Downloaded bylaws template in Word. Looks very well done. Drafting notes and some options might be helpful. For example, Connecticut requires at least one director to be a resident. That kind of thing might be good to cover.

I found the available legal templates on this site to be quite helpful. I live in North Carolina, where Civil laws can be tricky. The templates available for both the civil process and the NC Tenant and Landlord Agreements were not only useful, but in accordance with our state guidelines. The actual documents compiled through this site, were very professional, and had the correct legal jargon upon them. When I did run into a concern, Benjamin in Customer Service was not only very kind, friendly and professional, but assisted me immediately and resolved my issues on the spot. I would definitely recommend to any personal or professional entity, and would use this service again when needed.

I was mistaken on the length of my free trial and called right away... not only was Chris polite and helpful but offered me a refund right away! While we dont use legal documents enough for a monthly service you can bet I will be using them again for individual legal document needs as they arise. Thank you!

I was able to download a template quickly and without having to jump through a million hoops (for example: filling out registration forms, disclosing personal information, adding a credit card, etc). This site is so helpful! I had just a 20-minute turn around between when I needed the document and when I needed to brief my client, so this was perfect because it wasted no time.

I am so surprised that online companies are charging for forms that are available for free through other sites. I understand wanting to make money, but as these forms are basic opening business (LLC) forms or personal forms (last will and testament, living will) it just strikes me as very underhanded to charge for templates. I went to a couple of different websites for form for release of medical information. The first one, I filled everything out but when you want to save or print, oh no no no - you have to get licensed. It's technically free, if you remember to go right back in and cancel your free trial (or pay $35/month!). Meanwhile they've got your credit card info. Not this website. I filled out the form, saved it and printed it with no other demands or requirements. They delivered what was promised with no BS and I for one really appreciate that!

Tired 6 other "free" sites but once you fill it out you can try a 7 day free trial then make monthly payments. I just needed something for my husband with his health declining with cancer. This was great, i could fill it out and save it as well.

At 73 I am in process of creating my will along with POAs and needed a go-by for use in TN. These forms look reasonable for starters. I started here and am reviewing other Last Will and POA forms. I hope to finish printed and get signed and notarized and stored and/or filed with Probate Court before contacting an attorney. Picking an attorney will likely take longer than creating my own.

I misread that their free trial was only for two weeks, but I let them know of my situation and they were prompt to reimburse me. For the product and site itself, I found it very easy to use. The site is modern and you can create great templates within minutes. Highly recommend!

Don't give them your credit card info. It's another scam owned by the same guy Howard Chai that owns Resume Genius. Both of them trick you into getting free or cheap documents, then charge your credit card for monthly fees, even when you cancel. Good luck trying to get your money back. STAY AWAY!

Making the contract that I needed was almost too easy. I unfortunately ended up not needing the document. So I cancelled the subscription, or so I thought. The transaction came through on my card so I reached out to their customer support staff and was greeted by Cris and was willing to help me get my refund request submitted and approved within less than an hour. I understand that $40 is reasonable to for obtaining one legal document but $40 a month ($480 a year) is insane and unfair to the consumer. Annual fees mean yearly to most people not monthly. I was planning to continue using this service but now I am not sure that I will.

It's a bit bizarre that leaving a 5 star review will help get my refund come to my card faster... but I would prefer not to file a dispute with my credit card company for fraud.

I help guys whose partners want them to "express his emotions" and attend "couples counseling" -- guys who are capable of neither of these things.

I am not a therapist, so I'm not 100% certain that consulting therapists automatically legally protects my clients' privacy.

Couple counselors can sign this and gain access to certain footage, to help them vet whether my demeanor and approach are, indeed, a fit for the men in their couples.

To more clearly protect the privacy of the example clients in such videos (exclusively people consenting to my sharing footage in this way) I'll have the therapists sign this mutual NDA/Confidentiality Agreement.

I made it mutual, so that the therapist could, potentially, if the client signs a waiver, allow the therapist to refer more warmly than under HIPAA, but I don't believe many will leverage this, as they'd still need the client to sign a "release of informatin" form, first.
