I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context. I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.
I created an account with LegalTemplates in October of 2019. I signed up for the trial account and cancelled a few days later. I received no notification email confirming my signup and subsequent cancellation of the service. Fast forward to July and I notice my credit card has been billed each month since October(9 times total). Not once did I receive a an email or notification about any of the monthly charges. I believe the lack of notification alone is a violation of California's Auto Renewal Law(SB 313). I contacted the company directly regarding this matter. They said they could"refund 3 of the 9 payments and that was all their accounting system could do". At this point their refund offer/excuse is unacceptable. Based on the many similar complaints I'm seeing, it's clear that LegalTemplates has a business model that's based primarily on continuity billing profits.

Quite simple. Includes many things an ordinary person might not consider. Available for any state. Customizable and very easy. Took maybe 20 minutes to complete the document. Given a choice as whether a Word or PDF document. Nice feature.

Danny was a tremendous help in setting my account straight. If I wasn't dropping the service, I'd love to work with him again. I'm glad legal templates is able to find great employees who work well with customers.

Hiring freelancersc can be time-consuming, particularly the contractual process. But with LegalTemplates, this was a breeze. Their Freelance Contract Template is comprehensive yet easy to customize, saving me hours of drafting and giving me peace of mind. I can now focus on the work, not the paperwork. Highly recommended for anyone hiring freelancers.

We signed up for the free 7 day trial. Decided we did not need the service and promptly cancelled. While the site acknowledged that the subscription was cancelled, they have continued to bill monthly.
Their rep I got on the phone (Chris A) was completely useless and unwilling to solve the problem. The manager he connected me with (Andy A) was also unwilling to assist.
We never used their service. If they have any integrity they would refund what they have charged.
If you have a choice, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Tip for consumers:
take a screen shot of your cancellation because without it they are unwilling to support you when you call to debate their charges after your cancellation.
Products used:
none. we used nothing from this vendor. they did not have any product that we needed.

Although I do not agree with not answering phone calls as I work in the call center industry, I must admit that John's gutsy use of humor did make me chuckle. I will also state that John called me directly on the following business day as I requested and emailed me this morning with the just outcome. I think this could have all been avoided with a system generated email reminder of an upcoming charge. I don't like to let "Cybil" out but will when I feel it's necessary. There John show that to the ladies. LOL! I do think 10 to 20 is a bit much but I understand workloads and I am sure those poor women have more than their fair share. I did appreciate the document, it did come in handy and was very easy to create I might add

I purchased a template, then they continued to bill me a monthly fee of $39.99. It me 3 months before I realized it (which is my oversight), however, they refused to reimburse me, even, though I had not used their service during that time.
If you are going to use this one time, only purchasing a template, shop elsewhere, they are not ethical in their billing practices.

Go look at every single review. Notice how every single person that reviewed also reviewed only one other business and they did so on the same exact day to make their accounts look more legit and boost another company at the same time! This company wouldn't let me cancel and charged my card two months in a row without my permission and after I had asked to cancel. That's why they have to buy all these fake 5 star reviews. What a joke!

Because of this interaction I plan to officially sign up as soon as my new company is in need of a template! Although I was looking for something a bit different. The site was easy to get through. There a lot of different products if you need. The trial period although short was just long enough to see all that was offered. There is so many different items to use.

I do have to say using their tool was easy, but be cautioned that when you sign up for a trial account they will bill you $39.95 monthly automatically. I didn't realize this and they have dinged me for several months. They have no interest in working with me on even one month's credit. Disappointed. I'd probably go elsewhere next time given that this content is probably identical on another site.
