Experience was good but I was to receive free grill inserts for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and I didn't get them. You can't advertise free stuff and not deliver
Product is as advertised should be easy to install, they originally shipped only the lights without the grill, but after notifying them they next day shipped the grille and rectified the issue!

Didn't get the 50 " light bar with order had to wait for it in another order the quality of rhe pod lights and light bar are not made very well. Did have the right mounting hardware for the light bar and no instructions. Will not use this company agian!

I purchased a full set of tube doors for my jeep gladiator in July and the reason I went with this company is because of the supposed delivery date. I got the mirrors a week later which is when the entire order was supposed to be delivered but it took around a month to get the rest of the order and to lose a month of summer weather, it kind of negates the reason for buying them. You can't drive around with your jeep stripped with only the tube doors in 45° morning weather. So that being said. I love the doors. I just wish they would have been delivered when they said they would be or I would have gone with one of the many other places that sell them.

I have the Raptor lights for my sr5 4runner installed. Look good. I have the fuse adaptor connected with the oem injector fuse so as to have the lights on at all times. Is there a better recommendation on which fuse to run it on. Sr5 4 runner. Thanks!

I got my items in a reasonable amount of time… about two weeks. Free delivery so I didn't mind the wait. A little expensive compared to other websites but I didn't realize that until I had ordered it. Fit pretty good and all the clips went in like they should have
The grill I ordered was nice and looks good on new Tacoma but the raptor lights came without the extra wiring harness to tap into fuse box and grounding eyelets for the negative wire. Also, the very first rain I drove in, I noticed two lights with moisture in them. This kit costs way too much to be missing hardware and have faulty equipment.
Lights were so bright the camera had a hard time to focus on it. Daytime running lights and turn signal look amazing! Especially with the Chrome Eyelids. Comes with link for YouTube video on "how to install". Functions as they should! Very satisfied!
Tried to get led light that had moisture getting inside turning black eventually the light would have failed looked bad they made me purchase new light that should have been replaced under warranty and shipping was very slow

Packaging was good. Lights are ok. There are gaps in between the bed and lights, I've installed foam to keep debris out.

I purchased 52 in light bar and 2 pods. When it arrived it was missing parts. Messages them. Several days later missing parts came. Great. June 18 2021 i Messages them again telling them brackets are RUSTING.(forgot to tell them about one of pods was too). I get a response that i purchased the light bar kit on June 11 2020. So its out of warranty. Really Only 7 days. I could see if 7 months ok. But 7 days. Not happy. I normally dont write reviews. But this time i had to. Disappointed
Poor over all product and packaging. Webpage says it fit TJ Wrangler 2003 but the light they send has 4 wire and my Jeep wire harness is a 3 wire circuit. Not compatible with Wrangler TJ. Asking for RA# for refund.

The letters look even better in person. The startup is an awesome surprise. Installation took 40 minutes. Don't forget to put your current fuse into the port you connect to the wiring harness though. You'll get function errors if you do.
Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
