Today was my first day and I was so excited so I take the pills take the shake and 10 minutes after using the patch... it was game over. I'm sensitive to caffine but this is not even caffeine this patch is literally a damn speed/cocaine patch it's disgusting that a company would sale a product like this. I live in Colorado and came across the Chris watts and Shannan and how she was a representative for this crap and I saw pictures of Chris watts wearing the duo burn patches. Seriously after trying this product today I wouldn't even be surprised that this product is what caused him to go crazy and do what he did! Please before you try becareful this can either give you a really bad trip, heart attack, anxiety and just an awful time. For the people that this works for either your bull$#*!ting so you can get your auto bonus money since y'all have no heart in to telling someone the actuality of the product or you must have some amazing tolerance to this type of substance BEWARE TO WHO EVER BUYS THIS CRAP!

My name is Samantha (Sam) Heerkens and thrive has changed my entire life. In 1 year I gained 100lbs, which my weight after all that was 352lbs and that was my weight for a very long time. 352lbs is a lot of weight to carry around and I had no quality of life. I was tired all the time, in fact I would take 3 to 4 hour naps every day and my days consisted of sitting on my couch, gaining more weight. My oldest son is 9 years old and loves technology; then my little one is 6 years old and he is an outside boy all the way. I couldn't even get up and move enough to play with them and they couldn't understand why.
One of my good friends, called and told me her story. Now I want to mention that she did not need to lose weight. I thought her story was amazing! I was one week away from having my procedure done and I made the decision to not have the procedure and try Thrive.
I started Thriving June 7,2018 and what an amazing 3 ½ months it has been. When I started the Burn DUO, the energy from it was amazing. I started moving and getting around way better than I ever had. I could still play with my sons after cleaning/re-arranging my house. We started doing things, like boat rides, swimming at friends and just spending that quality time with them. WHAT AN AMAZING GIFT!
I work out with a trainer two times a week and walk every day. That was never in the picture for me, especially working out. Today I have lost 52lbs and 64 inches! I have a weigh-in every two weeks and measurements. The more weight I lose and the smaller I feel, the more I love Sam. Thriving has been amazing and I can't wait to see what happens in a year! Thank you to all my supporters and Le-vel for this amazing opportunity!

Promoters charge cards for autoship when told no. In some cases the products never came in the mail cuz the promoter sent it elsewhere hoping that $300 a month plus $50 annual fee will not be noticed so even though they acknowledge the fraud they say it says it was shipped & it has to be returned. If the products did come u must pay shipping, restocking fee, and they a percentage off. Refund ends up being like half of the fraudulent charge. The stuff is expensive & the promoters can't afford it so they must have 2 autoship customers a month to get theirs free for the pictures. They team up and post each other's testimonials lying saying its just a customer to get new people. They have their eyes fixed on these bonuses like the car & 80k. They post about it saying look I'm getting 80k & look at my new car and this could be you. Sounds great except that when you do reach those goals its paid over years & you must keep selling in volume the whole entire time or the payments stop. Hello repo guy. Goodbye car. Same thing with that 80k. They can't even say its for weight loss any more cuz the ingredient they claim does it is the same one Dr Oz got hauled into court about. The founders only have marketing backrounds nothing in health & wellness. They just know having people post about how great selling it is with the expensive car and cash claims gets them 2 things. A new promoter and a sale cuz they all buy it at first. The energy comes from stimulants. FDA doesn't regulate supplements only the packaging claims so no testing is required. I was curious about what Thrive was watching the * Case & now I bet Thrive will be exposed. Complaints about personality changes while Thriving in men say they were really really angry on it until days after they quit and withdrawls are over. Just cause its for sale don't mean it's safe. Bath salts were for sale too & made loads of energy along with the crazy.

Frustrated
August 6, 2020

I can't say too much about the product it seems to be working for my husband but let me tell you about my experience. We ordered our first package on July 4 we never received the package until almost July 20 the company claims that there was a delay in shipping and that they were sorry I had to stress out for them to even give me a credit. The credit was applied for this month of August however my promoter had mentioned to stop the AutoShip because I had purchased the buy one get one during the July bonus sale so I went in and stop the AutoShip and it said disable auto ship so I clicked on it did it all in time what apparently the website did not except it. Guess what happen well they took $205 out of my account and are now shipping out more product that we do not need yet when contacting my promoter she stated that she would put in a service ticket to have this taken care of and I do keep in mind this was on August 5 the shipment doesn't even ship out and are having delayed problems with the shipment the promoter than tells me that I would more than likely have to pay for shipping the product back and then they would give me my $205 back does anyone see a problem with us because I sure do I see that his company does not care for its customers which is a huge concern of mine I am very disappointed I am very upset and this is absolutely very frustrating no matter how good the product is you need to stand by your Guess what happen well they took $205 out of my account and are now shipping out more product that we do not need yet when contacting my promoter she stated that she would put in a service ticket to have this taken care of now to keep in mind this was on August 5 the shipment doesn't even ship out and they're having delete problems with the shipment the promoter than tells me that I would more than likely have to pay for shipping the product back and then they would give me my $205 back does anyone see a problem with us because I sure do I see that this company does not care for its customers which is a huge concern of mine I am very disappointed I am very upset and this is absolutely very frustrating no matter how good the product is you need to stand by your customers and do the right thing

Personally, I rarely need customer support for autoship or any other thing that deals with monthly purchases. Le-vel's business model is to rarely assist their routine business customers.

I have contacted their customer support multiple times now for almost the same issue.
Want to return some product that you didn't want but purchased on an autoship? TOO BAD.
If you do return it, not only do you pay for shipping, but you also pay a 10% restocking fee.
Want to cancel an autoship order? TOO BAD
If you try, they will tell you they have no way of stopping the shipping. (Ummm WHAT?)

Want to change your autoship date? You have preset dates, unless you want to delete the autoship (haven't figured out if that kills your track record or not for future rewards program) Sounds awesome, right? Not really.

Want free product, well it will be the average of the AUTOSHIP of TWO customers you sign up directly under you. If one purchases on $100 and the second does $300, your CREDITS will be $200. WHY? Who knows.

To set up such a business of monthly autoships, and to not have a fully staffed Customer Support department, seems shady.

My last item of concern is that they will arbitrarily use your credit card on file for autoshipments they move for their "Holiday" time off, WITHOUT your authorization. So, let's say you had autoship for the 5th of July, and they are taking the 4th and 5th off, they will send you an email telling you they are processing your payment on the 2nd. Let's say you didn't get the email, and were not expecting the processing. Whoops! There goes your 4th of July spending money cause they autoprocessed your card without your authorization on a day you didn't authorize.
Sound fun!?!

Didn't think so.

Stay away from this company!

Let's just say I started doing thrive three years ago in June. People are wondering did I lose weight? It helped me maintain the weight that I was
I stayed on it because I felt so good and it was high in caffeine and it gave me ability to stay on my feet for 11 hours working
Unfortunately my blood pressure was too high because the product is full of stimulants. So good good luck to thrivers that are on this. I spent $6800 for nothing.
Get yourself a good multivitamin from a vitamin Shoppe and work out and walk every day and stop taking supplements and put patches all over your arm. That does absolutely absolutely nothing.
Don't forget every time you buy your promoter gets money this is an MLM company so watch out
