I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context. I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.
Visited LegalTemplates to get a quick for. Many sites will let you draft a document only to want to charge you at the end to gain access to it. What a waste of time not being up front. LegalTemplates let me just download the document I needed right. No account, no money. Will defintely use them for any future needs. Thank you for not wasting my time.

We use Quickbooks Desktop and these worked great to process the forms. We are a very small office and do our own reporting so it was very important to find a form that would work for us. I highly recommend these forms.

This site was extremely helpful in creating a functional separation agreement for me and my ex wife and it made the separation and divorce process extremely easy for both of us. The site is pretty easy to use and looks like they have a good selection of templates. The 2 that I looked at seem to be thorough and can be tailored to my situation. Comes in PDF or document format.

I used LegalTemplates for a lease agreement and when I signed up it gave me a week-long free trial. After the week was up I went to have my lease agreement notorized and was told that the legal document was not up to the state's standards. I then requested a refund and was somehow denied because my week-long trial was up. I wasn't given any more explanation even though I attempted to appeal this decision.
*Update*
I was contacted after leaving this review and I was offered a refund. The services still did not work out for me, but I appreciate the effort on the part of the company to resolve the issue.
