I have been running a small business for 3 years now as a sole prop. I am growing and decided getting my LLC would be the next step for me. LZ made the process so quick, easy and affordable. My contact was able to easily explain the process and the differences between the different options available and how they differed in their use for me personally. This is a big next step for my business and I'm excited for the opportunities this decision will bring.

I bought a will in 2018, and that purchase came with a 30 day free trial of "Legal Advantage Plus." What I didn't realize was that the free trial turned into a paid subscription after 30 days, and since they had my credit card number, they could successfully charge me $15 a month. Its on me that I didn't spot the payments on my credit card statements until now, but shame on them for the approach. You'll note in my image that the cute little free trial is still active (now canceled). They don't even bother showing it as a paid subscription. I'm paying for something they say is free!?

I'm an 83 year old, computer challenged senior. If not for Aimee's cheerful, fluent, and kind assistance, I might have taken a dive off my 22nd floor balcony. What she experienced helping me might have driven her to dive off her balcony, but she hung in there with me, never once showing any sign of stress at my lack of computer skills. I can't say enough good things about my experience and her guidance.

The site is difficult to navigate to make necessary changes and set up an Attorney Consultation. It took us several hours and several calls to finally accomplish what we had intended to do. Eventually, we talked with a couple of associates who were very helpful and able to guide us through the process we needed to complete.

Nicole, Ashley & all of the Legal Zoom staff were so concerned about my business that they took all the time necessary to make this legal process a very in a sense user friendly session

Legal Zoom is the worst company you can Use. They were taking forever to get my new company filed with the state. After three weeks of painful waiting on "$#*!zoom" I decided to use my local guy... I got my company filed and received Division of Corporations all in just two days.

I would never recommend legalzoom or ever use them again. Save you money use your local people. Most likely your CPA would be able to assist with something like this or he would know someone who can.

I used Legal Zoom to create my LLC in 2017. I paid for the $399 service and all went well and I was quite pleased with the service. Now 4 years later I have received a letter from a Dallas Texas law firm stating that I owe $399 or will face legal action. Legal Zoom has some shady business tactics that have been expressed time and time again. I will never again use the services of this firm.

I was skeptical when choosing who to use to help create my business. After speaking with Chris, one of legal zooms business specialist, I felt confident that I made the right choice. He was knowledgeable, personable and I never once felt like decisions had to be made right then and there. When I had questions, he answered them in ways I could best understand. I am looking forward to my continued journey with Legal Zoom.

I'm in the process with them for an LLC, it started 2 weeks ago and I paid for the two week package, the misspelled the business name it got fixed, then they send me an email I needed to contact them no explanation, more than 20 min on hold, they tell me the name might get rejected by the state we go forward, then they put my order on hold again because they had issues with my address, it was misspelled. Fine mistakes happen however everything was fixed by the 30 th of last month and then when I called to check on the order they told me they waited am extra 7 days to file it and I'm livid there was no need to wait that long. If I'd known this was going to happen I would have done the entire thing by myself. So now I have to wait two more weeks to see what's going on and can't start my business yet.

I bought a couple documents from Legal Zoom. And without my consent, they signed me up for a recurring charge of $15/month. They didn't have a button on their website to cancel it, requiring I call in speak to 3 people and wait on hold for a half hour. Feels like a pretty straightforward scam to get unnoticed charges through and with an intentionally annoying cancel process. Hard to trust a dirtbag company like this with any important legal document.

I have used Legal Zoom many times in the past and was pleased. This time, the customer service was terrible and turnaround incredibly slow. I could have filed these documents myself much faster. I still don't have all of my documents and the story/excuse is different everytime I contact them. I even paid for the expedited corporate elite package.

Eden was very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding despite me starting the call upset. I really appreciate Eden's ability to answer my questions calmly helped me understand my options and why your service is beneficial. I feel better educated and able to move forward more thanks to Eden's exceptional service!

Beware of Companies Posing isn't there a law against this Don't call them. Poor service and a rip-off! I'm disappointed with their customer service. Fast response is what they promise but i am shocked to see their bad service. I have been scammed by this company.

I really don't have to much luck with any customer service and Michelle was so comprehensive and not complicated at all. Got my point right away and helped right away. The overall service of my orders were great as well.

Very impressed that legal zoom emailed me explaining what the status on our dissolution of LLC. -Legal Zoom has been very good to us over the past 3-4 years only one bad experience was when we called and the associate who answered was not polite and not very knowledgeable.

I chatted with Michelle whom which was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of my current situation. She provided me with the information that I needed without hesitation, enabling me to handle my business, instead of vice versa. Very much appreciated.

Alicia was Amazingly knowledgeable not to mention polite. It's nice to know there're people who still value and appreciate customers and show pride in performing their duties at their place of employment.

This contact with legal zoom was for an LLC start up, I wish I could afford to hire Alicia, maybe one day I will.

Thus far my experience with legalzoom is great. The creation process was easy to understand and navigate and was almost immediately followed up with a representative to make sure everything was correct and also the way i intended. The follow up call was crucial because Brian while reviewing my order helped me catch a mistake i made and directed me how to get it fixed.

Legal Zoom helped me petition for a trademark with the USA Office of Trademarks/Patents in Washington, D. C. They assisted with the forms and posted me on timings, next steps, et al.

My petition was approved within the timetable detailed for me by Legal Zoom.

What a relief and inroad. One of my critical commercial elements is now protected.

I lost the documents that LegalZoom had pre-paired for me six months prior.
I called them on a Friday to see if they could help me and had the documents in my hands via e-mail by Monday. I could not have expected more. They are very professional and expedient. I will use them again.

Speaking with 'Dee' made the process very easy. 'Dee' was able to explain to me which services were recommended and she was very knowledgeable in all the services the company offers. I went into the call with a very vague idea of what I was doing or needing and Lorie helped steer me the right direction. She was very informative about the services they offer without making me feel pressures into buying anything I did not need.

Aimee was great! I was only in town for a couple of days to sign new wills for my Mother and Father. I could not print out the new wills because it takes 2-4 days to process, but Aimee was able to get the processing expedited to print at the end of the same day, and saved me an additional long trip into town to take care of this for my parents.
