I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context. I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.

It is very simple to understand and work threw and explains it self very well and you can print and it's easy To go back threw to correct or add something.

It was nice to not have to stop at DMV to get a Bill of Sale, and to be able to print it off right at home. Still have to make a trip out to a notary though.

This site is a data mine! Beware that your data is not safe and WILL be sold, they hide the options to prevent this from the account page, making you jump though hoops to have your account delete, info not sold, and for even data request. They will not help you over email support and will just link to PDF with instruction. PDF are not safe when you do not trust the person send them, they can hold exploits to steal more info from your computer itself! Stay away and save your data AND money!
The option to not sell your data is a very small button at the very bottom of the page, that takes you to a larger page with a a button hidden in the middle of the page that then takes you to a hidden page with the data options, none of these options are clearly. Located anywhere in your account page aswell as no clear option to have your account delete. This site complies, but its hidden pages and lack of references in the main profile page makes me think they do not want to comply and want you to have to work at figureing out how to not have your data sold.
This site is a data mine, its very easy to tell, YOU are the product to them ontop of them running shady billing practices.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use it, they will sell your data by default.

Make sure you are logged in, your email should appear on the top right-hand side corner, If instead, you see GUEST; please click on the link to log-in.
After logging in, locate the "My Document" section on the left panel, where you will find the list of documents you have created in the center of the page. Click on the three-dotted lines on the right, which will prompt a drop-down list. From there, select "Download" and choose either the WORD or PDF format. Once the file has been downloaded in your preferred format, you can proceed to print the document.

I have used Legal Templates to create a document needed to negotiate with a tenant. It was very easy and smooth. I took advantage of the free trial period to create my document and was not sure I would need any more documents. I happened to check my bank account and saw I was being charged for a 2nd month of Legal Templates because I had forgot to cancel my membership. So I canceled it today. I got an email from LT confirming my cancellation along with an email address if I needed further assistance. So I emailed them and explained I only used the service for the one document and asked if they could refund the payment currently being processed at my bank. I was surprised to get such a quick response from Danny U. Just few hours after my request approving my refund!
