. A month later I received more products and was extremely confused as I never requested nor ordered more products, I contacted the representer who set my account up for me and she informed me that an Auto-ship was set up when I first brought from them. An auto-ship? I could not believe what she was telling me NOT ONCE when my account was set up was I told or was informed by this women or even by email that an auto-ship had been set up, I did not even receive an email when these other products was on their way to me so i only knew about them when they turned up on my doorstep. I tried contacting le-vel which turns out you can only do this through a bloody email which I found extremely weird, there is no number you can ring, so I contacted them and I sent my products back but I had to pay the £11 to get a tracking number and to send them back as if you don't get a tracking number they refuse to let you know when they've got the products and will not refund you! I then got refunded £127.30, wheres the rest of my money? They charge you a 10% re-stocking fee for sending products back, how is this fair? I never knew any of this and they're now refusing to refund my £11 for sending them back and my £22 I lost for re-funding them. I looked online to see if this has happened to anybody else and turns out loads and loads of people have complained about this so just be careful! They're making money by setting up an auto-ship so when you send them back they keep 10% off of every customer that send products back making a killing off of everybody else's dispense. I have also got in touch with the women who set up my account she hasn't even bothered to read my messages let alone reply and help me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Getting in touch with these people is a nitemare it's a ticket response that is set up so it's a bloody pain and you have to keep pestering them to hear anything back from them! If I could give them no stars I would.
I was looking to lose weight and to feel more energetic. One day my mom's friend gave me a 3 days trial of Level Trhive, this 3 step magical pills, shake and patch that would make me lose weight, feel energetic and feel better with my self. I took it for 3 days, oh boy I felt like superman, its like some kind of drug they are giving you, not gonna lie, I loved it, lost 3kg during those 3 days. So I decided to buy a package for month, it took 2 days to arrive. During those 2 days, I felt like superman meet kryptonite, my heart almost exploted, I was agresive, couldn't sleep, anxiatity went to the roof. On the third day I received the box. I was like a drug acdict right away opened and started again, but my body couldn't take it anymore. My head felt nunmb, my whole body shaking, I was alusinating and couldn't control my breathing. My family had to take me to the hospital, furtunaly I'm alive and I'm here to warn people about this dangerous bull$#*!. If you want to loose weight, eat well, exercise. Theres no easy way to do it.

Promoters say they have no complaints and share some link to BBB for Thrive but the word thrive is not what they list as. Its a big scam. They say return the stuff fraud stuff that shipped and then still charge u shipping to send back, restocking fee, and take a percentage off so u get like half of the fraudulent charge. If card was charged and nothing came in mail they won't help. They keep saying it says it shipped send it back over n over.
