The box was not in great shape and it rattles, so I will wait for my husband to open it the end of November when we have our Christmas to see if anything is broken. I tried to look, but cannot tell myself.

Took ten days to receive. Really tight to get the nuts on the studs of the replacement light, and didn't come with the outer edge bezel to protect the foam, but otherwise able to replace the light Toyota broke and doesn't leak!
Shipped quickly, easy installation, good quality. Gives my Gladiator Mojave a good look.

Received the order but I didn't get them on because we're out of town in untill We got back from vacation. One life is defective for my heritage Softail. The back lights for the triglide ultra do not fit! I would like someone to contact me with resolve this issue. I sent pictures emailed and called. However I have not got no response.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
