I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
You want the $1. For the trial. Well fine, but you make me start over. That is bull$#*!. The least you could do is let me know to pay before hand or else everything I did wont matter.
The templates made it easier for me to understand what this agreement letter is and how to write my own one now.

Good bylaws for a new corporation in illinois or another state. All it needs is updates. Customer should be notified if updates are needed.
