After googling for a while in search of a Memo of Understanding template I found the best one in LegalTemplates. This company has stolen $160 dollars from me in the last 4 months. I have no idea how they got my information but when I addressed the issue with them I was told that they would return only half of my money. This was presented as a fair solution for something that was taken fraudulently to begin with, but the catch was that I would have to agree to not report the remaining balance to my credit card company for recovery. Their customer service emails are manipulative and aim to extort while refusing to accept any wrongdoing. Anyone who works for this company should be utterly ashamed to be affiliated with such a lowlife career choice. After some back and forth with their customer service I escalated my complaint to the Better Business Bureau where they offered me $120 from the $160 they took claiming there was a limitation on how far back they could go to refund unauthorized charges. So there's a limit by your "company policy" on returning funds but not on how much you'll take from people? Yeah...They are disgusting.

This is great for those wanting a basic bare-bones trust template. This will certainly do. However, for those seeking complex, layered trusts requiring more detailed instructions, may need to look elsewhere or have an estate planner and attorney customize one. I love the simplicity and plain language of this one. Highly recommended..
