I am just starting my business and I found everything I needed on Legal Templates. I got all my legal documents to incorporate during my 7 day free trial! But I just had to subscribe to their monthly service because of all the other legal docs available in the employment and real estate sections. I found documents at my fingertips that I have been looking for months and years. I have tried other legal doc sites and they were too expensive and overly complicated. You should really try LegalTemplates.
EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context. I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.
Well it seems easy enough but ask me all the stuff that I needed on the lease I guess that's if it prints it will be the best thing to happen to me all day!

The website is easy to use and there's a variety of documents I can choose from. I actually needed a lease termination letter and thanks to legal templates, I was able to download the letter.

The 'Service Agreement' was very user-friendly and easy to edit. I will use these forms each time I need to, very simple, straight cut and to the point. Also the language is easy to understand.
