Great customer service. I was working with Raul Ortiz and Dee (I'm not sure of this Queen's last name but y'all should know which rep I talked to). Excellent de-escalating skills because I was VERY frustrated about this unknown charge, was unable to get ANY info online so I'm glad he was able to assist me patiently while I was so upset. Dee, is another, great customer service rep that I spoke with today. That is truly the mainstay of this group because the products and services are wildly overpriced. Keep the reps happy because the company is basic.

All around Ihave nothing negative to say. I have used them several times now to start two companies and both experiences have been great. Not to mention that I save a lot of money going through Legalzoom

I'd love to keep my contact on Legal Zoom as Rochelle Ranson, if possible. I'm new to using Legal Zoom and had questions. Rochelle was very patient with me while I asked questions, and she didn't mind staying on the phone with me as I walked through the steps in order to set up a dba. Honestly, she made me feel like I was her only customer, even though I'm sure there were other lines waiting.

The agent miss pam roberson was knowledgeable, sharp, and coasted me through the entire process which didn't even feel like I just opened a biz but more like I made a friend. And miss roberson was very patience as I have special needs, she was informative and carefully read back everything until it was understood fully.

My experience was incredibly simple and pleasant. I filled out an easy form online, was contacted immediately by a representative, and he walked me through the process step-by-step and was able to answer all my questions. There were extra services that I didn't ask for offered by the website, but no upsell or aggressive sales tactics by the representative, which I appreciated. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend the agent I dealt with: Shane Roper.

Legal Zoom gave me an opportunity to learn and to complete my future plans within my limited budget. The attorney was very thorough, easy to reach and seemed committed to doing exactly what was needed! I put in the effort, as well. The associates I phoned were equally qualified and helpful. It was an excellent experience.

I spoke with Noel today. I was seeking help on a 100% Veteran owned LLC set up and filing. She was more that helpful, providing information to help support our new business endeavors. There was a point where she had to do a little research to find the answer, where I absolutely appreciated it as it is not always something people are willing to do or even admit they need to find supporting information to help. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and personalization to our conversation that was useful. I hope to work with Noel again in the future as I am sure we will have a few more questions.

Speaking to the sales specialist at LegalZoom was something I had dreaded, but she was great at putting me at ease and answered all my questions. I truly felt she was looking out for my best interest and not trying to sell me things I would not need. If I have additional questions, the bundle I purchased include legal consultations and I am definitely taking advantage of that. Highly recommend!

These days when I call a service provider I prepare for a frustrating minutes long "conversation" with a robot, which ends in mesaying "operator, please!" repeatedly after 20 seconds. With LegalZoom, I was able to reach a live operator in minutes, and she was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Even though I didn't end up using the service, she provided useful context and knowledge that helped me take the next needed steps.

If you are just starting out your business, Legal Zoom is the place to go as they have someone that can assist you every step of the way. They have people with expertise in all aspects of getting an LLC up and running while you learn the ropes on your own. Investing in LZ to get the ball running for your business is worth it 24/7.

I purchased a package on March 6,2023 (Order no: *******) to start a nonprofit. It is now May 16th, and my application is still incomplete. I've had to resend documents that LZ lost, and I can only speak with a customer service representative to inquire about delays - not the person who's actually working on my application. EVERY TIME I call, I'm told they have everything they need, yet every day brings a new delay. WHY is this happening?

The last rep I spoke with offered me a 10% discount for my troubles. I declined. I don't want/ need the money; I just need you to treat your customers right.

This company failed to mail me my will. They claimed they sent it. If so, my info is floating around somewhere. When I insisted on a refund they did send it by second-day mail. It was not worth it. Go to a lawyer. Legalzoom does not honor its ads. Stay away

I must say I had a great conversation with Asia, who explained everything to me, making me feel comfortable while I felt in an uncomfortable position. After her explanation and clarity, I feel confident going forward.

Legal zoom does not speak with you during the process of making your order. So if there are any problems or mistakes you will not know until after the fact. I was trying to start a llc. They submitted the wrong paperwork for me. And after when I finally caught the error they said they will fix it for additional money. They will not let you talk to a supervisor. They said it takes three days for a manager to call you. They are supposed to be your trusted professionals. They are just like any other corporation. Please contact a real lawyer and do not get burned like me

I basically needed to confirm what I was paying for in regards to Legal Advantage services. Also to see if I really need it for now. So I asked to have that cancelled. Aimee did so very easily for me and a refund is on it's way. Thank you very much.

Legalzoom is awesome sauce made my business formation as easy as possible.
The team took care of every need my business required as well informed me on the next steps to starting a new business and great contact info for other entity's that can help with my business.
I will most certainly inform anyone trying to start a business to go with the
Legalzoom team they will not regret it in any way...

More importantly, When I called to ask a question I received immediate help from Juli. She proceeded to stay on the call with me and answered all my questions for the remainder of the application! Awesome customer service. Initially I was hesitant & was also stressed about creating & applying for an incorporation. But their amazing customer service helped me to create it unexpectedly easily.
I will recommend their services to everyone who needs it.

Had an issue (my fault) where I selected the incorrect legal names (not full legal name of individual LLC holders). To get this corrected I thought legalzoom would help but it became another sale to them and was going to cost around $200 including state filing fees. I write this to let you all know it's worth your time to save your money and do the paperwork with the state yourself when filing an LLC.

When I first dealt with the representative Cynthia Stanley, I thought this whole thing was a hoax, and a credit card scam, to my total embarrassment. She was able to calm me down, convince me of records and product details that I have dealt with legal Zoom services in the past, she was extremely patient and very efficient and knew how to address all my concerns and doubts, patiently and meticulously instructing and guiding me to pass records, mobile apps for authenticity, and verification, Never seen anything like that. Hate to admit that I was a difficult client, but her customer service went above and beyond excellent.

They took my money, put my order on "HOLD", and never let me know why... Its been two months and still I have no LLC... They don't respond to my email inquiries and kept my money... I'm out $350 for nothing... I guess a pack of lawyers will know how to cheat you out of $350... It's an amount not worth going to court for and they rely on that...

Had a great experience, very user friendly simple and straight to the point. I wold refer anyone to legal zoom to setup there business especially if they have an idea of what they want to do but no Idea how to do it. I wanted to start an entertainment business and I was unsure about paper work taxes etc. And Legalzoom made it simple and understandable for a great price.
