I ordered the Lebody USA Opera Mask - a $700USD product. Kman Kang in customer service was highly unprofessional, then self-escalated to blatantly abusive. I immediately then cancelled my purchase to which he then used my private email info to his personal use and proceeded sending me 3 consecutive taunting and passive menacing emails, despite that I never engaged.
Tip for consumers:
I would be highly wary to conduct any business with this company: www.lebodyusa.com They say they are based in New York, but there is no actual physical address. There's one person handling all online orders, phone calls, etc. blatantly dishonest and unprofessionally mannered and with zero concern of consequences for his actions, utterly entitled and will do as he pleases.He is liberally insulting and unreasonable. Apparently the only other person is the President, his wife and she is in Korea.

Lebody Opera Mask - while I ended up canceling my order and so unable to actually use the mask, a $700 product requires professional, stable, reliable, communicative and credible customer service which Lebody USA does not offer. I also understand as of recent, that they will refuse any returns and or will not refund unless the product arrives damaged ( with some stipulations around that. It's very precarious at best).
