I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context. I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.
The person I spoke with was understanding, explained everything I needed to know on the cancellation along with email I would receive. If I ever need this service I will use you thanks to your agents and how helpful and friendly they are!

I had a recent issue with billing. I reached out to customer service about it and they were very punctual with responding and addressing the issue. I had Danny for a representative, and he took care of the issue very well!

I needed to download Power of Attorney forms for me to be able to oversee my mother's medical care and finances. This site allowed me to download forms specifically for the Utah, the state she is in. I like that I could download them in word format (which I later converted to Google Docs), it makes it easy if I need to make any changes in the future.

Website falsely claims that you can create a FREE document. After they make you go through the whole process and sign up, they then say you have to start a TRIAL membership or pay $59.95 for the document...

I signed up for Legal Templates because I was considering renting my home in the Bay Area and needed a contract. I ended up not using it and of course forgot to cancel before the free trial ended. I did a live chat and Victoria canceled my account in seconds and gave me the info I needed to make the refund request.
The only thing left is for you guys to approve the refund. Fingers crossed.

I am very satisfied with Legal Templates because I needed a cohabitation agreement in order to justify the relationship between my boyfriend and me to a lawyer for a legal procedure, thus for that reason I found that the template was very useful, seriously it was very proper to my needs, I just filled in the blanks and quickly created a professional agreement which was well received by the lawyer. It was an extraordinary experience.

I recently used legal templates to create NDA's. I only needed them for this one-off project, so I wrote down in my calendar that I had to cancel the free trail before it was over so I would not get charged. I forgot to cancel, and noticed a charge on my card. They do not send you an email notifying that the free trial expired. I called customer service and said that I meant to cancel it before my free trial was over, and I asked if they could refund me. They did not hesitate to refund me and the process was simple. Juan processed my refund within a minute of my asking. You have to notice the charge and ask for a refund in order for it to be smooth. I was very pleased with my experience with LegalTemplates, because their product is excellent and their customer service is accommodating.
