I requested several highly specialized lists that needed to be combined into one final list for bulk price purposes. Not only was leadsplease.com prompt in meeting my needs, they took it a step further and communicated the entire process. Not something that you find these days... will definitely recommend in the future.and continue to use!

This was the first list purchase for our organization in a long time. I had some questions and needed assistance purchasing additional information - I cannot say enough great things about Stephanie helping me with these things. She not only was extremely helpful, but also very thorough and timely in her responses.

We are new at using this type of service, and have yet to fully utilize the list (thus the 4 of 5 stars for the product/service, since I still have to see how it all pans out), but so far my experience has been great!

Had to chat with a service rep to get what I needed. You should let your clients choose to pay your minimum fee (if they want) and accept less than 500 names.

On another note, this Shopper Approved Survey... Web developer needs to recheck something. Down at the bottom, under this text box I cannot choose a country, and therefore can't choose a state or province.

My company felt we did not get the required results we were expecting. After a few phone calls with Graham it was determined that there may have been some communication issues. However Graham was very helpful and patient in helping us obtain a mail list we were expecting.

It's hard to determine so far, as I haven't even received the list yet. The criteria / demographics are very nicely laid out and specific, so assuming the data is accurate / fresh / not old then my experience is going to be excellent and I will most likely be a repeat customer.

So far I have only contacted about 10 of the leads and out of those 10 two had wrong information. One of them said that their birthday was neither last month not this month. The other person said that the person I was looking forward at that address owned the home 2 or 3 owners ago, so a long time ago. I expected more up to date information. If this trend continues I will not buy from you again

Graham was fantastic. He's assist me, and a few of my friends on several occasions. We coach finanical advisors around the country hosting workshops. Customer service was great! I needed help with updating my mailing list and shortly after sending in my inquiry I received a call from Graham Brown who was very professional and friendly. Within a matter of minutes he had resolved my issue and answered all my questions.

The process of getting the lead list was explained well and easy to do. Unfortunately, I had medical issues so I was not able to use the leads immediately. When I called Leads Please and explained this I was told to email my list to "Simon" and he would prepare them into labels.
I emailed them and within 2 hours I had labels back and a detailed explanation of how to print the labels.
I have never worked with a lead company that made the process so easy, was as courteous and did exactly what they promised.
I will tell every business owner I know about my experience and suggest they too use Leads Please for their marketing campaign.
This is definitely a business owners go to company for all of your mailing lists/lead orders.

Leadsplease was wonderful and very quick with the list. When I inquired about the list already set up for labels, they again responded quickly. I have no reason to go anywhere else for addresses for direct mailing!

What a great experience! The process was so very easy. I called customer service first to explain what I needed to do to place an order. They were very friendly, put my mind at ease and made the experience very pleasant! They also gave me advice on how to get the number of leads I needed to complete my order. I only gave 3 stars for satisfaction of product because this is my first time ordering and I have not yet tested the list that I ordered. This question should not be on the list unless someone is a repeat customer. But my overall experience was excellent. I hope for and expect the best. Thank you Leadsplease

First I had some questions which were easily answered by Jenny in the website chat feature. I called and spoke to Stephanie right away and she quickly took care of everything I needed and delivered my list by email well under the time she said it would take. It was a great experience and I would recommend Leads Please to anyone.

Their data is good... I knew the area pretty well so I could check at random the accuracy of the data and it seemed spot on... they also responded quickly to my request for getting a PDF template ready to print version... I will be back on a regular basis to update my list... good list equals money no matter how you look at it...
