I canceled immediately after downloading the "free" legal form as required. It took me two years to realize that I was being charged monthly because the bank statement name is misleading. Luckily, my brother owns a Class-Action lawsuit firm and said that he will help me out, it's just a shame that companies choose to stoop this low!

I used their service once during the trail. Since then they have charged me $790 without a single notification or receipt. Last email I got from them was in December 2019, not a single notification sent out that they are charging me $40 every single month. I Called them and would get no help what so ever, their business model is built on quietly stealing your money.

Good luck trying to cancel your "free trial" within the 7 days, they wouldn't do it for me. I tried numerous times to cancel online & they would let you go thru two steps, the third they would give you an error message "cannot cancel, try again". I sent them messages to no avail. Be careful when you sign up with these guys, they'll ignore you until AFTER your trial has ended & you've been charged their monthly fee. Do not recommend!

If you can't provide written proof of cancellation (it's done over the phone), they continue to charge until you catch them. Would not provide any refund without an email from client stating that you are accepting this in full and would not require any other refunds for the many months they charged beyond the cancellation. For a medium to large-size business, Legal Templates is your place to go for easy-to-use legal document templates constructed as reviewed by legal persons pursuant to each state. To be honest, we cannot quite swing the monthly fee for our small business. But even the free 7-day trial has been invaluable for now. We are hopeful LT may make the site more affordable for all. I used LegalTemplates.com for the 14-day free trial but completely forgot that I had signed up because we had some family issues happen during that time. I realized once my bank account had been charged the subscription fee of nearly forty dollars and quickly contact their customer service dept. for a refund. I did not have to wait on hold, which was nice, and spoke to Benjamin who was very helpful. He cancelled my subscription and began the process of refunding the charge on my bank account. I would have given 5 stars; however, how quickly the subscription charge was refunded depended upon me giving this review - shortening the refund time from 15 business days to approximately 3 - which is frustrating and feels a little as though I'm being forced to do something I would not have otherwise done. Hopefully, my money is refunded quickly and my subscription is successfully cancelled; otherwise I will be leaving a much different review on sitejabber and anywhere else I am able.

The website says there will be a $39.95 charge at the end of the 7-day free trial. I cancelled my trial immediately to avoid charges however, the fee was instantly charged to my account. Customer service said it was to "remind me to cancel my free-trial" and that I should see my refund in 24-48 business hours which has still yet to come nearly 4 business days later. False advertising of a "free trial" Wish I had never found this site.

They were able to accommodate my request very quickly and made the process as easy as sending an email! Would highly recommend their services, as it seems their customer satisfaction is priority number 1!

So many sites offer free templates, but there is some type of fee usually after completing the form and before downloading or printing. This service is legitimately free. Quick, easy, simple download or print.

I am updating my comment because the company reached out to me and resolved my issue. If you are doing the free trial make sure you cancel within the 7 days. The document I obtained was exactly what I needed, and I will probably buy another one in the future when needed as a landlord.

They answered a handful of my questions and have free downloads for templates of the contracts. Which saves a ton of time, rather than write one out from scratch. They seem fairly legitimate from the skimming over of the contract and are a good starting point.
