I have used LeadsPlease several times. The last time, I asked for specific ages of moms and children and zip codes. I spent a couple hundred for a list of 5000 names. Spent $6k on mailers. The list was totally inaccurate. None of my friends that fit the exact ages and zips were not included. Friends who had kids 10 older than my demographic were included.Multiple dead grandmas were included. Got ZERO results from this $6200 marketing deal. Not a fan of Facebook, but got 24 leads for a $200 buy. Avoid this vendor.

So far I have only contacted about 10 of the leads and out of those 10 two had wrong information. One of them said that their birthday was neither last month not this month. The other person said that the person I was looking forward at that address owned the home 2 or 3 owners ago, so a long time ago. I expected more up to date information. If this trend continues I will not buy from you again

Leadsplease is easy to use and their customer service is phenomenal. There have been several occasions when I needed to contact Leadsplease. Their response has been prompt and professional. All of my customer service requests have always been resolved to my utmost satisfaction.

The leads I've received from this site are fantastic! Today was the first time I've had to contact customer service - and it was for an issue that was MY oversight. They still helped me and went above and beyond to correct MY mistake!

After receiving leads, more than half of them had nothing to do with the market I asked for (Veterinarians). It is unacceptable. Most of the leads were for oil companies, restaurants, and veterans homes or human doctors offices. Not only did we waste money on the leads, we wasted money on the 3000 postcards we printed and were only able to send about half.

First of all, I really liked the accuracy of their database. Second, the price is very reasonable. Third, the customer service was one of the best. I have tried few other sites, and I definitely recommend this site. You will save a lot of money.

I have been building my customer list for 8 years totaling 786 clients. I have been looking to expand on my customer base and looked into every lead company I could find online. It was easy to find what I wanted and with some assistance in a chat session I was able to place my order.
I was surprised to see items with a February date as I did not choose this option. I selected May through September and how February showed up is unknown as this information is not useful to me.

The process was quick and easy. You can pick exact specifications for what type of list you are looking for. Customer service picked up quickly, and helped with the remainder of the process since I purchased a sensitive list. Great for busy companies that need service promptly and conveniently.

Jury is out on how well it will work for our rescue as they haven't been put to the test. When I questioned my order the first time on chat I didn't receive the help I needed, but Graham helped me greatly and got me the information I needed.
